In addition, the power failure of the subordinate power utilization units can be caused when the transformer and the high-voltage cabinet in the box transformer substation are in fault or maintenance and the line is in fault or maintenance, the power failure of the subordinate power utilization units such as hospitals, chemical engineering and other special industrial and mining enterprises can not be caused for a long time, and at the moment, the emergency generator cars are usually started to be connected into the box transformer substation low-voltage system to temporarily solve the power utilization problem.
The reserved interface of the existing box transformer substation power generation vehicle is usually arranged on a low-voltage side, a door of a low-voltage chamber of the box transformer substation or even a door of the low-voltage chamber needs to be opened during access, the power generation vehicle cannot be accessed when the vehicle is suitable for severe weather, rainwater and dust can enter the low-voltage chamber of the box transformer substation when the vehicle is forcibly accessed, a short-circuit accident is caused seriously, and metal parts of an internal switch or a disconnecting link operating mechanism are corroded to influence the service life of the mechanism slightly; even the mechanism is jammed due to corrosion, so that the mechanism cannot operate in place when the switch or the disconnecting link is switched on and off, and an electric accident is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The problems that rainwater, snowflakes, dust and the like enter a box transformer low-voltage chamber and a low-voltage cabinet to cause safety accidents, pollution and corrosion of low-voltage components when the generator car is connected are solved.

the socket mounting plate is mounted at the upper part of the inner chamber component mounting plate, a transverse plate extends outwards from the middle part of the inner chamber component mounting plate, an interlocking plate with a door lock is mounted on the transverse plate through a movable supporting device, and the interlocking plate is opened and closed by taking the transverse plate as an axis;
the transverse plate is provided with a plurality of water falling holes, and the power generation car access chamber is integrally installed inside the box-type substation.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the inner chamber assembly mounting plate is connected to the interlocking plate limiting plate through an inverted L-shaped support plate, the inverted L-shaped support plate includes an inverted L-shaped support cross plate and an inverted L-shaped support vertical plate, the inverted L-shaped support cross plate is connected to an upper end of the inner chamber assembly mounting plate at one end, and the interlocking plate limiting plate is connected to a terminal of the inverted L-shaped support vertical plate, so that the interlocking plate limiting plate vertically limits the interlocking plate.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the movable supporting means includes a hinge having both ends connected to the cross plate and the interlocking plate, respectively.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a water collecting tank is installed at an end of the inclined plate.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the existing space of the box-type transformer substation is effectively utilized, an independent compartment is arranged for the power generation vehicle access device, and operation and maintenance personnel can conveniently and quickly find an access position;
the independent compartment is arranged, so that the mistaken contact with other electrified equipment during access can be effectively prevented, and the personal safety of operating personnel is ensured;
during operation in severe weather, rainwater, dust and the like can be effectively prevented from entering the box transformer substation, and the safe operation of equipment is ensured;
an interlocking device is arranged in the access chamber to ensure the operation safety.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the power generation car access room 100 for the box-type substation is installed inside the box-type substation 400.
The power generation car access chamber body 110 is included, the power generation car access chamber body 110 comprises a chamber door 111 and a chamber body 112 which are connected, an inner chamber component mounting plate 130 used for mounting each component is mounted on a back plate 120 of the chamber body 112, the inner chamber component mounting plate 130 is connected with an interlocking plate limiting plate 150 through an inverted L-shaped supporting plate 140 which is connected, the inverted L-shaped supporting plate 140 comprises an inverted L-shaped supporting transverse plate 141 and an inverted L-shaped supporting vertical plate 142 which are connected, one end 141a of the inverted L-shaped supporting transverse plate 141 is connected with an upper end 131 of the inner chamber component mounting plate 130, and the tail end 142a of the inverted L-shaped supporting vertical plate 142 is connected with the interlocking plate limiting plate 150, so that the interlocking plate limiting plate 150 plays a role in vertically.
The lower end 132 of the inner chamber assembly mounting plate 130 is connected with a sloping plate 170, and in order to improve the internal sealing performance of the power generation vehicle access chamber 100, the inner chamber assembly mounting plate 130, the inverted L-shaped support plate 140, the interlocking plate limiting plate 150 and the sloping plate 170 are integrally formed.
The socket mounting plate 180 is mounted on the upper portion 133 of the inner chamber assembly mounting plate 130, and the generator car access socket 300 (including a phase a, a phase B, a phase C and a phase N) is mounted on the socket mounting plate 180 and then led to a low-voltage cabinet bus (not shown in the figure) through a copper bar.
With particular reference to fig. 6, a transverse plate 190 extends outwards from the middle 134 of the inner chamber assembly mounting plate 130, and the transverse plate 190 is provided with a plurality of water falling holes 191, so that rainwater falling into the transverse plate 190 falls onto the inclined plate 170 through the water falling holes 191, and then is collected by the water collecting tank 171 of the inclined plate 170 and discharged out of the power generation vehicle inlet chamber 100.
Due to the matched design of the water falling hole 191 and the inclined plate 170, rainwater can be smoothly discharged out of the power generation vehicle access chamber 100 in real time in the rain and snow weather operation, and dust cannot enter the power generation vehicle access chamber 100 in the strong wind dust raising and sand storm weather.
The interlocking plate 160 with the door lock 161 is installed on the transverse plate 190 through the movable supporting device 200, and the interlocking plate 160 is opened and closed by taking the transverse plate 190 as the axis; the movable supporting means 200 specifically includes a hinge 210 connected to the cross plate 190 and the interlocking plate 160 at both ends 211, 212, respectively. A plurality of supporting bent plates 220 for supporting the movement of the interlocking plate 160 are further installed at the lower portion of the connecting end 161 of the cross plate 190 and the interlocking plate 160, and the supporting bent plates 220 include supporting bent plates 221 and 222 disposed at both sides of the lower portion of the connecting end 161.
The latch 161 is an interlock device used in cooperation with a low-side main switch (not shown), and the opening angle of the interlock plate 160 is about 95 °.
The support bent plate 220 provides a limit function to the movement of the interlock plate 160, prevents the interlock plate 160 from sagging due to gravity, and plays an interlock counter-latching role, preventing an erroneous operation.

1. A power generation car access chamber for a box-type substation, comprising:
the power generation car access chamber comprises a door and a chamber body which are connected, an inner chamber component mounting plate is mounted on a back plate of the chamber body, an interlocking plate limiting plate is further mounted at the upper end of the inner chamber component mounting plate, and an inclined plate is connected to the lower end of the inner chamber component mounting plate;
the socket mounting plate is mounted at the upper part of the inner chamber component mounting plate, a transverse plate extends outwards from the middle part of the inner chamber component mounting plate, an interlocking plate with a door lock is mounted on the transverse plate through a movable supporting device, and the interlocking plate is opened and closed by taking the transverse plate as an axis;
the transverse plate is provided with a plurality of water falling holes, and the power generation car access chamber is integrally installed inside the box-type substation.

A power generation car access chamber for a box-type substation according to claim 1, wherein the inner chamber component mounting plate is connected to the interlocking plate limiting plate through an inverted L-shaped support plate, the inverted L-shaped support plate comprises an inverted L-shaped support cross plate and an inverted L-shaped support vertical plate which are connected, one end of the inverted L-shaped support cross plate is connected to the upper end of the inner chamber component mounting plate, and the end of the inverted L-shaped support vertical plate is connected to the interlocking plate limiting plate, so that the interlocking plate limiting plate has a vertical limiting effect on the interlocking plate.
3. A power generation car access chamber for a box substation according to claim 1, wherein the movable support means comprises a hinge having two ends connected to the cross plate and the interlocking plate respectively.

5. A power generation car access chamber for a box-type substation according to claim 1, wherein the supporting bent plates are first and second supporting bent plates provided at both sides of a lower portion of the connection end.
6. A power generation car access chamber for a box-type substation according to claim 1, wherein the inner chamber component mounting plate, the inverted-L-shaped support plate, the interlocking plate limiting plate and the inclined plate are integrally formed.
7. A power generation car access chamber for a box-type substation according to claim 1, wherein a water collection tank is installed at an end of the sloping plate.
