Abstract
The invention relates to a flat medium-voltage drum cable which comprises a flat cable, a shielding layer, a flame-retardant layer and a chloroprene rubber outer sheath, wherein the shielding layer, the flame-retardant layer and the chloroprene rubber outer sheath are sequentially coated outside the flat cable from inside to outside, and the flat cable comprises two cable bodies which are distributed side by side and a shielding layer which separates and coats the two cable bodies and is in sliding fit with the two cable bodies in the axial direction. Compared with the prior art, the flat reel cable has the advantages that the insulating oil is filled in the insulating layer and the conductor, and the positioning smooth guide strip is additionally arranged between the shielding layer and the insulating layer, so that when the flat reel cable is bent and dragged, the conductor in the flat reel cable can slide axially in a self-adaptive manner, the extrusion force on the conductor is reduced, the conductor is prevented from being broken, and the service life of the cable is prolonged. The normal operation of the equipment is ensured, the production efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced.

Background
Reel cables are commonly used on reels, conveyors and conveyors, and may also be used as reel and trailing cables in drag chain systems. Further, insulating oil is filled between the insulating layer and the conductor.
Furthermore, the inner wall of the shielding layer is provided with a positioning smooth guide strip which is used for fixing the insulating layer and is in sliding fit with the insulating layer.

As shown in fig. 1, the flat medium-voltage reel cable comprises a flat cable, a fire-retardant layer 5, a flame-retardant layer 6 and a chloroprene rubber outer sheath 7 which are sequentially coated outside the flat cable from inside to outside. The neoprene outer sheath 7 can resist various weather conditions and can meet the requirements of dry, damp, high-temperature and chemically corrosive environments.
The flat cable comprises two cable bodies which are distributed side by side from left to right, a shielding layer 4 for separating and coating the two cable bodies, and the purpose of separating, shielding and coating the two cable bodies is to avoid that the two cable bodies are too close to each other to generate a magnetic field and further influence the service performance of the cable bodies. Four positioning smooth guide strips 8 which are used for fixing the cable body and are in axial sliding fit with the cable body are arranged inside the shielding layer 4, wherein every two of the four positioning smooth guide strips are in a group and are respectively and correspondingly distributed at the left side and the right side of the two cable bodies; on one hand, the smooth guide strip 8 can prevent the two cable bodies from shaking up and down or left and right in the process of dragging, moving and bending the flat drum cable; on the other hand, the positioning smooth guide strip 8 is in circumferential sliding fit with the surface of the cable body, so that when the flat drum cable is bent, the extrusion force on the cable body is reduced, the damage to the cable body is reduced, and the service life of the flat drum cable is prolonged.
Each cable body comprises a conductor 1 and an insulating layer 2 coated outside the conductor 1, and the outer surface of the insulating layer 2 is in axial sliding fit with the positioning smooth guide strip 8. And insulating oil 3 is filled between the insulating layer 2 and the conductor 1. The electrical insulation of the conductor 1 is ensured on the one hand by the insulating oil 3; on the other hand, the lubrication function is achieved, so that the conductor 1 and the insulating layer 2 can slide in the axial direction, and when the flat reel cable is bent, the conductor 1 can adaptively slide in the axial direction with the insulating layer 2, so as to avoid being bent and broken.
