Abstract
A Bluetooth and Android-based electronic component picking control platform and method can enable a user to quickly know model information and inventory states of all electronic components in a laboratory, and greatly improve the automation degree of component taking by the user. The platform includes: the self-service selection control module comprises all electronic component information of a current laboratory, selects the electronic component information required by a user in the intelligent terminal browsing platform, and sends the corresponding serial number to the control circuit; the device comprises component containing devices which are distributed in a matrix, each matrix element corresponds to a type of component, a panel of each containing unit is provided with an LED and a buzzer, and the LED and the buzzer control the corresponding output interface in the FPGA to output high level and control the LED lamp to be on and the buzzer to give out prompt sound according to the serial number of the received component; and the Bluetooth communication module sends the corresponding sequence number to the control circuit through the Bluetooth communication module.

the self-service selection control module comprises all electronic component information of a current laboratory, selects the name/model of a required component in the electronic component information selected by a user on the control platform, and then sends the information to the control circuit of the component containing device;
the device comprises component containing devices, a plurality of storage devices and a plurality of control modules, wherein the component containing devices are distributed in a matrix, each matrix element corresponds to a type of component and is provided with an LED and a buzzer, and according to a component serial number lookup table, an LED lamp of the corresponding containing device is controlled to be on and the buzzer sends out prompt tones through the FPGA according to the received component serial number, so that a user is helped to quickly position the component; the circuit of the control circuit and the panel of the containing unit is connected in a mode of combining a wire with an optical communication circuit formed by a light emitting diode and a photosensitive diode;
and the self-service selection control module sends the sequence number corresponding to the required component to the control circuit through the Bluetooth communication module.
