4. The self-locking washer for preventing hinge pin from falling down as claimed in claim 1, wherein said sharp portion is formed by die-cutting said washer body.
5. The self-locking washer for preventing hinge pin from falling down as claimed in claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein the sharp portion is provided in plurality in a circumferential direction of the washer body.
6. The self-locking washer for preventing hinge pin from falling down as claimed in claim 5, wherein the washer body and the sharp portion are processed by a carburizing and quenching process.
7. The self-locking washer for preventing the hinge pin from falling down as claimed in claim 6, wherein the washer body and the sharp portion are both made of cold-rolled carbon steel.
