It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The technical solutions disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, an embodiment of the invention discloses an electronic device, which includes a device body 100 and a sounding device 200.
The apparatus body 100 is a body portion of the electronic apparatus. In a general case, the apparatus main body 100 includes main constituent elements of the electronic apparatus, and for example, the apparatus main body 100 may include an apparatus housing and functional elements such as a display screen 100c, a battery, a main board, and the like mounted on the apparatus housing. In the embodiment of the present invention, the device body 100 is formed with a first sound emitting hole 110, at least two second sound emitting holes 120, a mounting cavity 130 and a first sound guiding channel 140.
In the present embodiment, the first sound emitting hole 110 and the second sound emitting hole 120 are oriented differently. Specifically, the first sound emitting hole 110 may be located at a first side of the device body 100, and the second sound emitting hole 120 may be located at a second side of the device body 100.
The sound generating device 200 is a device capable of generating sound for an electronic device, for example, the sound generating device 200 may be a receiver. During operation of the sound emitting device 200, sound generated by the sound emitting device 200 can be transmitted to the environment in which the electronic device is located through the first sound emitting hole 110 and the second sound emitting hole 120.
The sounder device 200 is disposed in the mounting cavity 130 so as to be assembled with the apparatus body 100. The sounder device 200 divides the mounting cavity 130 into a first sub-cavity 131 and a second sub-cavity 132. First subchamber 131 and second subchamber 132 are hermetically isolated. The first sub-chamber 131 is communicated with the first sound emitting hole 110, and the at least two second sound emitting holes 120 are spaced apart and communicated with the second sub-chamber 132 through the first sound guiding channel 140.
In the working process of the sound generating device 200, the sound generated by the sound generating device 200 will sequentially pass through the first sub-cavity 131 and the first sound emitting hole 110 and then be transmitted to the environment where the electronic device is located, and the sound generated by the sound generating device 200 will sequentially pass through the second sub-cavity 132, the first sound guiding channel 140 and the at least two second sound emitting holes 120 and then be transmitted to the environment where the electronic device is located.
The first sound guiding channel 140 is a channel capable of conducting sound. The first sound guiding channel 140 can adjust the phase of the second sound wave transmitted from the second sound output hole 120, so that the second sound wave transmitted from the second sound output hole 120 satisfies the requirements described later.
The sound wave emitted by the sound emitting device 200 through the first sound emitting hole 110 is a first sound wave, and the sound wave emitted by the sound emitting device 200 through the second sound emitting hole 120 is a second sound wave. In the embodiment of the invention, the phases of the first sound wave and the second sound wave are different, so that the first sound wave and the second sound wave can generate certain cancellation effect after meeting, and the attenuation of sound in the process of propagation is increased.
The electronic device disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention improves the structure of the existing electronic device, and by forming the first sound outlet hole 110 on the first side of the device main body 100 and forming the at least two second sound outlet holes 120 on the second side of the device main body 100, and dividing the mounting cavity 130 into the first sub-cavity 131 and the second sub-cavity 132 by the sound generating device 200, the first sound guide channel 140 can change the phase of the second sound wave emitted from the second sound outlet hole 120, so that the phase of the second sound wave is different from that of the first sound wave, and a certain sound wave cancellation effect is achieved, thereby effectively reducing the sound leakage. The reduction of the volume of leaking out of sound can make the user implement clearer conversation through adjusting great volume at the in-process that uses electronic equipment to converse, simultaneously because offset between first sound wave and the second sound wave to can make the in-process decay at sound transmission great, and then can alleviate the problem that the user hears the sound that electronic equipment sent around the in-process of conversing.
Meanwhile, the electronic device disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention has at least two second sound holes 120, and the at least two second sound holes 120 can increase the radiation width of the second sound wave, so as to achieve a better cancellation effect with the first sound wave. In a specific design process, the directivity of the sound field at the second side can be adjusted through the second sound outlet holes 120, so that the second sound wave and the first sound wave have a combined action, a sound field with better directivity is formed, and sound leakage is effectively improved. At least two second sound holes 120 are provided with a plurality of sound sources corresponding to the second side of the device body 100, so that a synthetic sound source having a direction toward the second sound holes 120 can be synthesized, and the radiation energy of the second sound waves can be increased, thereby canceling the first sound waves better without affecting the user's listening.
In a general case, the equivalent area of the first sound outlet hole 110 is much larger than the equivalent area of the second sound outlet hole 120, and therefore, the at least two second sound outlet holes 120 can improve the radiation sound field of the second side, so that the sound source energy of the first side and the second side is more uniform, the sound leakage value radiated to the periphery of the user can be more effectively reduced, and the range of sound wave cancellation can be larger.
In a preferable embodiment, the first sound wave and the second sound wave may have opposite phases, so that the first sound hole 110 and the second sound hole 120 form an acoustic dipole, and the first sound wave and the second sound wave are offset in opposite phases after meeting each other, thereby further promoting attenuation of sound in a process of transmitting the sound far away, and facilitating further reduction of sound leakage of the electronic device.
In a specific simulation test process, the simulation result can also be verified, and the sound is greatly attenuated in the sound emitting direction of the second sound emitting hole 120.
In a preferable embodiment, the first sound outlet hole 110 may be a strip-shaped hole, and an extending direction of the strip-shaped hole may be the same as a width direction of the electronic device. In this case, the first sound outlet hole 110 has a wider sound emitting range, which is beneficial to improving the sound performance of the electronic device.
As described above, the first sound emitting hole 110 is disposed at the first side of the device body 100, and the at least two second sound emitting holes 120 are disposed at the second side of the device body 100. In an alternative scheme, the first side and the second side may be two opposite sides of the device body 100, or two adjacent sides of the device body 100, that is, the first side and the second side are disposed adjacent to each other. In the case where the first side and the second side are opposite sides of the device body 100, the first sound emitting hole 110 and the second sound emitting hole 120 can realize simultaneous sound emission from opposite sides of the electronic device. In this case, it may be: the first side is the side of the electronic device on which the display screen 100c is mounted, and the second side is the other side of the electronic device on which the rear cover 100b is mounted. Of course, it may also be: the first side is a side of the electronic device on which the display screen 100c is mounted, and the second side is a side on which the electronic device is located, and may be, for example, an outer side of a middle frame of the electronic device.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first sound guiding channel 140 plays a role of sound conduction and adjusting the phase of the second sound wave. In a specific design process, the phase of the second acoustic wave can be adjusted by adjusting structural parameters such as the length and the cross-sectional area of the first sound guiding channel 140.
The device body 100 of the electronic device disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention is provided with at least two second sound emitting holes 120, and the distribution manner of the second sound emitting holes 120 may be various, for example, the arrangement direction of the at least two second sound emitting holes 120 may be the same as the length direction of the electronic device, as shown in fig. 4. In another specific embodiment, the at least two second sound outlet holes 120 are arranged in the same direction as the width direction of the electronic device, as shown in fig. 5.
Here, the length direction of the electronic device refers to a direction having a larger size in the plane of the display screen 100c of the electronic device, and the width direction of the electronic device is perpendicular to the length direction of the electronic device. In a general case, a projection of the electronic device perpendicular to the display screen 100c is a rectangular or oblong structure similar to a rectangle, a longitudinal direction of the electronic device may be regarded as a direction in which a long side of the projection extends, and a width direction of the electronic device may be regarded as a direction in which a wide side of the projection extends.
In an alternative scheme, the length of the first sound guiding channel 140 may be 2mm to 20mm, the height of the first sound guiding channel 140 may be greater than or equal to 0.5mm, and the width of the first sound guiding channel 140 may be less than or equal to 8 mm. In another alternative, the area of the second sound outlet hole 120 may be larger than 2mm2. The at least two second sound outlet holes 120 are arranged at intervals, and the distance between any two adjacent second sound outlet holes 120 can be less than or equal to 3.5 cm.
Alternatively, the cross section of the first sound guiding channel 140 and the length of the first sound guiding channel 140 may satisfy the following formula: s is less than L2Where S is the cross-sectional area of the first sound guiding channel 140, L is the length of the first sound guiding channel 140, and the cross-sectional area is the cross-sectional area of the first sound guiding channel 140 perpendicular to the penetrating direction thereof. Through detection verification, the design of the parameters enables the second sound wave and the first sound wave to have better cancellation effect, and therefore the sound can be better attenuated in the propagation direction.
In another alternative, the distance between any two adjacent second sound emitting holes 120 may be less than or equal to λ/2, where λ is the wavelength corresponding to the operating frequency of the sound emitting device 200.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first sound guiding channel 140 is communicated with at least two second sound emitting holes 120, and the number of the second sound emitting holes 120 is increased, so that the standing wave can be effectively reduced, and the sound quality of the electronic device can be improved.
In a preferable embodiment, the number of the second sound outlet holes 120 may be N, where N is greater than or equal to 3, and the N second sound outlet holes 120 may be disposed at equal intervals and communicated with the first sound guide channel 140, so that the second sound outlet holes 120 at different positions may continuously cover different sound wave frequency bands, and further, the attenuation of sounds in different frequency bands may be promoted, and further, the suppression effect on sound leakage is enhanced.
To better adjust the phase of the second sound wave, the first sound guiding channel 140 may be a bar channel. The first end of the first sound guiding channel 140 is communicated with the second sub-cavity 132, the second end of the first sound guiding channel 140 is communicated with one second sound emitting hole 120, and the rest of the second sound emitting holes 120 may be disposed between the first end of the first sound guiding channel 140 and the second end of the first sound guiding channel 140. Specifically, the extending direction of the first sound guiding channel 140 may be the same as the length direction of the electronic device, as shown in fig. 1; the extending direction of the first sound guiding channel 140 may also be the same as the width direction of the electronic device, as shown in fig. 3 to 5. Of course, the first sound guiding channel 140 may also extend in other directions, and the extending direction of the first sound guiding channel 140 is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 6, in order to better adjust the phase of the second sound wave, in an alternative scheme, the first sound guiding channel 140 may include a main sound guiding channel 141 and at least one sub sound guiding channel 142, a third end of the main sound guiding channel 141 is communicated with the second sub cavity 132, a fourth end of the main sound guiding channel 141 extends away from the second sub cavity 132, a fifth end of the sub sound guiding channel 142 is connected between the third end of the main sound guiding channel 141 and the fourth end of the main sound guiding channel 141, and a sixth end of the sub sound guiding channel 142 extends away from the main sound guiding channel 141. At least one of the main sound leading passage 141 and the sub sound leading passage 142 is connected with the second sound emitting hole 120.
Since the first sound guiding channel 140 includes the main sound guiding channel 141 and the sub sound guiding channel 142, the structure formed by the main sound guiding channel 141 and the sub sound guiding channel 142 is more flexible, and the first sound guiding channel 140 can have a better function of adjusting the phase of the second sound wave. In an alternative scheme, in the case that the first sound guiding channel 140 includes a main sound guiding channel 141 and a sub sound guiding channel 142, at least one of the main sound guiding channel 141 and the sub sound guiding channel 142 may be connected with at least two second sound emitting holes 120, as shown in fig. 6, a greater number of second sound emitting holes 120 undoubtedly can achieve a better sound emitting effect.
