Abstract
The invention discloses a control system for preventing wire disorder and tension change of a loop forming machine during shutdown, which comprises: the tension controller and the RC control circuit are electrically connected; when the coiling machine stops, a stop signal is sent to the RC control circuit, and the RC control circuit controls the output voltage to slowly increase to a preset voltage, so that the tension controller adjusts the tension of the coiling machine to slowly increase to the preset tension. The wire disorder and tension change preventing control system for the loop forming machine during shutdown overcomes the problem that when the loop forming machine in the prior art reaches the required number of turns, due to the inertia effect of the pay-off reel, expensive wrapped wires are often disordered, and the disordered section is directly scrapped, so that resources are wasted.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of control of a looping machine, in particular to a control system for preventing disorder and tension change of a thread when the looping machine stops.

The electric wire looping machine is the most common auxiliary production equipment in the electric wire and cable industry and is mainly applied to the subsequent looping, packaging and bundling of finished electric wires and cables. In the above scheme, when the looping machine normally works, the output voltage regulated by the RC control circuit can be ignored, so that the tension controller is equivalent to a standby state, and normal looping work is performed at this time; when the coiling machine stops, the coiling machine inputs a stop signal to the RC control circuit, the switch KM is switched off, the first resistor R1 is switched off, the output voltage is increased along with the change of the conduction line of the triode VT, but the output voltage is slowly increased to a preset voltage under the delay action of the second resistor R2 and the capacitor C, so that the tension of the coiling machine is slowly increased to the preset tension under the regulation of a tension controller, and the problem of wire disorder is avoided.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the RC time constant in the RC control circuit is 1.4-1.6 seconds.

a first resistor (R1), one end of the first resistor (R1) being connected to the other end of the switch;
a second resistor (R2), one end of the second resistor (R2) being connected to the other end of the first resistor (R1), the second resistor (R2); the other end of the tension controller is connected with a third end of the tension controller;
a capacitor (C) having one end connected to one end of the second resistor (R2) and the other end connected to the other end of the second resistor (R2);
a triode (VT), wherein the base electrode of the triode (VT) is connected with one end of the capacitor (C), and the emitter electrode of the triode (VT) is connected with the second end of the tension controller;
a third resistor (R3), one end of the third resistor (R3) is connected with one end of the switch, and the other end of the third resistor (R3) is connected with the collector of the triode (VT);
when the looping machine works normally, the output voltage regulated by the RC control circuit can be ignored, so that the tension controller is equivalent to a standby state, and normal looping work is carried out at the moment;
when the coiling machine stops, the coiling machine inputs a stop signal to the RC control circuit, the switch (KM) is switched off, the first resistor (R1) is switched off, the output voltage is increased along with the change of the triode (VT) conducting line, but the output voltage is slowly increased to a preset voltage under the delay action of the second resistor (R2) and the capacitor (C), so that the tension of the coiling machine is slowly increased to the preset tension under the regulation of the tension controller, and the problem of wire disorder is avoided.
