In the using process, when the pen core 6 is in an exposed state and needs to be retracted into the front pen barrel 5, a user holds the pen barrel 2 with a hand, the thumb presses the pressing piece 4 downwards, and the pushing piece 41 on the pressing piece 4 drives the guide piece 8 and the rear pen barrel 1 to axially move to the first state in the pen barrel 2 in the process that the pressing piece 4 moves downwards in the pen barrel 2; the clamping piece on the pressing piece 4 gradually disengages from the limiting piece, namely the first guide surface 45 gradually disengages from the clamping slope 2 b;
the pressing piece 4 is released, the clamping piece moves upwards in the penholder 2 to the upper part of the limiting piece under the elastic force action of the return spring, namely the second guide surface 43 on the positioning block 44 moves upwards to be abutted against the second landslide 2c after being separated from the first landslide 2 a; the refill 6 drives the rear pen container 1 to axially move to the maximum second state in the pen holder 2 under the elastic force action of the return spring, and the refill 6 is hidden.
When the pen needs to be used, the pressing piece 4 is pressed downwards, and the pushing piece 41 drives the guide piece 8 and the rear pen barrel 1 to axially move to a third state in the pen holder 2; the fastener is clamped with the limiting piece, namely, the front side part of the positioning block 44 gradually moves downwards to the first guide surface 45 to be clamped with the barb under the driving action of the pressing piece 4, and the pen core 6 is exposed at the moment.
Or the pen container 1 moves to a third state in the pen holder 2 after being pressed, the return spring is in a compressed state, and the pen core 6 is exposed; clamping piece 4 and clamping piece on the pressing piece 4 fall to clamping piece and limiting piece clamping, namely under the action of gravity of the pressing piece 4 and the elastic action of the limiting convex edge 42, the pressing piece 4 gradually falls to the first guide surface 45 and is clamped with the barb, and the second guide surface 43 is abutted to the first landslide 2 a.

Claims (10)

1. A convex pressing and pulling pen comprises a rear pen container (1), a pen holder (2) and a front pen container (5), wherein the rear pen container (1) and the pen holder (2) are mutually sleeved and can slide in the axial direction, the front pen container (5) is in threaded connection with the pen holder (2), a refill (6) is placed in the rear pen container (1), the pen holder (2) and the front pen container (5), and a return spring is clamped between the refill (6) and the front pen container (5);

the pressing piece (4) is released, and the clamping piece moves upwards to the upper part of the limiting piece in the pen holder (2) under the elastic force action of the return spring; the refill (6) drives the rear pen container (1) to axially move to a maximum second state in the pen holder (2) under the elastic force action of the return spring, and the refill (6) is hidden;
the pressing piece (4) is pressed downwards, and the pushing piece (41) drives the guide piece (8) and the rear pen barrel (1) to axially move to a third state in the pen holder (2); the clamping piece is clamped with the limiting piece, and the pen core (6) is exposed;
after the pen container (1) is pressed, the pen container moves in the pen holder (2) to a third state, the return spring is in a compressed state, and the pen core (6) is exposed; the pressing piece (4) and the clamping piece on the pressing piece (4) fall to the clamping piece to be clamped with the limiting piece.

The convex pressing and pulling pen according to claim 1, characterized in that: the clamping piece comprises at least one positioning block (44) fixedly arranged on the side wall of the pressing piece (4), a first guide surface (45) clamped with the limiting piece is arranged on the front side portion of the positioning block (44), and a second guide surface (43) is arranged on the front side portion of the lower end of the positioning block (44).
