Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of engineering machinery, in particular to a paver.
Background
At present, when a highway is paved, a paver and a vibratory roller are two common mechanical devices, the paver is mainly used for paving various materials of a base layer and a surface layer on the highway, a working device of the vibratory roller is a steel wheel, and an excitation force is provided for the steel wheel through a vibration exciter so as to realize a compaction effect.
In order to improve the working efficiency, the application of the paver with large width and large thickness is more and more, the paver can effectively improve the paving width and the paving thickness, the three-layer paving can be reduced to two layers, the two-layer paving can be reduced to one layer, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved. When a paving operation with a large width and a large thickness is performed, a method of supporting a template is generally adopted to limit the paving range. The method comprises the steps of prefabricating a template, namely a wood template, a concrete template and the like, erecting the template to a preset position, paving, and compacting a paving material after paving.
For a paver with large width and large thickness, a large-tonnage vibration road roller is needed for operation compaction. The large-tonnage vibrating roller has relatively large tonnage, so that the welt compaction is difficult to realize, and if the welt compaction operation is forced, the template can be crushed, so that economic loss is caused; and collapse is easily caused to form a side slope, so that the subsequent construction quality is influenced.
For this purpose, a large-tonnage vibratory roller may be used to perform the middle compaction, followed by a small compaction machine or manually to perform the edge compaction. The method needs to additionally purchase a small compacting mechanical device, and extra cost is needed; in addition, the paver, the large-tonnage vibrating roller and the small compacting mechanical equipment operate independently, operators need to move to different equipment to operate, the automation degree is low, and therefore the operation efficiency is low.
It is noted that the information disclosed in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and should not be taken as an acknowledgement or any form of suggestion that this information constitutes prior art already known to a person skilled in the art.
