The mahjong tile feeding chain 5046 runs along a chain track fixed on the mahjong tile feeding support 501, the chain track can be formed by arranging a plurality of tensioning sprockets or transition sprockets, or can be formed by combining a plurality of transition sprockets and track plates, but preferably, the chain track is formed by arranging a fixed chain track groove 5047, so that the running track of the mahjong tile feeding chain 5046 can be matched with the running track of mahjong tiles in a tile storage groove.

However, in consideration of the difficulty of molding and manufacturing cost of the mold, only the second side plate may be integrally molded with the integrated bracket, and the first side plate may be a separate component and then mounted on the integrated bracket. The other structures are the same as those of the above embodiment.
In the card picking and conveying system, the matching arrangement relationship among the card storage groove in the card feeding assembly, the card bearing platform in the card pushing device and the conveying channel in the card conveying device is particularly important, and the matching arrangement relationship determines the stacking and pushing action process of the card pushing device.
In one embodiment of the invention, the height of the card inlet of the card storage groove is lower than the height of the card outlet of the card sending device, and the height difference M between the two is larger than the height of one mahjong card and smaller than the height of two mahjong cards, preferably 21-33 cm. The card pushing process is as follows: the tile bearing table 402 firstly bears a first mahjong tile at an initial position slightly lower than the tile outlet of the tile conveying device; then, descending a height to bear a second mahjong, wherein the height of the mahjong bearing platform is close to that of the mahjong inlet of the mahjong storage groove, and then the mahjong pushing head 401 pushes the stacked mahjong into the mahjong inlet of the mahjong storage groove 502; finally, the deck 402 is raised to the home position to await the next tile.
In another embodiment of the invention, the height of the card inlet of the card storage slot is lower than the height of the card outlet of the card delivery device and the difference M between the heights of the two is less than the height of one mahjong card, preferably 1 to 13 cm. The two embodiments can ensure that the actions of the card bearing platform and the card pushing head in the card pushing device are simple and reasonable, and the reliability is better.
The mahjong tile arranging method of the mahjong machine comprises the following steps:
when storing mahjong tiles, the shuffling large disc rotates anticlockwise, the mahjong tiles on the shuffling large disc are picked up by the tile feeding devices in the four groups of tile picking and carrying systems, are straightened into the same direction and then are sent to the tile bearing table in the tile pushing device, and then are pushed into the tile storage groove by the tile pushing device; when enough mahjong tiles are stored in the tile storage groove in the tile loading assembly, waiting for a tile loading signal; when the mahjong machine is used for playing mahjong, the mahjong lifting supporting plate in the mahjong lifting assembly descends, the mahjong pushing head in the mahjong lifting assembly pushes the mahjong in the mahjong storage groove to the mahjong lifting supporting plate in the mahjong lifting assembly clockwise under the driving of the mahjong driving mechanism for playing mahjong, and after the mahjong is played, the mahjong lifting supporting plate upwards rises to the table top of the mahjong machine.
