Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a method and a device for acquiring data by a vehicle event data recorder, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a video stream, wherein the video stream comprises a plurality of video frames with continuous acquisition moments; acquiring data of a vehicle, wherein the data of the vehicle comprises data collected by a positioning device of the vehicle; generating an information frame corresponding to each video frame according to the running data of the vehicle corresponding to the acquisition time of each video frame; and synchronously outputting the video frame and the information frame corresponding to the video frame. The invention adds an information frame to each frame of video frame in the video stream collected by the automobile data recorder, provides data obtained from the vehicle positioning device through the information frame, and can analyze the reason of accident generation through the information frame, thereby improving the readability of the video stream of the automobile data recorder.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of data acquisition, in particular to a method and a device for acquiring data by an automobile data recorder.
Background
The automobile data recorder has been used for a long time, mp4 video recorded by the traditional recorder has video stream and audio stream, the automobile data recorder can record the whole process of an event in a video and voice mode when an accident happens to a vehicle, but only video and voice information sometimes cannot know the specific reason of the accident.

generating an information frame corresponding to each video frame according to the running data of the vehicle corresponding to the acquisition time of each video frame;
and synchronously outputting the video frame and the information frame corresponding to the video frame.
Optionally, the data collected by the vehicle's positioning device comprises at least one of a position, a speed, and a pose of the vehicle.
Optionally, the data of the vehicle further comprises event information of the vehicle.
Optionally, the event information includes at least one of overspeed event information, collision event information, and road condition information.
Optionally, the information frame includes the following fields:
event byte number, time stamp, byte number of sub-event, event type, sub-event type, event data, sub-event data.

and the output module is used for synchronously outputting the video frame and the information frame corresponding to the video frame.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method of acquiring data by a vehicle event data recorder according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 1, a method for acquiring data by a driving recorder according to an embodiment of the present invention may include the following steps:
s101: acquiring a video stream, wherein the video stream comprises a plurality of video frames with continuous acquisition moments;
specifically, images in front of the vehicle are shot through a camera of the automobile data recorder, and a video stream is obtained. The video stream of the present embodiment includes video information and audio information.
Optionally, the video stream is in MP4 format; of course, the video stream may be in other video formats.
S102: acquiring data of a vehicle, wherein the data of the vehicle comprises data collected by a positioning device of the vehicle;
the data collected by the vehicle's positioning device may include at least one of a position, a speed, and an attitude of the vehicle. The position can comprise longitude and latitude, height and other information; the attitude may include attitude information such as pitch angle, roll angle, yaw angle, and the like.
The positioning device of the present embodiment may be a GPS, or may be other.
The information frame may not only be incorporated into the data collected by the vehicle's locating device, but also into information generated by other modules on the vehicle, for example, in some embodiments, the vehicle's data may also include event information for the vehicle. Optionally, the event information includes at least one of overspeed event information, collision event information, and road condition information; of course, the event information may include others.
The overspeed event information and the road condition information can be identified by a deep learning mode, and the collision event information can be identified by a three-axis accelerator on the vehicle.
S103: generating an information frame corresponding to each video frame according to the running data of the vehicle corresponding to the acquisition time of each video frame;
information frames corresponding to a plurality of video frames form an information stream.
The information frame of this embodiment is expandable, and the frame rate of the information stream output by the event data recorder is set to be the same as the frame rate of the video stream output by the event data recorder, and the time stamp unit of the information stream and the time stamp unit of the video stream are both 90000. In the process of recording the video stream, the automobile data recorder synchronously generates an information frame every time a video frame is generated. Therefore, when the video stream file is extracted to be played after the car accident event occurs, the player can display the information frame while playing the video frame (namely audio and video data) by analyzing the information stream, or the player analyzes the reason generated by the accident and displays the result according to the information stream. It should be noted that, the implementation of analyzing the information flow to determine the accident is the prior art.
Optionally, the information frame includes the following fields: event byte number, time stamp, byte number of sub-event, event type, sub-event type, event data, sub-event data.
Alternatively, each frame of information is referred to as a box, and a box may contain sub-boxes of various types of events. These types of events may include data collected by a vehicle's positioning device, overspeed event information, collision event information, and road condition information, among others.
The byte number of the box (including the field) occupies 4 bytes;
pts is the time of the box in the MP4 file, and the unit is millisecond, and the time occupies 4 bytes;
sub box size, the number of bytes of the sub box (including the field) occupies 4 bytes;
the evnet type is an event type and occupies 2 bytes;
sub evnet type is a sub event type, and occupies 4 bytes;
the specific data format of the evnet data, sub box data, is determined by evnet type and/or sub evnet type, and can be null;

Specifically, for example, the positioning device of the vehicle collects data as an event type without a sub-event type, and the event data includes at least one of a position, a speed, and an attitude of the vehicle. The driving event types include sub-event types such as a collision event, an overspeed event, a rapid acceleration event, etc., and may not include event data.
S104: and synchronously outputting the video frame and the information frame corresponding to the video frame.
The data of the information frame can be loaded into the corresponding video frame, and the data of the information frame is directly displayed on the output video frame; the video frame and the information frame corresponding to the video frame can also be packaged in the same file, and the video frame and the information frame corresponding to the video frame can be synchronously output through the output file.
According to the method for acquiring data by the automobile data recorder, an information frame is added to each frame of video frame in the video stream acquired by the automobile data recorder, the data acquired from the vehicle positioning device is provided through the information frame, the reason of accident generation can be analyzed through the information frame, and the readability of the video stream of the automobile data recorder is improved.

the data generation module is used for generating information frames corresponding to the video frames according to the running data of the vehicle corresponding to the acquisition time of each video frame;
and the output module is used for synchronously outputting the video frame and the information frame corresponding to the video frame.
Optionally, the data collected by the vehicle's positioning device comprises at least one of a position, a speed, and a pose of the vehicle.
Optionally, the data of the vehicle further comprises event information of the vehicle.

acquiring a video stream, wherein the video stream comprises a plurality of video frames with continuous acquisition moments;
acquiring data of a vehicle, wherein the data of the vehicle comprises data collected by a positioning device of the vehicle;
generating an information frame corresponding to each video frame according to the running data of the vehicle corresponding to the acquisition time of each video frame;
and synchronously outputting the video frame and the information frame corresponding to the video frame.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the data collected by the vehicle's positioning device includes at least one of a position, a speed, and an attitude of the vehicle.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the data of the vehicle further comprises event information of the vehicle.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the event information comprises at least one of overspeed event information, collision event information, and road condition information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the information frame comprises the following fields:
event byte number, time stamp, byte number of sub-event, event type, sub-event type, event data, sub-event data.
6. An apparatus for acquiring data by a driving recorder, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a video stream, and the video stream comprises a plurality of video frames with continuous acquisition moments;
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring data of a vehicle, and the data of the vehicle comprises data acquired by a positioning device of the vehicle;
the data generation module is used for generating information frames corresponding to the video frames according to the running data of the vehicle corresponding to the acquisition time of each video frame;
and the output module is used for synchronously outputting the video frame and the information frame corresponding to the video frame.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the data collected by the vehicle's positioning device includes at least one of a position, a speed, and an attitude of the vehicle.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the data of the vehicle further comprises event information of the vehicle.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the event information comprises at least one of overspeed event information, collision event information, and road condition information.
10. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the information frame comprises the following fields:
event byte number, time stamp, byte number of sub-event, event type, sub-event type, event data, sub-event data.
