Description

Safe and reliable platform for core-pulling assembly and maintenance of medium-and large-sized motors
Technical Field
The invention relates to a safe and reliable platform for core-pulling assembly and maintenance of a medium-sized and large-sized motor, and belongs to the technical field of assembly and maintenance of large-sized motors.
Background
The rotor needs to be installed in or taken out of the stator when the medium-large motor is assembled in a manufacturing plant and overhauled by a user. The self-weight of the rotor and the stator of the motors with different specifications is usually between several tons or hundreds of tons, so the work intensity of the drawing and assembling core is high and needs to be careful. When the medium-large motor component assembly is assembled after being manufactured and when a user base centralizes project maintenance, a rotor weighing several tons or dozens of tons needs to be installed in a stator cavity or extracted from the stator cavity. The core pulling and installing method is mainly two traditional methods aiming at core pulling and core installing of a motor rotor, as shown in figures 1 and 2, the core pulling and installing method is carried out by means of a bridge (door) type crane and a forklift, and is matched with a balance beam, a dummy shaft, a jack and the like, and because the gap between a stator and a rotor of the motor is small, and the cooperativity of multi-machine and multi-person operation is poor, the phenomena of mechanical friction between the rotor and the stator, iron core slot wedge damage, stator winding insulation damage (particularly the part exposed out of the iron core) and the like are easy.
In the first method, as shown in fig. 1, a special large and thick carrying pole is lifted by a lifting machine (a travelling crane in a workshop) and is placed in a balanced horizontal manner, and 1 loop chain hoist with proper tonnage is hung at each of two ends of the special large and thick carrying pole. The calabash also plays a role in adjusting the rotor clearance while bearing the weight of the rotor (the stator-rotor clearance is usually about 2 mm). In order to enable the rotor to move out of the stator core at a certain distance, a specially-made extension dummy shaft is sleeved at the driving end of the motor. During core pulling operation, firstly removing accessories such as bearings at two ends of a motor, firstly hoisting a carrying pole by a crane, slowly and manually hoisting a rotor by a hoist when the carrying pole is uniformly stressed, observing an annular gap between the stator and the rotor at any time during operation, basically enabling the rotor to be positioned in the middle of a stator cavity by controlling and adjusting the lifting amount of the chain block in different directions, and slightly operating the hoisting machinery to enable the carrying pole to move in a direction parallel to a rotor shaft until the rotor is completely moved to the outside of the stator. During the translation, the hand-operated hoist also needs to continuously adjust the clearance of the stator and the rotor or the deviation in the direction, otherwise, the iron core or the stator winding can be damaged.
The second method is shown in fig. 2, and similar to method 1, eliminates the balance 'carrying pole' and chain block lifted by the overhead travelling crane, and is assisted by a special gantry crane or a rail type pulley (the device is provided in Shanghai electric machinery factory) or a temporary forklift. During core pulling operation, a 'dummy shaft' is arranged, so that a hoisting crown block, a portal crane or a forklift and the like are matched and act simultaneously when the rotor is positioned in the middle of the stator cavity, the rotor is pulled out of the stator cavity, and the 'hand changing' of a sling is performed for several times in the process. The second approach is more demanding for operations involving synchronization of the hoisting machinery.
The method of installing the rotor into the stator is the same as above.
At present, the method is still completed by means of the combination of hoisting machinery, a gantry crane or a forklift and the matching of auxiliary tools such as a cross arm suspender, a manual hoist and the like. The operation involves many equipment, and the cooperation synchronism is poor, and balanced handle is controlled the difficulty greatly, and work efficiency is low, goes out equipment operation and incident easily. The rotor and the stator are damaged by collision slightly improperly, the insulation of the stator winding is damaged, particularly the stator end winding exposed out of the iron core is easy to damage by collision, for example, the two methods have low efficiency, high responsibility and high synchronous driving performance of equipment, and the stator and the rotor are easy to collide with each other.
In summary, the prior art has the following disadvantages:
① the stator of large motor is usually in the form of non-detachable whole, the core drawing and assembling of the motor must be completed by using a 'dummy shaft' for extension to penetrate through the stator, so the tooling with higher automation degree is difficult to design and implement.
② the large motor has scattered use points and limited quantity, and the frequency of loose core large repair is not high, so the scattered households are reluctant to invest in tools with higher cost.
③ the large and medium-sized motor has heavy whole mass, long longitudinal distance and small air gap (usually about 2mm), if a tool with certain transmission precision and maneuvering configuration is designed, the investment is large, and the interest of customers who use the large and medium-sized motor is not high.

Preferably, the carrier roller is of a V-shaped structure.
Preferably, the fixed carrier roller bracket and the movable carrier roller bracket are provided with lifting platforms in the middle.
Aiming at the current situation that a safe and reliable core pulling and assembling facility does not exist in medium and large motors, the invention provides a safe and reliable platform which greatly reduces the operation intensity and equipment configuration and is used for pulling cores during the assembly or maintenance of the medium and large motors. The motor is suitable for middle and large motors with a certain range of center height, the principle of a guide rail and a workbench of a horizontal type metal cutting boring machine is used for reference, the whole motor to be repaired or a stator to be assembled is placed on the workbench, the rotor is kept still through the adjustment of an auxiliary shaft supporting mechanism, and the stator moves in the parallel direction parallel to the axis of the rotor, so that the 'heavy' rotor is stably pulled out or pushed in under the condition of meeting small clearance in a stator cavity on the premise of not contacting with a stator core and a winding coil.
The invention provides a set of semi-automatic working platform which can be used for integrating medium and large motor assembly, repair (bearing/bearing seat replacement, stator and rotor core pulling removal, air gap retest and the like), insulation life and operation parameter test, realizes the core pulling and assembling process of the medium and large motor to be semi-automatic as much as possible, is safe and controllable, avoids the risk of secondary damage of the motor in the core pulling and assembling process, and achieves the purposes of improving the assembly and maintenance quality, reducing cost and improving efficiency.
The invention is applicable to objects including:
1. the stator of the medium-large motor is usually in a form of a non-detachable whole, and the core drawing and assembling of the motor can be completed only by using a lengthened 'dummy shaft' to penetrate through the stator, so that the tool with a slightly high automation degree is difficult to design and implement.
2. The use points of medium and large motors are dispersed, the number is limited, and the loose core repair frequency is not high, so that scattered households are reluctant to invest tools with higher cost.
3. The medium-large motor has heavy overall mass, long longitudinal distance and small air gap (usually about 2mm), and if a tool with certain transmission precision and maneuvering configuration is designed, the investment is large, and the interest of customers who use the medium-large motor is not high.
