In this embodiment, the installation space of the engaging portion may be matched with the structural dimensions of one or more keels after the splicing. The clamping part and the panel body 11 adopt an integrated structure, so that the overall structural strength of the panel body is improved.
In order to improve the connection strength between the panel body and the wall, the number of the engaging portions is preferably plural, and the engaging portions are disposed at intervals along the length direction of the panel body 11. In addition, a fixing block 19 may be used as the connecting member 18, the bottom surface of the fixing block 19 is connected to the keel 17 and/or the engaging portion, and the top surface of the fixing block 19 is connected to the wall. To reduce installation space, the fixed block 18 may be mounted between the elastic limit ends 14, the fixed block 18 having an inverted trapezoidal cross section.
Preferably, at least one hollow structure 12 is provided on the end face of the panel body 11. By providing the hollow structure 12, the amount of raw material can be reduced, thereby reducing production costs.
In the present embodiment, the hollow structures 12 may be disposed along the end surface of the panel body 11 in a penetrating manner, and the number of the hollow structures 12 may be disposed according to the specific shape of the panel body 11; generally, the number of hollow structures 12 is plural, and the plural hollow structures 12 are arranged at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the end face of the panel body 11; by increasing the number of the hollow structures 12, the manufacturing cost of the panel body 11 can be further reduced, the hollow structures 12 are distributed at intervals, so that the panel body 11 maintains certain structural strength, and the panel body can be uniformly stressed. A spacer is present between adjacent hollow structures 12 and/or a spacer may be provided within the hollow structures 12 along which the panel body 11 may be cut to produce different sizes.
Preferably, the panel body 11 is formed by an extrusion process. The panel body 11 is manufactured through an extrusion process, so that the integral forming of the structure of the panel body 11 can be ensured, the structural strength is improved, the existence of seams is avoided, and the overall attractiveness is ensured; in addition, through the design of the modeling of the die, the panel body with rich modeling and special structure can be produced, and the diversified design requirements are met.
