External cold water can enter the first water passing channel 402 through the second water passing channel 403 and then enter the water inlet channel 102. In some embodiments of the present invention, the housing 101 is provided with a positioning screw hole perpendicular to the water regulating valve core 401, the outer periphery of the water regulating valve core 401 is provided with a circumferentially extending sliding groove, the positioning screw hole is aligned with the sliding groove, a positioning screw 405 is connected in the positioning screw hole, and the end of the positioning screw 405 is disposed in the sliding groove. In some embodiments of the present invention, a pressure relief channel is disposed in the water adjustment valve core 401 along the left-right direction, the pressure relief channel is disposed on the right side of the first water passing channel 402, the pressure relief channel is communicated with the first water passing channel 402, a pressure relief opening 203 is disposed on the right side of the pressure relief channel, and a pressure relief valve 501 is disposed in the pressure relief channel. When the water pressure in the pipeline is too high, the water pressure causes the pressure release valve 501 to open to discharge part of the water, and the water pressure in the pipeline can be reduced.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the pressure relief channel includes a left pressure relief channel 202 and a right pressure relief channel which are communicated with each other, an inner diameter of the right pressure relief channel is larger than an inner diameter of the left pressure relief channel 202, the pressure relief valve 501 includes a pressure relief valve core 502 arranged in the right pressure relief channel, a spring installation groove is arranged on a right side of the pressure relief valve core 502, a pressure relief spring 503 is arranged in the spring installation groove, a pressure relief clamping groove is circumferentially arranged on an inner wall of the right pressure relief channel, a pressure relief clamping spring 504 is clamped in the pressure relief clamping groove, the pressure relief clamping spring 504 is arranged on a right side of the pressure relief valve core 502, a pressure relief top ring 505 is arranged between the pressure relief clamping spring 504 and the pressure relief valve core 502, a right side of the pressure relief top ring 505 abuts against a left side of the pressure relief clamping spring 504, a right side of the pressure relief spring.
The pressure relief snap spring 504 is used for providing supporting force for axial fixation; the decompression top ring 505 is used for abutting against the decompression clamp spring 504 and providing a contact action point for the decompression spring 503; the relief spring 503 presses the relief valve element 502 to the left against the right end of the left relief passage 202 for sealing, and the relief gasket 506 improves the sealing performance. When the water pressure is higher than the pressure of the relief spring 503, the water pushes the relief valve core 502 to the right to compress the relief spring 503, and the water flows from the left relief channel 202 to the right relief channel for relief drainage.
In some embodiments of the invention, the water return channel is disposed at the lower side of the water inlet channel 102, the water return port 107 is disposed at the lower side of the water return channel, a positioning shoulder 109 is disposed in the water return channel, the water return check valve 301 comprises an upper shell 302 and a lower shell 303 which are connected with each other, the upper side of the upper shell 302 abuts against the positioning shoulder 109, a water return clamping groove is disposed in the water return channel, a water return snap spring 304 is clamped in the water return clamping groove, the lower side of the lower shell 303 abuts against the upper side of the water return snap spring 304, a second sealing ring 305 is disposed between the periphery of the lower shell 303 and the water return channel, the lower side of the lower shell 303 is provided with a water inlet hole 306, the water outlet hole and the water inlet channel 102 are communicated, a water return valve core 308 is disposed in the upper shell 302, the upper side of the water return valve core 308 is, the third seal ring 310 abuts the water inlet hole 306.
The backwater snap spring 304 abuts against the lower side of the lower shell 303, the upper end of the upper shell 302 abuts against the positioning shoulder 109, and the backwater one-way valve 301 is fixed in the backwater channel. The return spring 309 presses the return valve core 308 downwards on the water inlet hole 306, and when the return port 107 is connected with a return pipe, the return water pushes the return valve core 308 upwards to enter the water inlet channel 102; when the water return port 107 is not connected to a water return pipe, water in the water inlet channel 102 presses the water return valve core 308 downwards to prop against the water inlet hole 306, and the water cannot flow out of the water inlet hole 306.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the water replenishing port 105 is disposed on the left side of the main water outlet 104, the water replenishing port 105 is perpendicular to the water inlet channel 102, the water replenishing channel 110 is disposed between the water inlet channel 102 and the water replenishing port 105, the water replenishing hole 111 is disposed between the water replenishing channel 110 and the water inlet channel 102, the aperture of the water replenishing hole 111 is smaller than the inner diameter of the water replenishing channel 110, the left side of the water replenishing channel 110 is provided with an internal thread section, the water replenishing channel 110 is provided with a water replenishing rod 204, the water replenishing rod 204 is provided with an external thread section, the external thread section is connected to the internal thread section, the right end surface of the water replenishing rod 204 is provided with a water replenishing gasket 205, the water replenishing gasket 205 is aligned with the water replenishing hole 111, a fourth sealing ring 206 is disposed between the outer periphery of the water replenishing rod 204 and the water replenishing channel 110.
The water replenishing rod 204 is rotated by the water replenishing adjusting part, so that the water replenishing rod 204 can move leftwards or rightwards under the action of the external thread section. When the water heater is normally used, the water replenishing rod 204 presses the water replenishing port 105 rightwards to prevent the water replenishing channel 110 from being communicated with the water inlet channel 102, and the water replenishing sealing gasket 205 improves the sealing performance; when water needs to be supplemented, the water supplementing rod 204 is rotated to move leftwards to be away from the water supplementing opening 105, so that water is supplemented into the heating waterway through the water supplementing opening 105. The fourth sealing ring 206 is used for sealing water in the heating water channel when the water replenishing rod 204 presses the water replenishing port 105 to the right.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the internal threaded section is internally threaded with an adapter ring 207, the inner bore of the adapter ring 207 is provided with an adapter screw hole, and the external threaded section is threaded with the adapter screw hole. The water replenishing rod 204 is connected with the water replenishing channel 110 through the adapter ring 207, and the adapter ring 207 is used for keeping the length of a threaded connection section for connecting the water replenishing rod 204 with the adapter ring 207 unchanged; if the external thread section of the water replenishing rod 204 is directly connected with the internal thread section of the water inlet channel 102, the length of the processed internal thread section is lengthened, and as the water replenishing rod 204 is screwed to the right, the connection length of the external thread section and the internal thread section is lengthened, and the screwing force is increased.
This joint collects into water, return water, moisturizing, accent water, drainage and pressure release function in an organic whole, satisfies multiple functional requirement, and is easy to assemble and use.
The water heater according to the second aspect embodiment of the invention comprises the joint integrating the functions of water return and water supplement according to the first aspect embodiment of the invention.
According to the water heater provided by the embodiment of the invention, the joint integrating the functions of water return and water supplement is adopted, so that the water heater can be suitable for pipelines with and without a water return pipe, and water supplement can enter a heating water path, so that the water quantity and water discharge are conveniently regulated, and the water pressure of the pipelines is conveniently limited.
