The length of the air outlet of the air curtain module 15 is 750-900 mm, wherein when the length is less than 750 mm, the oil smoke cannot be completely covered, and when the length is more than 900 mm, the effect of oil smoke adsorption cannot be obviously increased, so that the energy waste is caused.
In some alternative embodiments, fig. 10 is a schematic view illustrating an operation state of an air curtain module according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, an angle α between an air curtain generated by the air curtain module 15 and a horizontal direction is 5 to 15 °, so that the air curtain generated by the air curtain module 15 can effectively block and entrain escaping soot.
In some alternative embodiments, the length of the air outlet of the air curtain module 15 is 800 mm.

Claims (10)

1. An integrated cooker is characterized by comprising a volute fan module, a disinfection cabinet steam box module and a shell module;
the volute fan module and the disinfection cabinet steam box module are arranged side by side along the length direction of the shell module and are contained in the shell module.
2. The integrated cooktop of claim 1, wherein the housing module comprises a top plate, a bottom plate, side plates, a back plate, and a partition plate;
the top plate and the bottom plate are oppositely arranged;
the number of the side plates is two, and the two side plates are respectively arranged on two sides of the shell module;
the partition plate is arranged between the two side plates and is fixedly connected with the top plate;
the back plate is connected with the top plate and the two side plates.
3. The integrated cooker of claim 1, wherein the volute fan module comprises a volute, an impeller, an air intake ring, and a first motor;
the impeller is housed within the volute;
the first motor is fixed on one side plate of the volute and is connected with the impeller in the volute so as to drive the impeller to rotate;
a first air inlet is formed in the volute on the installation side of the first motor;
a second air inlet is formed in the other side, opposite to the installation side of the first motor, of the volute;
the air inlet ring is fixedly arranged on the first air inlet side of the volute.
4. The integrated cooker of claim 3, wherein the volute fan module further comprises a volute air duct opening disposed at a bottom of the volute fan module.
5. The integrated cooker according to claim 1, further comprising a smoke exhaust module fixedly connected to an inner side end of the housing module in a width direction and installed above the housing module.
6. The integrated cooker according to claim 5, wherein the fume extraction module comprises an oil screen, a pressure equalizing chamber, an air curtain module mounting interface, a cover plate and a base;
the cover plate is arranged on the front surface of the oil fume extraction module, is fixedly arranged on the base and seals the pressure equalizing cavity;
the oil net is arranged above the pressure equalizing cavity;
the air curtain module mounting interface is arranged above the oil net.
7. The integrated cooker according to claim 6, wherein the pressure equalizing chamber comprises a plurality of chambers, each of which is of a different size.
8. The integrated cooker of claim 6 or 7, further comprising an air curtain module mounted on the air curtain module mounting interface.
9. The integrated cooker of claim 8, wherein the air curtain module includes a cross flow fan generating an air curtain and a second motor;
the second motor is arranged in the middle of the air curtain module in the length direction and controls the cross-flow fan to generate the air curtain.
10. The integrated cooker of claim 9, wherein the air curtain module further comprises a mounting bracket and an air duct;
the mounting brackets are mounted at two ends and/or the middle position of the cross-flow fan;
when the mounting bracket is mounted in the middle of the cross-flow fan, the mounting bracket is mounted on two sides of the second motor;
the air duct is arranged on the circumferential outer side of the cross flow fan.
