Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, and fig. 4, the automatic door lock system mainly includes a door body 2, a door frame 4, a baffle 10, an operation control mechanism of the baffle 10, and a door closing signal sensing module 3, wherein a movable connection structure capable of rotating relatively is formed between the door body 2 and the door frame 4 through a hinge, the door body 2 is provided with a lock tongue 1, an inner handle 5, and an outer handle 7, and the door frame 4 is provided with a lock catch box 6. The door closing signal sensing module 3 can be installed on the door body 2 as required, can also be installed on the outer side of the door inner handle 5, and can also be installed on the inner side of the door outer handle 7, after the door closing signal sensing module 3 senses a door closing signal, the sensed door closing signal is output to the baffle 10 action control mechanism, furthermore, when the baffle 10 action control mechanism has an appointed door closing signal input, the baffle 10 is controlled to move relative to the lock catch box 6 through the baffle 10 action control mechanism until the lock catch box 6 is in an opening state, at the moment, the lock tongue 1 can be smoothly inserted into the lock catch box 6, and therefore the conscious door closing action of the door body 2 can be realized. When no appointed door closing signal is input into the baffle 10 action control mechanism, the baffle 10 action control mechanism controls the baffle 10 to move reversely relative to the lock catch box 6 until the lock catch box 6 is in a closed state, at the moment, the lock tongue 1 cannot be inserted into the lock catch box 6, and therefore the door closing action of the door body 2 can be prevented.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the motion control mechanism of the baffle plate 10 mainly includes an electromagnet 8 and a spring 9, one end of the spring 9 is fixed on the door frame 4 or a wall where the door frame 4 is located, and a mechanical connection structure is formed between the other end of the spring 9 and the baffle plate 10. As shown in fig. 5, the door closing signal sensing module 3 employs a proximity switch, such as a commonly used infrared proximity switch, and the infrared proximity switch is electrically connected to the electromagnet 8.
The accidental door closing prevention method of the automatic door lock system comprises the following steps:
when a person approaches the infrared proximity switch, if the distance between the person and the infrared proximity switch is less than or equal to the expected distance calibrated by the infrared proximity switch, for example, 5cm, the infrared proximity switch outputs an electrical signal with a voltage U, which is an appointed door-closing signal output by the infrared proximity switch, and after the appointed door-closing signal is output to the electromagnet 8, the automatic door lock system determines that the person intends to close the door, at this time, the electromagnet 8 generates an electromagnetic force due to energization, attracts the baffle 10 and drives the baffle 10 to move relative to the keeper 6 through the electromagnet 8, so that the keeper 6 is in an open state, as shown in fig. 4, the latch bolt 1 can be smoothly inserted into the keeper 6, thereby achieving the conscious door-closing action of the door body 2. On the contrary, when the infrared proximity switch does not output the designated door closing signal to the electromagnet 8, the automatic door lock system determines that the door is accidentally closed, and at this time, the electromagnet 8 is in the power-off state, and the electromagnetic force generated by the electromagnet disappears, so that the baffle 10 moves in the reverse direction relative to the keeper 6 under the elastic force action of the spring 9 until the keeper 6 is in the closed state, as shown in fig. 3, the bolt 1 cannot be inserted into the keeper 6, and the door closing action cannot be completed.
Further, in order to increase the response speed of the electromagnet 8, an amplification and filtering module may be disposed between the infrared proximity switch and the electromagnet 8, as shown in fig. 5. The amplifying and filtering module preferably adopts an amplifying and filtering circuit structure in the prior art. At this time, the specified door-closing signal is an electrical signal of which the voltage is U and which is processed by the amplifying and filtering module.
In the embodiment, the door closing signal sensing module 3 detects the distance between a person and the door body 2 and outputs a corresponding door closing signal to define the door closing behavior caused by human and the door closing accident caused by non-human factors. When the automatic door lock system judges that the door is closed, namely the door is intentionally closed, the electromagnet 8 is electrified, so that the lock catch box 6 is in an open state, and the door is closed; on the contrary, the automatic door lock system judges that the door is accidentally closed, the electromagnet 8 is not triggered, and the lock catch box 6 is shielded by the baffle 10, so that the door cannot be closed.
Example 2
Compared with embodiment 1, the door closing signal sensing module 3 employs a pressure sensor, as shown in fig. 5, and is otherwise the same as embodiment 1.
In this embodiment, the door closing signal sensing module 3 is a sensing pressure signal, that is, a signal of an acting force when a person applies a force to the door body 2, rather than a distance signal between the person and the door body 2. The door closing signal sensing module 3 detects the acting force between a person and the door body 2 and outputs a corresponding door closing signal so as to define the accidental door closing caused by the person-induced door closing behavior and the non-person-induced factors. When the automatic door lock system judges that the door is closed, the electromagnet 8 is electrified, so that the lock catch box 6 is in an open state, and the door closing is realized; on the contrary, when the automatic door lock system judges that the door is accidentally closed, the electromagnet 8 is not triggered, and the lock catch box 6 is shielded by the baffle 10, so that the door cannot be closed.
Example 3
Compared with embodiment 1, a comparator is additionally arranged between the amplifying and filtering module and the electromagnet 8, and the other steps are the same as embodiment 1 as shown in fig. 6.
Generally, when a person is away from the proximity switch by a certain distance, for example, 5cm, the proximity switch outputs a certain voltage, and after the certain voltage is calibrated, the corresponding proximity distance is the expected distance calibrated by the proximity switch. In this embodiment, when a person approaches the proximity switch, the proximity switch outputs a sensed door-closing signal, i.e., a distance signal between the person and the door body 2, as a voltage signal, the output voltage U is output to the amplifying and filtering module, the voltage U ' is output after being processed by the amplifying and filtering module, the voltage U ' signal is output to the comparator, and the comparator outputs U ' and a threshold U preset by the comparator0Comparing when U' is more than or equal to U0When the door closing signal is detected, namely the distance between the person and the proximity switch is smaller than or equal to the calibrated expected distance, the comparator outputs a high level, the high level is a designated door closing signal formed after the comparator is processed, and the designated door closing signal is detectedThe electromagnetic force is output to the electromagnet 8, and the electromagnet 8 is electrified to generate the electromagnetic force and attract the shutter 10, so that the keeper 6 is in the open state, and the door closing motion can be completed.
Therefore, compared with embodiment 1, the automatic door lock system of the present embodiment re-determines the approaching distance between the person and the door 2 by additionally providing the comparator, so that accidental door closing caused by non-human factors can be eliminated, and the reliability of preventing accidental door closing is higher.
Example 4
Compared with the embodiment 2, a comparator is additionally arranged between the amplifying and filtering module and the electromagnet 8, and the other steps are the same as the embodiment 2 as shown in fig. 6.
In this embodiment, the pressure signal sensed by the pressure sensor needs to be calibrated in advance, for example, when the calibrated pressure reaches 10N, a certain voltage signal is correspondingly output. When force is applied to the pressure sensor by someone, the pressure sensor corresponds to an output voltage U, the output voltage U is output to the amplifying and filtering module, the voltage U ' is output after being processed by the amplifying and filtering module, the voltage signal U ' is output to the comparator firstly, and the comparator outputs U ' and a threshold value U preset by the comparator0Comparing when U' is more than or equal to U0When the pressure of the person acting on the pressure sensor is greater than or equal to 10N, the comparator outputs a high level, which is a designated door closing signal formed after the processing of the comparator, the designated door closing signal is output to the electromagnet 8, the electromagnet 8 is electrified to generate an electromagnetic force and attract the baffle 10, so that the keeper 6 is in an open state to complete the door closing action.
Therefore, compared with embodiment 2, the automatic door lock system of the present embodiment re-determines the acting force between the person and the door body 2 by additionally providing the comparator, so that the person-made door closing behavior and the accidental door closing behavior can be defined by determining the magnitude of the pressure, especially, the accidental door closing caused by the light touch can be eliminated, and the reliability of preventing the accidental door closing is higher.
Example 5
Compared with embodiment 3, a door-closing signal induction control module is additionally arranged between the comparator and the electromagnet 8, and the door-closing signal induction control module preferably adopts a MCU or a PLC, as shown in fig. 7. The door closing signal sensing control module is electrically connected with the comparator, and outputs a specified door closing signal to the electromagnet 8 after the door closing signal sensing control module detects that the specified door closing signal output by the comparator lasts for a certain time, so as to realize the door closing action. The rest is the same as example 3.
In this embodiment, when the distance between the person and the proximity switch is less than or equal to the calibrated expected distance, the comparator outputs a high level, and the high level further controls the duration of the sensing distance through the door closing signal sensing control module, that is, when the door closing signal sensing control module inputs the high level, the door closing signal sensing control module starts to time, and when the duration of the sensing distance reaches a preset value, for example, the duration of the sensing distance is greater than or equal to 1.5s, the door closing signal sensing control module outputs the high level, which is a specified door closing signal, the specified door closing signal is output to the electromagnet 8, and the electromagnet 8 is energized to generate an electromagnetic force and attract the shutter 10, so that the keeper 6 is in an open state to complete the door closing motion.
In the embodiment, the door closing signal sensing control module is additionally arranged to control the duration time of the door closing signal, and when the duration time of the door closing signal reaches a preset value, the automatic door lock system judges that the door is closed, at the moment, the lock catch box 6 is in an open state, so that the door closing action can be finished; on the contrary, if the proximity switch does not detect that a person approaches the door body 2 or the duration of the door closing signal is shorter than the preset value, the automatic door lock system judges that the door is closed accidentally, at the moment, the electromagnet 8 is not triggered, and the lock catch box 6 is shielded by the baffle 10, so that the door closing action cannot be completed. Therefore, compared with embodiment 3, the automatic door lock system of this embodiment detects the approaching distance between the person and the door body 2 through the proximity switch, and sets and outputs the duration of the door closing signal through the door closing signal sensing control module, so as to define the accidental door closing caused by the person-induced door closing behavior and the non-person-induced factor or short-time touch, which is beneficial to improving the reliability of the automatic door lock system in preventing the accidental door closing.
Example 6
Compared with embodiment 5, the door closing signal sensing module 3 is not a proximity switch, but a pressure sensor, as shown in fig. 7.
In this embodiment, when a force is applied to the pressure sensor, the comparator outputs a high level, and the high level controls the duration of the sensing pressure through the door closing signal sensing control module, that is, when the high level is input by the door closing signal sensing control module, the door closing signal sensing control module starts timing, and when the duration timing time of the sensing pressure reaches a preset value, for example, when the duration timing time of the sensing pressure is greater than or equal to 1.5s, the door closing signal sensing control module outputs the high level, which is a specified door closing signal, the specified door closing signal is output to the electromagnet 8, and the electromagnet 8 is energized to generate an electromagnetic force and attract the shutter 10, so that the keeper 6 is in an open state to complete the door closing action; on the contrary, if the voltage signal output by the pressure sensor is smaller than the threshold value set by the comparator, or the duration time of the induction pressure is shorter than the preset time of the door closing signal induction control module, the automatic door lock system judges that accidental touch occurs, the electromagnet 8 is not triggered, and the lock catch box 6 is shielded by the baffle 10, so that the door closing action cannot be completed.
Therefore, compared with the embodiment 5, the automatic door lock system of the embodiment detects the acting force between the person and the door body 2 through the pressure sensor, sets the duration of the door closing signal through the door closing signal sensing control module, and outputs the duration, so as to define the person-induced door closing behavior, thereby eliminating the accidental door closing caused by light touch or short-time touch, and being beneficial to improving the reliability of preventing the accidental door closing of the automatic door lock system.
Example 7
Compared with the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2, the automatic door lock system further comprises a logic control module. As shown in fig. 8, the door closing signal sensing module includes a proximity switch and a pressure sensor, wherein the proximity switch and the pressure sensor may be installed at a region behind the door body 2 near a side edge and a lower edge of the door lock, or inside the outer handle 7 of the door, or outside the inner handle 5 of the door, as shown in fig. 2. The proximity switch and the pressure sensor are respectively and electrically connected with the logic control module through the amplifying and filtering module, distance signals sensed by the proximity switch and pressure signals sensed by the pressure sensor are respectively output as electric signals, the electric signals are processed by the amplifying and filtering module respectively corresponding to the distance signals and the pressure signals, the electric signals are processed by the logic control module to form appointed door closing signals, and finally the appointed door closing signals are output to the baffle plate action control mechanism through the logic control module. The logic control module preferably adopts a logic gate circuit structure in the prior art, and can also adopt a relay or an FPGA processor.
The accidental door closing prevention method of the automatic door lock system in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
the distance between a person and the door body 2 is detected through the proximity switch, and the corresponding amplifying and filtering module outputs a corresponding voltage signal U1 to the logic control module; the magnitude of acting force between a person and the door body 2 is detected through the pressure sensor, and a corresponding voltage signal U2 is output to the logic control module through the corresponding amplifying and filtering module; and when the U1 and the U2 are both high level through the logic operation of the logic control module, the logic control module outputs corresponding high level, and when the U1 and the U2 are not high level, the logic control module outputs low level. And only when the logic control module outputs a high level, the high level is a specified door-closing signal formed after the logic control module processes the high level. The specified door-closing signal is output to the electromagnet 8, and the electromagnet 8 is energized to generate an electromagnetic force and attract the shutter 10, thereby placing the keeper 6 in an open state to complete the door-closing operation.
Therefore, the automatic door lock system of the present embodiment can define the behavior of the door being closed by man and the accidental door being closed by non-man by detecting the approaching distance between the person and the door body 2 and the magnitude of the door-closing force. Only when the logic control module outputs a high level, the automatic door lock system judges that the door is closed, and the electromagnet 8 is electrified, so that the door is closed; on the contrary, the automatic door lock system judges that the door is accidentally closed, the electromagnet 8 is not triggered, and the lock catch box 6 is shielded by the baffle 10, so that the door cannot be closed.
Example 8
Compared with the embodiment 7, the automatic door lock system further comprises a first comparator and a second comparator, the proximity switch is electrically connected with the first comparator through the amplification filtering module, the pressure sensor is electrically connected with the second comparator through the other amplification filtering module, and the first comparator and the second comparator are both electrically connected with the logic control module, as shown in fig. 9.
When a person approaches the proximity switch, the proximity switch outputs a sensed distance signal between the person and the door body 2 as a voltage signal U1, the output voltage U1 is processed by a corresponding amplification and filtering module to form an output voltage U1 ', the voltage U1 ' signal is firstly output to a first comparator, and the first comparator outputs U1 ' and a threshold value U preset by the first comparator01Comparing, when U1' is ≧ U01When the distance between the person and the proximity switch is smaller than or equal to the calibrated expected distance, the first comparator outputs a high level to the logic control module.
When a force is applied to the pressure sensor by a person, the pressure sensor corresponds to an output voltage U2, the output voltage U2 is output to a corresponding amplifying and filtering module, the voltage U2 ' is output after being processed by the amplifying and filtering module, the voltage signal U2 ' is output to a second comparator, and the second comparator outputs U2 ' and a threshold value U preset by the second comparator02Comparing, when U2' is ≧ U02When the pressure of the human body on the pressure sensor is greater than or equal to 10N, the second comparator outputs a high level to the logic control module.
The logic control module carries out logic operation on the high level output by the first comparator and the high level output by the second comparator, and when two high levels are input into the logic control module, the logic control module outputs the high level; and when the logic control module does not meet the requirement of two high-level inputs, the logic control module outputs a low level. And only when the logic control module outputs a high level, the high level signal output by the logic control module is the appointed door-closing signal formed after the processing of the logic control module. The specified door-closing signal is output to the electromagnet 8, and the electromagnet 8 is energized to generate an electromagnetic force and attract the shutter 10, thereby placing the keeper 6 in an open state to complete the door-closing operation.
It can be seen that the automatic door lock system of the present embodiment can define the man-made door closing behavior and the accidental door closing due to the non-man-made factor or the light touch by detecting the approaching distance between the person and the door body 2 and the magnitude of the door closing force. When the automatic door lock system judges that the door is closed, the electromagnet 8 is electrified, so that the door is closed; on the contrary, the automatic door lock system judges that the door is accidentally closed, the electromagnet 8 is not triggered, and the lock catch box 6 is shielded by the baffle 10, so that the door cannot be closed, thereby effectively eliminating accidental door closing caused by non-human factors or light touch, and further improving the reliability of preventing accidental door closing of the automatic door lock system.
Example 9
Compared with embodiment 8, the automatic door lock system further includes a door closing signal sensing control module, which is electrically connected to the first comparator and the logic control module, as shown in fig. 10, as in embodiment 5. When the door closing signal sensing control module detects that the door closing signal output by the first comparator lasts for a certain time, the door closing signal sensing control module outputs the door closing signal to the logic control module, and the logic control module processes the door closing signals output by the door closing signal sensing control module and the second comparator respectively to form a specified door closing signal and outputs the specified door closing signal to the baffle plate action control mechanism. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
when the approaching distance between a person and the approaching switch is smaller than or equal to a calibrated expected distance, the first comparator outputs a high level as a door closing signal, the high level controls the duration of the approaching distance through the door closing signal induction control module, and when the door closing signal induction control module detects that the duration timing time of the approaching distance reaches a preset value, for example, the duration timing time of the induced approaching distance is larger than or equal to 1.5s, the door closing signal induction control module outputs the high level to the logic control module.
When the pressure of the person acting on the pressure sensor is larger than or equal to the calibrated pressure value, the second comparator outputs a high level as a door closing signal.
The logic control module carries out logic operation on the high level output by the door closing signal sensing control module and the high level output by the second comparator, and when two high levels are input into the logic control module, the logic control module outputs the high level; and when the logic control module does not meet the requirement of two high-level inputs, the logic control module outputs a low level.
Only when the logic control module outputs a high level, the high level signal output by the logic control module is the appointed door-closing signal formed after the processing of the logic control module. The specified door-closing signal is output to the electromagnet 8, and the electromagnet 8 is energized to generate an electromagnetic force and attract the shutter 10, thereby placing the keeper 6 in an open state to complete the door-closing operation.
Example 10
Compared with the embodiment 9, the door-closing signal sensing control module is electrically connected with the second comparator and the logic control module respectively, as shown in fig. 11. When the door closing signal sensing control module detects that the door closing signal output by the second comparator lasts for a certain time, the door closing signal sensing control module outputs the door closing signal to the logic control module, and the logic control module processes the door closing signals output by the door closing signal sensing control module and the first comparator respectively to form a specified door closing signal and outputs the specified door closing signal to the baffle plate action control mechanism. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
when the approach distance between the person and the approach switch is smaller than or equal to the calibrated expected distance, the first comparator outputs a high level as a door closing signal.
When the pressure of the person acting on the pressure sensor is larger than or equal to the calibrated pressure value, the second comparator outputs a high level as a door closing signal. When the door closing signal is output to the door closing signal sensing control module, the door closing signal sensing control module starts to time, and when the continuous timing time of the sensing pressure reaches a preset value, for example, the continuous timing time of the sensing pressure is more than or equal to 1.5s, the door closing signal sensing control module outputs the high level.
The logic control module carries out logic operation on the high level output by the first comparator and the high level output by the door closing signal induction control module, and when two high levels are input into the logic control module, the logic control module outputs the high level; and when the logic control module does not meet the requirement of two high-level inputs, the logic control module outputs a low level.
Only when the logic control module outputs high level, the high level signal output by the logic control module is the appointed door-closing signal formed after the processing of the logic control module. The specified door-closing signal is output to the electromagnet 8, and the electromagnet 8 is energized to generate an electromagnetic force and attract the shutter 10, thereby placing the keeper 6 in an open state to complete the door-closing operation.
With the automatic door lock systems according to embodiments 9 and 10, it is possible to define an accidental door closing due to an artificial door closing behavior and a non-artificial factor or a light touch or a short touch by detecting an approaching distance between a person and the door body 2, a magnitude of a door closing force, and a duration of a door closing signal, so that an accidental door closing due to a non-artificial factor or a light touch or a short touch can be effectively excluded, and the reliability of the automatic door lock system against the accidental door closing can be further improved.
The automatic door lock system converts the appointed door-closing behavior intention into the corresponding electric signal based on different door-closing intentions according to the respective characteristics of the intentional door-closing and the unintentional door-closing, thereby effectively preventing the door body from being accidentally closed. The electromagnet 8 is powered by a power supply system, and the electromagnet 8 is in a non-energized state under normal conditions, and only when the door closing behavior intention is met, the electromagnet 8 is energized temporarily, so that the power resource is saved to the maximum extent.
The movement control mechanism of the shutter 10 is not limited to be realized by the electromagnet 8 and the spring 9 cooperating with each other, and other movement control mechanisms such as an electromagnetic valve may be used. When the electromagnetic valve is used as the mechanism for controlling the movement of the shutter 10, it is necessary to connect a push-pull rod of the electromagnetic valve to the shutter 10, and the shutter 10 is driven to move relative to the keeper 6 by the push-pull rod of the electromagnetic valve, so that the keeper 6 is opened or closed, whereby the spring 9 can be eliminated.
If the stroke of the push-pull rod of the solenoid valve is insufficient, a link mechanism can be additionally arranged between the push-pull rod of the solenoid valve and the baffle 10 to ensure that the baffle 10 can fully shield the lock catch box 6 and ensure that the door can not be closed, or ensure that the baffle 10 can fully open the lock catch box 6 so as to smoothly close the door. Because the action of the electromagnetic valve is more stable and reliable, the electromagnetic valve is adopted to drive the baffle plate 10, so that the movement stability of the baffle plate 10 can be improved, and the noise reduction is facilitated.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, it should be noted that any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
