The structure of this embodiment is similar to that of embodiment 2, and in order to facilitate maintenance and cleaning of the waste liquid purification unit, as shown in fig. 4, a first purification circulation valve is disposed on a pipeline connecting between the second water delivery valve 330 and the delivery pump 420, and is used for directly introducing the filtered waste liquid into the waste liquid purification unit; a second purification circulating valve is arranged on a pipeline communicated between the water storage tank 310 and the delivery pump 420, and is used for controlling the outflow of the waste liquid in the water storage tank 310 and guiding the waste liquid to the delivery pump 420.
The waste liquid purification unit 40 is provided with a washing water inlet valve 471, a washing water inlet and outlet, and a washing water circulation valve 472; the cleaning water tank 610 is connected to the transfer pump 420 according to the flow direction of the cleaning water, the cleaning water inlet valve 471 and the cleaning water inlet are sequentially connected, the cleaning water outlet is connected to the cleaning water tank 610, and the cleaning water circulation valve 472 is disposed on a pipeline connecting the cleaning water tank 610 and the transfer pump 420, so as to control the cleaning water to form a cleaning purification circulation loop in the pipeline.
In order to clean and maintain the electrodeionization device, all the water production valves and the drain valves and the water inlet of the electrodeionization device 410 need to be closed, the cleaning water inlet valve 471, the cleaning water inlet and the cleaning water outlet and the cleaning water circulating valve 472 need to be opened, the chemical in the cleaning water tank 610 is pumped into the electrodeionization device 410 through the delivery pump 420, wherein the chemical is acid or alkali, and the cleaning chemical is discharged through the drain port of the waste liquid purification unit after a period of cleaning.
For cleaning maintenance of the storage tank 310, the first and second water delivery valves 320 and 330 may be closed, and the water production valve and the drain valve may be opened to communicate the storage tank 310 to the cleaning purification cycle, and the storage tank 310 may be cleaned while the electrodeionization device is being cleaned.
The second storage device 50 is provided with a first water replenishing valve and a second water replenishing valve, which are respectively disposed between the external pure water storage device and the first pure water storage tank 510 and between the external pure water storage device and the second pure water storage tank 520, so as to replenish and balance the demand of pure water in the circulation loop. If pure water is needed to clean the waste liquid purification unit 40, the water backwashing valve 270, the first water delivery valve 320 and/or the second water delivery valve 330, the second purification circulating valve and/or the first purification circulating valve can be opened, or the first water replenishing valve and the second water replenishing valve can be opened at the same time; introducing the pure water in the external or second storage device 50 into the water storage tank 310 and then entering the electrodeionization device, or directly introducing the pure water into the electrodeionization device for cleaning; all water producing valves and discharge valves are closed, and the water enters a cleaning and purifying circulation loop to achieve the effect of pure water flushing.
In the device for recycling the scribing cutter cleaning cooling liquid provided by the invention, the first water replenishing valve and the second water replenishing valve of the second storage device 50 are electromagnetic valves, and other valves are pneumatic valves.

The device for recycling the cleaning cooling liquid of the scribing cutter is characterized by comprising a waste liquid collecting unit, a micro-filtration unit, a first water storage unit, a waste liquid purification unit and a second water storage unit, wherein the waste liquid collecting unit, the micro-filtration unit, the first water storage unit, the waste liquid purification unit and the second water storage unit are communicated in sequence through pipelines; the waste liquid purification unit comprises an electrodeionization device with a water inlet and a water outlet, the water outlet of the electrodeionization device comprises a concentrated water outlet and a pure water outlet, the pure water outlet is communicated to the second water storage unit through a pipeline, and the concentrated water outlet is communicated to the waste liquid collection unit and the first water storage unit through a pipeline respectively.

The device for recycling the cleaning coolant of the dicing blade of claim 1, wherein the waste liquid collecting unit comprises a waste liquid tank, and a lift pump, the lift pump is disposed in the waste liquid tank, and the lift pump pumps the waste liquid into the waste liquid tank after the liquid level in the waste liquid tank reaches a preset value.

The device for recycling the cleaning cooling liquid of the scribing knife according to claim 1, wherein the waste liquid collecting unit comprises a waste liquid pool and a waste liquid tank, the micro-filtration unit comprises a plurality of tubular micro-filtration devices, a circulating pump, a first circulating valve and a second circulating valve, wherein the plurality of tubular micro-filtration devices are arranged in parallel, and the waste liquid pool, the circulating pump, the first circulating valve, the plurality of tubular micro-filtration devices and the second circulating valve are sequentially communicated.

The device for recycling the cleaning cooling liquid of the scribing knife according to claim 3, wherein the micro-filtration unit further comprises a drug washing inlet valve and a drug washing outlet valve, wherein one side of the drug washing inlet valve is communicated with the chemical cleaning agent barrel, the other side of the drug washing inlet valve is communicated with the circulating pump, one side of the drug washing outlet valve is communicated with the second circulating valve, and the other side of the drug washing outlet valve is communicated back to the chemical cleaning agent barrel.

The device for recycling the cleaning cooling liquid of the scribing knife according to claim 3, wherein the micro-filtration unit further comprises a water backwashing valve, a gas backwashing valve and a blow-off valve, the water backwashing valve is arranged on a pipeline between the second water storage unit or the external pure water supplementing device and the plurality of tubular micro-filtration devices, the gas backwashing valve is arranged on a pipeline between the external gas storage device and the plurality of tubular micro-filtration devices, and the blow-off valve is arranged on a pipeline between the waste liquid pool and the plurality of tubular micro-filtration devices.

The device for recycling the cleaning cooling liquid of the scribing knife according to claim 1, wherein the first water storage unit comprises a water storage tank, a first water delivery valve and a second water delivery valve, the micro-filtration unit comprises a plurality of tubular micro-filtration devices, and the first water delivery valve is arranged on a pipeline between the plurality of tubular micro-filtration devices and the water storage tank so as to introduce the filtered waste liquid into the water storage tank; the waste liquid collecting unit comprises a waste liquid pool, and the second water conveying valve is arranged on a pipeline between the plurality of tubular microfiltration devices and the waste liquid pool.

The device for recycling the cleaning cooling liquid of the scribing knife according to claim 1, wherein the first water storage unit comprises a water storage tank, and the waste liquid purification unit comprises an electrodeionization device, a delivery pump, a liquid inlet valve, a water production valve and a discharge valve, wherein the water storage tank, the delivery pump, the liquid inlet valve and the electrodeionization device are sequentially communicated to deliver waste liquid into the electrodeionization device; the water producing valve is communicated with the pure water outlet to control pure water to be discharged to the second water storage unit; the waste liquid collecting unit comprises a waste liquid pool, and the discharge valve is communicated with the concentrated water outlet to control concentrated water to be discharged to the water storage tank or the waste liquid pool.
