Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a yarn processing method, in particular to a processing method of wormwood antibacterial yarn.
Background
During the processing of the traditional wormwood yarn, the sizing agent containing wormwood is generally utilized, the high-pressure sizing mode is utilized to carry out sizing operation on wool yarn for many times, and finally desizing is carried out to prepare the wormwood yarn; although the moxa yarn prepared by the method also has a certain sterilization effect, after long-time use and cleaning, the moxa components in the pulp layer on the surface of the yarn can be washed away, so that the sterilization effect of the whole yarn is reduced, and the stability of the sterilization effect of the yarn is influenced; and by using the sizing mode, after sizing and desizing are finished, a large amount of wormwood components still exist in the residual slurry, so that the overall utilization rate of the raw materials is low, the sizing process needs to be carried out for multiple times, a large amount of manpower and material resources need to be consumed, and the overall production cost is high. Therefore, the existing processing method of the wormwood yarn has the problems of unstable yarn sterilization effect and high production cost.

B. preparing slurry according to the mass ratio of 1: 3, stirring and mixing the mixed powder and the sodium alginate aqueous solution to obtain antibacterial slurry and obtain a product B;
C. preparing spinning viscose, wherein the mass ratio is 1: 3-5, performing ultrasonic dispersion mixing and high-speed vacuum defoaming on the product A and the viscose to obtain spinning viscose and a product C;
D. preparing the wormwood antibacterial fiber, namely respectively extruding the product C out of a spinneret orifice by using a metering pump to form wormwood fiber trickle, and solidifying the wormwood fiber trickle into wormwood nascent fiber; then stretching the moxa nascent fiber to obtain the moxa antibacterial fiber and obtain a product D;
E. and (4) sizing, namely placing the product D in the product B, and sizing to obtain a finished product.
In the foregoing processing method of wormwood antibacterial yarn, the high-speed vacuum defoaming in step C is to place the spun viscose in a high-speed defoaming machine to stir at a speed of 20000r/min to 25000r/min, and simultaneously perform a first vacuum-pumping on the high-speed defoaming machine by using a vacuum-pumping machine for 20 min; and then stirring at a speed of 30000 r/min-40000 r/min, and simultaneously carrying out secondary vacuum pumping on the high-speed defoaming machine by using a vacuum pumping machine for 10 min.
In the processing method of the wormwood antibacterial yarn, the pressure value of the first vacuum pumping is 2 kPa; the pressure value of the second vacuum pumping is 2.7 kPa.
In the processing method of the wormwood antibacterial yarn, the stretching treatment in the step D is steam stretching, the wormwood primary fiber is heated and steam is applied, so that the temperature of the wormwood primary fiber reaches 100-130 ℃, the humidity of a stretching environment is 5-10%, and the wormwood primary fiber is gradually stretched to 4 times of the initial length.
In the processing method of the wormwood antibacterial yarn, the sizing temperature in the step E is 30-35 ℃, and the sizing speed is 20-35 m/min.
In the processing method of the wormwood antibacterial yarn, the dispersant in the step a is methyl amyl alcohol; and D, extruding by using a double-screw extruder.
Compared with the prior art, the invention designs a processing method of wormwood antibacterial yarn, which comprises the steps of mixing wormwood extract powder and chitin powder according to the mass ratio of 1:1, and mixing the mixture with a dispersing agent and deionized water to obtain wormwood antibacterial dispersion liquid; mixing the wormwood antibacterial dispersion liquid and the viscose, spraying the materials by using a metering pump and a double-screw extruder, cooling and solidifying, and finally sequentially performing stretching treatment and sizing treatment to obtain a finished product; the wormwood extract powder and the chitin powder can be uniformly distributed on the yarn, so that the overall sterilization effect of the yarn is improved; the content and the stability of the wormwood extract powder and the chitin powder in the wormwood antibacterial dispersion liquid can be improved by mixing the deionized water and the dispersing agent, so that waste caused by precipitation and filtration of the wormwood extract powder and the chitin powder can be avoided, the utilization rate of materials is improved, and the production cost is reduced; meanwhile, the sizing liquid is prepared from mixed powder and a sodium alginate aqueous solution, and the characteristics of good permeability and stable viscosity of the sodium alginate aqueous solution are utilized, so that desizing is not needed after sizing, and the production is convenient; and the sizing liquid is added with the mixed powder of the wormwood extract powder and the chitin powder, so that the antibacterial agent of the yarn can be further supplemented, the bactericidal property of the whole yarn is enhanced and durable, and the stability of the bactericidal effect of the yarn is improved. In addition, the invention can realize continuous and quick defoaming by two-section vacuum high-speed defoaming, thereby improving the production efficiency; through steam stretching, in the process of stretching the moxa as-spun fibers, the surface of the fibers can be formed into a lubricating plasticizing layer by utilizing the steam, and the stretched limit can be softened by keeping the temperature at 100-130 ℃, so that the phenomena of cutting and fluffing of the fibers in the stretching process can be avoided, and the production cost is further reduced; the sizing temperature is 30-35 ℃, and the sizing speed is 20-35 m/min, so that the yarn can be uniformly wrapped by the sizing liquid, and the toughness of the whole yarn is improved. Therefore, the invention not only can improve the stability of the sterilization effect, but also has the advantages of low production cost, good sterilization effect, convenient production and good toughness.
