Abstract

In order to solve the defects, the invention aims to provide the intermediate frequency induction heating device for the conical barrel-shaped part, which can effectively heat the conical barrel-shaped part, not only ensures the quenching and heating uniformity, but also can meet the performance requirements of the product after heat treatment and improve the production efficiency.

The invention adopts a silicon controlled intermediate frequency power supply to heat the parts by an intermediate frequency induction diathermanous heating technology, and utilizes the special distribution of induction coils in a heating furnace body (heating coils with different intervals and different turns and special arrangement) to achieve that the cone-shaped parts obtain different heating powers at different positions in the furnace body, namely a rapid heating zone, a slow heating zone, a uniform temperature zone, a supplementary heating zone and the like are formed in the heating furnace body so as to achieve the specified quenching temperature of the parts at a discharge port of the furnace body and the uniform heating of the parts.
The intermediate frequency power supply adopted in the invention realizes the functions of rectification triggering, regulation, inversion and starting calculation through the heating of the capacitor to the induction coil so as to achieve the power and frequency required by heating parts; an arc-shaped material channel formed by the intracranial lining ensures that the part and the induction heating coil are in reasonable relative positions and enables the material pushing mechanism to push the part out of the furnace body smoothly; the group of induction coils and the cooling water pipe are used for completing the diathermy heating of the parts and the cooling of the induction coils; the material pushing cylinder sends the parts into the furnace according to a certain feeding beat and pushes the heated parts out of the furnace body for quenching.
Compared with the prior art, the invention can effectively heat the conical barrel-shaped part, not only ensures the quenching and heating uniformity, but also can meet the performance requirement of the product after heat treatment, can continuously produce and improve the production efficiency; the operation is convenient and accurate, and the product quality is ensured.

The invention can well solve the technical problem of uneven temperature of parts when the cone-barrel-shaped combined parts are quenched by a medium-frequency induction heating mode.
