Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present invention or the technical solutions in the prior art, the following description will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is obvious that the drawings in the following description are only some examples of the invention, and that for a person skilled in the art, other drawings and embodiments can be derived from them without inventive effort.
The first embodiment is as follows:
the present embodiment provides a statistical method for wearing information of a shell-shaped dental appliance, a flowchart of which is shown in fig. 1, and the statistical method specifically includes the following steps.
S110: acquiring the case information of a patient in a preset correcting period and the wearing time information of the shell-shaped tooth correcting device worn in a preset time period.
The case information at least comprises age information, sex information, case types, current correction state information and target correction state information of the patients. The current correction state information at least comprises: any one or more of image information of dentition, image information of skull and dental arch information;
the age information, sex information and case type of the patient can be obtained from the patient profile information, for example, the case types are Andrews I, Andrews II, Andrews III, etc.
The wearing time information of the shell-shaped tooth appliance in the embodiment is acquired through the correction monitoring terminal, and the correction monitoring terminal is used for storing the shell-shaped tooth appliance, counting the wearing time information of the shell-shaped tooth appliance and collecting intraoral correction state information.
The correction monitor terminal in this embodiment is different from the conventional box that is used for placing shell-shaped tooth appliance, this correction monitor terminal not only can deposit shell-shaped tooth appliance, and can also make statistics of when the shell-shaped tooth appliance is worn once and/or when the single is placed, this correction monitor terminal still disposes the camera, gather the intraoral state information of correcting when the shell-shaped tooth appliance is worn once and finishes based on this camera, this correction monitor terminal still disposes the wireless communication function, further with the single of statistics wear time and/or the single is placed time and the correction state information of collection carry out wireless transmission to the background terminal rather than the communication, background server or cloud server etc..
S120: and counting the single wearing time and/or the single placing time in the wearing time information of the patient within the preset time period.
In this embodiment, the purpose of the statistics in step S120 is to obtain a wearing rule that the patient wears the shell-shaped dental appliance in a preset time period, where only a single wearing duration may be counted, for example, the wearing rule only includes the wearing duration that the patient wears the shell-shaped dental appliance each time; the single placing time can be counted, the single wearing time can be simply obtained through the single placing time, and the wearing rule of the shell-shaped dental appliance worn by the patient in the preset time period can be represented through the single placing time; the length of time that can also be placed to the single and length of time that the single is worn are counted respectively, for example, this rule of wearing has included the length of time and the length of rest of wearing that the patient wore shell form tooth and rescues the ware each time.
For example, according to the statistics in step S120, the single wearing time of the patient class a is 2.5 hours, and the single placing time is 45 minutes within the preset time period; the shell-shaped dental shell appliance is taken down when the patient A wears the appliance for 2.5 hours each time within the preset time period, and is worn again after being placed on the appliance monitoring terminal for 45 minutes;
for another example, according to the statistics in step S120, it is known that the single wearing time of the patient class B is 3 hours and the single placing time is 45 minutes within the preset time period, which indicates that the shell-shaped dental shell appliance needs to be taken down each time the patient class B is worn for 3 hours within the preset time period, and the patient class B is placed on the appliance monitoring terminal for 45 minutes and then worn again;
for example, according to the statistics in step S120, it is found that the single wearing time of the patient class C is 3.5 hours and the single placing time is 1 hour in the preset time period, which indicates that the shell-shaped dental shell appliance needs to be taken down when the patient class C wears the patient class C for 3.5 hours each time in the preset time period, and the patient class C is placed on the appliance monitoring terminal for 1 hour and then worn again;
therefore, the wearing rule of the shell-shaped orthodontic appliance worn by the patient in the preset time period can be obtained according to the distribution rule of each single wearing time and/or single placing time counted in the step S120.
It should be noted that the preset time period in this embodiment may be one day, one orthodontic period, or the whole orthodontic period, so that when the preset time period is one day, the wearing rule of the shell-shaped orthodontic appliance in one day may be counted through step S120; when the preset time period is one orthodontic period, the wearing rule of the shell-shaped dental appliance in one orthodontic period can be counted through the step S120; when the preset time period is the whole orthodontic period, the wearing rule of the shell-shaped dental appliance in the whole orthodontic period can be counted through the step S120.
Should wear the law and still include: for example, the total correction period of the patient F is 52 days, each correction period is 14 days, and the patient F wears the regular first 7 days for 18 hours each day and the last 7 days for 23 hours; or the wearing time is consistent every day, the wearing time is different within one day, the time periods are inconsistent, for example, the wearing time at night is long, the wearing time in the daytime is long, and the relationship between the wearing time and the correcting effect is analyzed according to the wearing rules.
S130: and acquiring the correction achievement rate of the patient according to the current correction state information and the target correction state information.
The correction achievement rate refers to a ratio of the current correction state to the target correction state, and if the ratio of the current correction state to the target correction state is 90%, the correction effect of the patient is 90%, so that the correction achievement rate also represents the corresponding correction effect.
Since the correction state information at least includes image information of dentition and image information of skull, tooth parameters, dental arch parameters and occlusion parameters in the current correction state information can be obtained through image analysis, and tooth parameters, dental arch parameters and occlusion parameters in the current correction state information are compared with corresponding parameters in the target correction state information, so that the correction achievement rate can be obtained.
According to statistics in clinical information, taking the tooth movement amount as an example, the target movement amount of the tooth in the correction period is 0.2mm, and if the actual movement amount of the tooth in the correction period is 0.1mm, the correction achievement rate in the correction period is 50%.
In each embodiment of the invention, the step of acquiring the correction information in the correction period refers to the starting time of the period and the actual movement amount calculated in two time periods from the finishing time of the correction period, and the dental arch parameters and the occlusion parameters are calculated according to the tooth parameters in the same way.
S140: and carrying out association setting on the wearing rule of the shell-shaped tooth appliance worn by the patient and the corresponding appliance achievement rate.
Taking one correction period as an example, counting the wearing rules of the shell-shaped tooth correction device worn by the patient in the correction period, obtaining the correction achievement rate of the correction state information at the end of the correction period relative to the target correction state information of the correction period through step S130, associating the wearing rules in the correction period with the correction achievement rate, and further obtaining the association relationship between the wearing rules of the shell-shaped tooth correction device worn by the patient in the correction period and the correction achievement rate.
The association relationship between the wearing rule of the shell-shaped dental appliance worn by the patient in the preset time period and the appliance effect can be realized through the steps S110 to S140.
Further, this embodiment still includes: carrying out classified statistics on the case information of the patient according to different case types; further, classifying and counting the case information of the same case type according to a preset age range and corresponding gender difference in sequence to obtain a case counting list; and correspondingly associating the correction achievement rate to a case statistics list.
By associating the correction achievement rate with the case statistics list correspondingly and associating the correction achievement rate with the wearing rules, the embodiment can also enable the doctor end to search the wearing rules of the shellliform dental appliance with the same correction effect according to the associating relations, and recommend the best wearing scheme of the shellliform dental appliance to other patients in an auxiliary manner according to the searched wearing rules.
In other embodiments, the following steps may also be included:
screening candidate case information meeting the conditions in a case statistics list according to the size of the correction achievement rate; and further analyzing the information of the candidate cases to obtain the wearing rules of the shell-shaped dental appliance worn by the patient corresponding to different orthodontic achievement rates.
For example, candidate case information with the correction achievement rate of more than 85% is screened out from the case statistical list, the wearing rules of the shell-shaped dental appliance worn by the patient corresponding to different correction achievement rates in the candidate case information are analyzed, and compared with the case where the wearing rules of only one patient are counted, the case where the wearing rules of the patient with a certain probability are counted is more meaningful.
Example two:
the present embodiment provides a statistical method for wearing information of a shell-shaped dental appliance, a flowchart of which is shown in fig. 2, and the statistical method specifically includes the following steps.
S210: acquiring the case information of a patient in a preset correcting period and the wearing time information of the shell-shaped tooth correcting device worn in a preset time period.

The current correction state information at least comprises: image information of dentition and image information of skull.
S220: and counting the single wearing time and/or the single placing time in the wearing time information of the patient within the preset time period.
Wherein, the distribution rule of each single wearing time and/or single placing time is used for representing the wearing rule of the shell-shaped dental appliance worn by the patient in the preset time period.
S230: and correspondingly associating each single wearing time and/or single placing time counted in one day with the corresponding 24-hour-per-day time.
S240: the achievement rate of correction of each time period in 24-hour time of a day of the patient is obtained.
S250: and analyzing the relation between the wearing rule of the shell-shaped dental appliance worn by the patient in one day and the appliance achievement rate.
The purpose of step S230 is to correspond the time period of one day to which the shell-shaped dental appliance is worn, and for example, it can be known from step S230 that the shell-shaped dental appliance is worn by the patient a in the time periods of 7:00 to 11:00, 14:00 to 18:00, 21:00 to 23:00, and 24:00 to 6:00 during one day.
Further, the time of 24 hours a day can be divided into three time periods, and the wearing time of wearing the shell-shaped dental appliance and the appliance achievement rate generated by wearing the shell-shaped dental appliance in each time period can be counted.
For example, the time of 24 hours a day is divided into three time periods of 6:00-12:00, 12:00-20:00 and 20:00-6:00, and the wearing time of the shell-shaped dental appliance and the achievement rate of the appliance in the three time periods are counted, so that the patient can intuitively know which time period in a day the appliance effect is the best, that is, the best time period in a day in which the shell-shaped dental appliance is worn can be directly known.
Taking the patients a, B and C reaching the correction target, the wearing time of the three patients per day and the corresponding optimal wearing time period are shown in table 1 below and fig. 6.
Wearing time/day Patient class A18-20 (h) Patient B class 20-22(h) Patient C22-24 (h)
Optimal time period for correction 24:00-6:00 22:00-6:00 21:00-7:00
Through the steps S210-S250, the wearing rules of the shell-shaped dental appliance worn by the patient in one day can be counted, and the optimal wearing time of the patient in one day can be obtained.

carrying out classified statistics on the case information of the patient according to different case types;
further, classifying and counting the case information of the same case type according to a preset age range and corresponding gender difference in sequence to obtain a case counting list;
and correspondingly associating the correction achievement rate to a case statistics list.
By correspondingly associating the correction achievement rate with the case statistics list and associating the correction achievement rate with the wearing rules, the embodiment can also enable a doctor end to search the wearing rules of the shellliform dental correction device with the same correction effect according to the associating relations, and recommend the best wearing scheme of the shellliform dental correction device to other patients in an auxiliary manner according to the searched wearing rules. For example: assuming that a patient class A needs to perform dental correction, firstly, the wearing rule of the shell-shaped dental appliance related to the case type (such as Ann's class I) can be searched according to the case type of the patient class A, for example, 500 results are searched; further, under the search results, a re-search may be performed again according to the age information of patient class a (e.g., 6-8 years old), for example, 258 results are searched out; further, under the search result, a search may be performed again according to the patient gender information, for example, 90 results are searched out; further, under the search result, searching can be performed again according to the condition that the target orthodontic state information is met, for example, 10 results are searched, and then the wearing scheme of the class a patient can be guided according to the wearing rule of the shell-shaped orthodontic device in the 10 searched results.
