Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a community security assessment method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, including the following steps:
101. and counting the actual service conditions of a plurality of service items in the community.
The service item may be a service item provided by the intra-community management system, for example: the old and weak cares, the supervision of personnel and the prevention of blacklist, of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, the three service items are not limited, for example: and the system can also be an access control management service item. The above-mentioned care for the old and the weak can refer to a service item for caring for the old and the weak in the community, the above-mentioned supervision for the people can refer to a service item for supervising special people in the community (for example, a person who lives in the community to delay criminals, a person who absorbs poison, a person who has a case, and a person who visits illegally), and the above-mentioned blacklist precaution can refer to a service item for preventing blacklist people in the community (for example, a person who does not live in the community to steal, a criminal).
The actual service condition of the service item may be actual service data of the service item, for example: the number of people in the community, the early warning processing number for nursing the old and the weak, the number of supervisors in the community, the early warning processing number for supervising the people, the number of blacklist people in the community, the early warning processing number for preventing the blacklist and the like.
102. And calculating the safety index scores of the service items according to the actual service conditions of the service items and the safety index weight preset for each service item.
In the embodiment of the present invention, different security index weights may be set for different service items in advance, and specifically, different security index weights may be set according to the importance degree of the service item, for example: when attention is paid to the nursing of the old and the weak in a certain community, the weight of the safety index for the nursing of the old and the weak can be set to be higher, and the weight of the safety index for the supervision of personnel is set to be lower; or in another community, the protection of the blacklist is emphasized, the weight of the safety index for the protection of the blacklist can be set to be higher, and the weight of the safety index for the supervision of the personnel can be set to be lower.
The above-mentioned calculating the security index scores of a plurality of service items may be, for example, calculating the security index score of each service item according to the actual service condition of the service item and its security index weight, respectively: aiming at nursing old and weak people. For example: the safety index score of the old and weak nursing can be obtained by taking the product of the number of the old and weak nursing persons in the community and the safety index weight of the old and weak nursing as the safety index score of the old and weak nursing; the security index score of the blacklist precaution can be obtained by taking the product of the number of the blacklist personnel monitored in the community and the security index weight of the blacklist precaution as the security index score of the blacklist precaution, and the like, and the security index score is not listed one by one.
103. And calculating the safety index of the community according to the safety index score of each service item.
The calculating of the safety index of the community according to the safety index score of each service item may be performed by taking a sum of the safety index scores of each service item as the safety index, that is, the safety index may be equal to the sum of the safety index scores of the plurality of service items. Of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, the safety index is not limited to be obtained by adding, for example: in some scenarios, the average of the safety index scores of the plurality of service items may be used as the safety index of the community.
In the above steps, the safety index in the community is calculated according to the actual service conditions of the plurality of service items, so that the calculated safety index corresponds to the service conditions in the community, and the accuracy of community safety assessment can be improved.
It should be noted that the community security evaluation method provided by the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to a community management device, for example: the device comprises a server, a computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer and the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, the actual service conditions of a plurality of service items in a community are counted; calculating the safety index scores of the service items according to the actual service conditions of the service items and the safety index weight preset for each service item; and calculating the safety index of the community according to the safety index score of each service item. Therefore, the security index of the community is calculated according to the actual service conditions of a plurality of service items in the community and the security index weight, and the accuracy of community security evaluation can be improved.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another community security assessment method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, including the following steps:
201. and counting the actual service conditions of a plurality of service items in the community.
202. And calculating the safety index scores of the service items according to the actual service conditions of the service items and the safety index weight preset for each service item.
As an optional implementation, the service items include:
at least two of caretaking care of the elderly or infirm, supervision of personnel, and blacklisting prevention.
The actual service condition of the old and weak nursing can be the number of old and weak people in the community or the early warning processing number of the old and weak nursing. Preferably, the actual service condition of the old and the weak cares may include:
the community monitoring method comprises the following steps of monitoring the number of old and weak people in the community, and monitoring early warning processing rate of the old and weak people in the community, wherein the number of the old and weak people is the ratio of the number of the old and weak people in the community to the total number of the community, and the monitoring early warning processing rate is equal to the ratio of the number of the early warning processing to the total number of early warning.
The early warning processing quantity can be the quantity of processing early warning after early warning in a community.
Due to the fact that the number ratio of old people and weak people and the nursing early warning processing rate are counted, the safety index of old people and weak people nursing in the community can be reflected more accurately through the two parameters.
The actual service condition monitored by the personnel can be the number of the supervisors in the community or the number of the early warning processes monitored by the personnel. Preferably, the actual service condition supervised by the personnel may include:
the number of supervisors in the community and the supervision early warning processing rate of the supervision of the supervisors in the community, wherein the supervision early warning processing rate is equal to the ratio of the number of the supervision early warning processing of the supervisors to the total number of the early warnings.
Due to the fact that the number of supervisors and the supervision early warning processing rate are counted, the safety index of supervision of the personnel in the community can be reflected more accurately through the two parameters.
The actual service condition for the blacklist precaution may be the number of blacklist personnel or the number of early warning processes for the blacklist precaution. Preferably, the actual service condition protected by the blacklist may include:
the number of blacklist personnel in the community and the precaution early warning processing rate of the blacklist precaution in the community, wherein the precaution early warning processing rate is equal to the ratio of the early warning processing number of the blacklist precaution to the total number of early warnings.
Due to the fact that the number of the blacklist personnel and the precaution early warning processing rate are counted, the safety index of blacklist precaution in the community can be reflected more accurately through the two parameters.
Further, the safety index weight for nursing care of old and weak people may include the safety index weight for the number of old and weak people or the safety index weight for the early warning process for nursing care of old and weak people. The above-mentioned safety index weight for the supervision of the personnel can comprise the safety index weight of the number of the supervisors or the safety index weight of the early warning process for the supervision of the personnel. The security index weight for the blacklist precaution may include a security index weight of the number of blacklist persons or a security index weight of the early warning process for the blacklist precaution.
Preferably, the safety index weight of the old and the weak cares may include: the first safety index weight of the number of people of old and weak and the second safety index weight of the nursing early warning processing rate;
the human supervised safety index weights may include: a third safety index weight of the number of supervisors and a fourth safety index weight of the supervised pre-warning processing rate;
the security index weights for the blacklist guards may include: and the fifth safety index weight of the number of the blacklist personnel and the sixth safety index weight of the precautionary early warning processing rate.
The sum of the first safety index weight and the second safety index weight can be equal to the safety index weight of the old and the weak nursing, and the safety index score of the old and the weak nursing can be equal to the sum of the safety index score of the number of the old and the weak compared with the safety index score of the supervision and early warning processing rate. For example: the weight of the people is P, and the index is P1The index weight of the supervision early warning processing rate is W, and the index score is W1. Then P + W equals L, P1+W1=L1Wherein L represents the safety index weight of the old and weak nursing, L1Indicating the safety index score for both old and weak cares.
Similarly, the sum of the third safety index weight and the fourth safety index weight may be equal to the safety index weight for human supervision. For example: the index weight of the number of the supervisors is J, the index weight of the supervision early warning processing rate is W, and J + W is R, wherein R represents the safety index weight of the supervision of the supervisors.
Similarly, the sum of the fifth safety index weight and the sixth safety index weight may be equal to the safety index weight of the blacklist guard. For example: the index weight of the number of the blacklisted people is A, the index weight of the precautionary early warning processing rate is W, and A + W is H, wherein H represents the safety index weight of the supervision of the people. It should be noted that the value of W here may be different from the values of W for the old and weak nursing staff and the supervisor.
In this embodiment, since a plurality of security index weights are set for each service item, the accuracy of the security index calculation can be improved when calculating the security index.
Optionally, the calculating of the safety index scores of the service items according to the actual service conditions of the service items and the safety index weight preset for each service item includes at least two of the following:
calculating the score of the number of the old and the weak in the community according to the duty ratio of the number of the old and the weak and the first safety index weight, taking the product of the nursing early warning processing rate and the second safety index weight as the early warning processing score of the old and the weak in the community, and taking the sum of the number of the old and the weak and the nursing early warning processing score of the old and the weak as the safety index score of the old and the weak in the community;
calculating the supervision safety index score of the personnel in the community according to the number of the supervisors, the third safety index weight, the supervision early warning processing rate and the fourth safety index weight;
and calculating the score of the blacklist precautionary safety index in the community according to the number of the blacklist personnel, the fifth safety index weight, the precautionary early warning processing rate and the sixth safety index weight.
Wherein, the calculating the score of the number of the old and the weak people in the community according to the number of the old and the weak people and the first safety index weight may include:
determining a target interval in which the number of people of the old and the weak is located, wherein the target interval is one of a preset first interval, a preset second interval and a preset third interval;
and calculating the scores of the old and the weak people in the community according to the target interval and the first safety index weight, wherein if the target interval is the preset first interval, the scores of the old and the weak people and the scores of the old and the weak people are positively correlated, if the target interval is the preset second interval, the scores of the old and the weak people are equal to the first safety index weight, and if the target interval is the preset third interval, the scores of the old and the weak people and the scores of the old and the weak people are negatively correlated.
For example: as shown in FIG. 3, the optimal interval of the total ratio of the old and weak caregivers to the community residents can be set to be a-b, wherein a is more than 0% and b is less than 100%. The preset first interval is an interval between 0 and a, the preset second interval is an interval between a and b, and the preset third interval is an interval greater than b. It should be noted that the values of a and b may be set according to actual situations, for example: according to the actual age of the resident in the community, or according to the resident environment in the community, and the like.
Further, the target interval is the preset first interval, the number of old and weak persons score is in positive correlation with the number of old and weak persons ratio, specifically, the number of old and weak persons score is a function increasing value changing along with the value, it is indicated that the number of old and weak caregivers in the community is lower than a normal value range, the number of old and weak caregivers in the community is low in the ratio, it may be indicated that the community is insufficient to investigate the situations of the old and weak caregivers, and the old and weak caregivers need to be subjected to further investigation and statistics, so that a lower number of old and weak persons score is obtained through calculation. And if the target interval is the preset second interval, the score of the number of the old and the weak people is equal to the first safety index right, which shows that the proportion of the nursing personnel of the old and the weak in the community is in a relatively reasonable range, and the corresponding score of the number of the old and the weak people is constant at the moment. And if the target interval is the preset third interval, the number of old and weak people score is in negative correlation with the number of old and weak people ratio, specifically, the number of old and weak people score is a subtraction function value which changes along with the value, which indicates that the ratio of old and weak caregivers in the community is higher and needs extra attention.
For example: in the above embodiment, taking the above a and b as examples, the score of the number of the old and the weak people can be calculated by the following formula:
when x is more than or equal to 0 and less than a, P1=c·x2
When a is less than or equal to x is less than or equal to b, P1=P,
When b is less than x, the ratio of b,
Figure BDA0001810544470000091
wherein x represents the ratio of the number of the elderly to the number of the infirm, P1The number of people of old and weak is shown, c, h, e and g are constants, and the values of c, h, e and g can be set according to different regions and different cities. Further, the values of c, h, e and g can be obtained by debugging in advance according to actual data.
Of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, the score of the number of old people and the number of weak people is not limited to be calculated by the above formula, for example: it can also be calculated using the following formula:
when x is more than or equal to 0 and less than a, P1=c·x2+q,
When a is less than or equal to x is less than or equal to b, P1=P,
When b is less than x, the ratio of b,
Figure BDA0001810544470000101
wherein, q and r are constants, and the values of q and r can be set according to the specific conditions of different regions and different cities. Further, the values of q and r may be obtained by debugging in advance according to actual data.
In this embodiment, the score of the number of people of the old and the weak can be calculated through the preset first interval, the preset second interval and the preset third interval, so that the condition of nursing the old and the weak in the community can be reflected more accurately by using the score of the number of people of the old and the weak, and the calculated community safety index is more accurate.
Of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, the calculation of the score of the number of the old and the weak people is not limited, and the score of the number of the old and the weak people is calculated by, for example: the product of the occupancy ratio of the old people and the weak people and the first safety index weight can be directly used as the score of the old people and the weak people, and the accuracy of the score of the old people and the weak people calculated in the mode is lower.
It should be noted that, the number of the old and the weak people is a relatively static index, that is, the percentage of the number of the old and the weak people in the community to the whole community is represented, and it can be understood that if the value is relatively high, it means that there are more old and weak people in the community, and the security risk prevention capability of the old and weak people is insufficient, and the index value of the community in this aspect is relatively low.
In addition, the score for the early warning treatment of the old and weak nursing can be calculated by the following formula:
Figure BDA0001810544470000102
wherein, W1And (3) representing old and weak nursing early warning processing scores, wherein W is the old and weak nursing early warning processing scores, the old and weak nursing early warning processing scores are dynamic indexes, representing the processing condition of the dangerous case early warning of old and weak personnel in the community, if the early warning processing rate is higher, the community is indicated to process the old and weak dangerous cases timely, and the index value of the community on the aspect is higher.
The supervisors may include N classes of supervisors (e.g., criminals, drug addicts, people with cases, illegal visitors, etc.), the third safety index weight includes N supervisors safety index weights, the N supervisors safety index weights respectively correspond to the N classes of supervisors, the supervision and early-warning processing rate includes N early-warning processing rates, the fourth safety index weight includes N early-warning processing rate safety index weights, the N early-warning processing rate safety index weights respectively correspond to the N early-warning processing rates, and N is an integer greater than or equal to 1;
the calculating the personnel supervision safety index score in the community according to the number of the supervisors, the third safety index weight, the supervision early warning processing rate and the fourth safety index weight comprises the following steps:
calculating the personnel supervision safety index score of each type of supervisors, wherein the personnel supervision safety index score of each type of supervisors is equal to the sum of the supervisor index score and the early warning processing index score of the type of supervisors, the supervisor index score corresponds to the supervisor safety index weight of the type of supervisors, the number of the type of supervisors is in negative correlation, and the early warning processing index is equal to the product of the early warning processing rate of the type of supervisors and the early warning processing rate safety index weight;
and taking the sum of the personnel supervision safety index scores of the N classes of supervisors as the personnel supervision safety index score in the community.
In the embodiment, the corresponding supervisor safety index weight and the corresponding early warning processing rate safety index weight can be configured for each type of supervisor, so that the accuracy of the score of the supervision safety index of the supervisor can be improved.
For example: in the human supervision, there are various types of human supervision, and their weight values may be the same or different. The safety index weight of the monitored number of the persons (i.e. the third safety index weight) is J, the index weight of the early warning processing rate (i.e. the fourth safety index weight) is W, and J + W is R, where R is the safety index weight of the supervision of the persons.
Let the safety index of each type of supervision of personnel be weighted as r1、r2…rnIndex is divided into ra1、ra2…ran. Then R is R1+r2+…+rn,R1=ra1+ra2+…+ran. Each type of supervisor has a weight of JnThe weight of the early warning processing rate is Wx(i.e., the warning processing rate safety index weight of each type of supervisor is the same).
Figure BDA0001810544470000111
Where x represents the number of class a supervisors, the first part in the formula may represent the supervisor index scores of class a supervisors, and the second part may represent the early warning processing index scores of class a supervisors.
This allows to obtain an exponential score R, supervised by the person1=ra1+ra2+…+ran. Here, b, c and d are constants, and the values of b, c and d can be set according to the specific conditions of different regions and different cities.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the calculation of the human supervision safety index score by the above formula is not limited, for example: the supervised safety index score may also be calculated according to the following formula.
Figure BDA0001810544470000121
Wherein, the above WaThe early warning processing rate safety index weight of the class a supervisors is represented, that is, the early warning processing rate safety index weights of different classes of supervisors can be different. Or adding a corresponding supervisor safety index weight in the inverse cotangent function arccot (dx-e) so that the supervisor index score corresponds to the supervisor safety index weight of the class of supervisors, and the number of the class of supervisors is in negative correlation.
It should be noted that, by using the above inverse cotangent function arccot (dx-e), when the value x, i.e. the number of important supervisors, increases, the overall safety index of the community tends to decrease. It is to be appreciated that when the number of key supervisors of a community is relatively small, the overall security level of the community is relatively high.
In the embodiment, the index score of the supervisors is negatively correlated with the number of the supervisors, so that the calculated safety index score of the supervisors in the community can be more accurate.
Of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, the calculation of the intra-community supervision safety index score in the above manner is not limited, for example: the supervisors may not be classified, and the person supervision safety index score may be equal to the sum of the supervisor index score and the early warning processing index score, wherein the supervisor index score may be equal to the product of the inverse cotangent function of the number of supervisors and the third safety index weight, which may ensure that the supervisor index score is negatively correlated with the number of class supervisors.
The calculating of the security index score of blacklist precaution in the community according to the number of blacklist people, the fifth security index weight, the precaution early warning processing rate and the sixth security index weight may include:
and calculating the personnel score and the precautionary early warning processing score of the blacklist personnel in the community, and taking the sum of the personnel score and the precautionary early warning processing score as the precautionary safety index score of the blacklist in the community, wherein the personnel score corresponds to the fifth safety index weight and is positively correlated with the number of the blacklist personnel, and the precautionary early warning processing score is equal to the product of the sixth safety index weight and the precautionary early warning processing rate.
For example: in the blacklist precaution, the blacklist index weight (i.e. the fifth safety index weight) is a; the exponential weight of the warning processing rate (i.e., the sixth safety exponential weight) is W.
Then: a + W ═ H, where H denotes the security index weight of the blacklist guard, then H1The calculation method is as follows:
Figure BDA0001810544470000131
wherein H1The score of the blacklist precaution safety index is represented, the first part in the formula can represent the personnel score of blacklist personnel, and the second part can represent the score of precaution early warning processing. In addition, a, b, c and d are constants, and the values of a, b, c and d can be set according to the specific conditions of different regions and different cities. The x value characterizes the size of the blacklist containment database, i.e. the identified blacklist people (i.e. the number of the above-mentioned blacklist people) within the community. The arctangent function is an increasing function, and the significance of the arctangent function is that when the number of the identified blacklist prevention personnel of the community is large, the security risk prevention capability of the community is strong, and the community security index is relatively high. In addition, the parameter d can be used to adjust the reference value of the number of people in the blacklist database.
In this embodiment, the score of the blacklist precaution safety index in the community is calculated according to the number of the blacklist people, the weight of the fifth safety index, the precaution early warning processing rate and the weight of the sixth safety index, so that the accuracy of the score of the blacklist precaution safety index in the community can be improved.
Of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, the calculation of the score of the security index for blacklist protection in the community by the above-mentioned method is not limited, for example: and the product of the number of the blacklist people and the weight of the fifth safety index can be directly used as a person score, and the sum of the person score and the precaution early warning processing score is used as the blacklist precaution safety index score in the community.
It should be noted that the above-described embodiments of at least two of caretaking, supervision and blacklisting can be applied to the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and the same advantages can be achieved.
203. And taking the sum of the safety index scores of the plurality of service items as the safety index of the community.
As an optional implementation manner, the sum of the safety index weights of the plurality of service items is equal to a preset numerical value;
the safety index is equal to the sum of the safety index scores of the service items, and the safety index is smaller than or equal to the preset value.
The preset value may represent a whole, and the sum of the security index weights of the plurality of service items is equal to the preset value, which is the whole. The weight of the security index of each service item can represent the proportion of each service item in the security index of the community, that is, in the embodiment of the present invention, the weight of the security index of each service item can be set according to the proportion of each service item in the security index of the community. For example: taking 100 as an example, the preset value is 100. Of course, 100 is exemplified herein with a total number of safety indices of 100 (i.e., a full score of the indices is 100). For example: the preset value may also be 1 or 1000, etc., and certainly, the safety indexes calculated for different preset values are different, and the significances of the safety indexes are also different, if the preset value is 1, the highest safety index of the community is 1, and if the preset value is 1000, the highest safety index of the community is 1000.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention can carry out statistics according to different time dimensions of year, month, week, day and the like. The index is influenced by data of the above-mentioned plurality of service items, for example: nursing for old and weak people, supervision of personnel and blacklist precaution. The influencing factors of each aspect may include at least two of the number of people, the number of people ratio and the rate of pre-warning treatment.
Setting: the safety index of the community is S, the safety index weight of the old and weak nursing is L, and the safety index score is L1(ii) a The weight of the safety index of the personnel supervision is R, and the safety index is divided into R1(ii) a The weight of the safety index for the protection of the blacklist is H, and the safety index is divided into H1. Then the following relationship exists:
L+R+H=100
S=L1+R1+H1
in this embodiment, since the sum of the weights of the safety indexes of the plurality of service items is equal to a preset value, and the safety index is less than or equal to the preset value, it can be ensured that the calculated safety index is less than or equal to the preset value, so that the calculated safety index is more practical.
It should be noted that the community security evaluation method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to community management systems such as intelligent communities, safe community systems and the like based on face recognition. In addition, the above-mentioned community security assessment method may be implemented by using an apparatus (or system) as shown in fig. 4.
The system comprises a data acquisition module, a database, a data storage module and a management module, wherein the data acquisition module is used for acquiring and inputting relevant information of a community, such as information of blacklist personnel, supervision personnel, old and weak nursing personnel and the like, and writing the information into the database;
