Abstract
The invention discloses an oil sludge cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the oil sludge cleaning agent comprises the following steps: mixing 50-80 parts of water, 2-5 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 2-5 parts of octyl decyl glucoside, 2-5 parts of sodium lignin sulfonate and 0.5-2 parts of a dispersing agent in parts by weight, heating to 55-65 ℃, and stirring for reacting for 1-2 hours to obtain a solution 1; and adding 1-10 parts of phosphate, 1-10 parts of silicate, 0.5-2 parts of inorganic salt and 1-5 parts of alkali into the solution 1, and stirring for reacting for 1-3 hours to obtain the liquid oil sludge cleaning agent. The cleaning agent is added into the oil sludge, the addition amount of the cleaning agent for the oil sludge is 1-10% of the mass of the oil sludge, and three-phase separation of oil, water and sludge is achieved through stirring and centrifuging steps. The invention has the advantages of high oil-sludge separation efficiency, low cost, wide applicability and the like.

Background
In the petrochemical industry, oil sludge pollution has become a major pollutant that harms the environment and has been classified as a hazardous solid waste. The oil sludge is sticky, has high oil content, fine particles, serious partial emulsification and complex components, contains a large amount of aged heavy oil, wax, asphaltene, colloid, solid suspended matters, bacteria, salts, acid gas, corrosion products and the like, and is difficult to realize multiphase separation in water, thereby increasing the treatment difficulty and the cost. Meanwhile, the oil-containing composite material has high comprehensive utilization value due to extremely high oil content.

The oil-sludge separating agent disclosed by the patent has the advantages of high-efficiency oil-sludge separation and environmental protection, but the preparation temperature is as high as 220-300 ℃, and the requirement on reaction conditions is higher.
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention develops the oil sludge cleaning agent and the preparation method thereof, and the oil sludge cleaning agent has lower requirement on the property of the oil sludge, has wide applicability, recycles water, does not discharge waste water and does not have secondary pollution.
