Since the size of non-motor vehicles such as electric bicycles is small, if the relevant features of the non-motor vehicles need to be extracted through an image processing technology, a camera with higher resolution and higher image processing capability is required. However, the method is limited by the existing image processing technology, the existing feature recognition accuracy of the non-motor vehicle is low, and based on the feature recognition accuracy, the misjudgment rate of the traffic violation judgment is high.
In view of this, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for identifying a red light violation of a non-motor vehicle, as shown in fig. 1, which may include the following steps:
s101: if a target vehicle enters a first radio frequency coverage area of first identification equipment, a violation processing platform receives electronic tag information of the target vehicle acquired by the first identification equipment and determines a first moment when the target vehicle enters the first radio frequency coverage area, wherein the first identification equipment is arranged at a first entrance of a to-be-detected intersection, the electronic tag information is used for uniquely identifying the target vehicle, and the target vehicle is a non-motor vehicle;
in a specific implementation, the target vehicle may be an electric bicycle, a motorcycle, a bicycle, or the like. The first identification device may be a reader based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, and the first Radio frequency coverage area of the first identification device is specifically an area where the first identification device can acquire electronic tag information of a target vehicle. The electronic tag information may include information such as a brand, a name, a model, a date of delivery, an engine number, a frame number, a license plate number, a vehicle attribution, a driving license, and the like of the vehicle, which is not limited herein.
S102: determining a second moment when the target vehicle corresponding to the electronic tag information enters a second radio frequency coverage area of second identification equipment, wherein the second identification equipment is arranged at a second entrance of the intersection to be detected;
in a specific implementation process, the second identification device may be a reader-writer based on RFID technology. And when the first entrance is the entrance of the target vehicle which exits from the intersection to be detected, the second entrance is the entrance of the target vehicle which enters into the intersection to be detected.
S103: determining a third time according to the first time and the second time, wherein the third time is a time after the second time and before the first time, and the third time represents a time when the target vehicle is located between the first entrance and the second entrance;
in a specific implementation process, when the first time is a time when the target vehicle exits from the intersection to be tested, and the second time is a time when the target vehicle enters the intersection to be tested, a time between the first time and the second time can be used as a third time.
S104: determining the state information of the traffic light arranged at the first entrance at the third moment;
in the specific implementation process, each entrance is provided with a corresponding traffic light, and the state information of each light can be a green light lighting state or a red light lighting state.
S105: and if the state information indicates that the traffic light is in a red light lighting state, determining that the traffic of the target vehicle violates the regulations.
The invention provides a method and a system for identifying red light running of a non-motor vehicle and a violation processing platform, wherein the violation processing platform acquires electronic tag information of a target vehicle through a first identification device and a second identification device so as to determine the vehicle information of the target vehicle, determines a first moment when the target vehicle respectively enters a first entrance and a second moment when the target vehicle enters a second entrance of an intersection to be detected according to the electronic tag information, then judges the state information of a traffic light arranged at the first entrance at a third moment between the first moment and the second moment, and determines that the traffic of the target vehicle violates the regulations if the state information indicates that the traffic light is in a red light lighting state. That is to say, the target vehicle is identified through the electronic tag information of the target vehicle, and whether the target vehicle violates the regulations or not is judged according to the state information of the traffic light at the first entrance when the target vehicle enters the middle of the first entrance and the second entrance. The vehicle information of the target vehicle can be rapidly determined directly through the identification of the electronic tag information in the whole process, and the violation judgment is directly carried out based on the state information of the traffic light when the target vehicle enters between the two entrances, so that the whole process is simple and efficient, and the accuracy of the violation judgment of the non-motor vehicle is improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if the first time is T1, and the second time is T2, the third time T3 is T2+ a, where a is a time adjustment factor, and the time adjustment factor a may be a time value determined according to a length between the first entrance and the second entrance in the intersection to be measured, and by combining an empirical speed of the vehicle running the red light at the length. For example, when the distance between the first entrance and the second entrance is 30m, and the experienced speed of the non-motor vehicle running the red light is 20km/h, the required time length of the target vehicle from the second entrance to the first entrance is about 5s, and half of the passing time length is used as the time adjustment factor a, for example, a can be set to 3 s. The empirical speed of the non-motor vehicle running the red light can be obtained by analyzing a large amount of traffic monitoring data of the intersection to be detected. In a specific implementation process, a corresponding time adjustment factor a can be set for each intersection. Through the time adjustment factor a, the estimated target vehicle is located at a position closer to the middle position between the first entrance and the second entrance at the third moment, and the state of the traffic light is judged at the moment, so that the accuracy of the violation judgment of the target vehicle is improved.
In the specific implementation process, when the second entrance points to the first entrance in the south-to-north direction, the violation processing platform can judge whether the target vehicle runs red light south-to-north. When the second entrance points to the first entrance in the south-to-east direction, the violation processing platform can judge that the target vehicle turns to the south to the east and runs the red light. Of course, the red light running determination can be performed according to the actual situation of the intersection to be detected, and is not limited herein.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, step S102: determining a second moment when the target vehicle corresponding to the electronic tag information enters a second radio frequency coverage area of second identification equipment, wherein the second moment comprises the following steps:
s201: if the target vehicle enters a second radio frequency coverage area of the second identification device at the second entrance, receiving electronic tag information of the target vehicle, which is acquired by the second identification device;
s202: establishing and storing a corresponding relation between the electronic tag information and the second moment, wherein the second moment is the moment when the target vehicle drives into the second radio frequency coverage area;
s203: and determining the second moment when the target vehicle corresponding to the electronic tag information enters the second radio frequency coverage area according to the corresponding relation.
In the specific implementation process, the specific implementation process of step S201 to step S203 is as follows:
in the embodiment of the invention, a reader-writer for identifying the vehicle information of the non-motor vehicle is correspondingly arranged at each entrance of the intersection to be detected. Specifically, when the target vehicle enters a second radio frequency coverage area of the second identification device at the second entrance, the violation processing platform receives the electronic tag information of the target vehicle, which is acquired by the second identification device. And then, establishing and storing a corresponding relation between the target vehicle and the electronic tag information and a second moment, wherein the second moment is the moment when the target vehicle enters the second radio frequency coverage area. That is to say, when the target vehicle enters the second entrance and the corresponding electronic tag information can be acquired by the second identification device, the second identification device acquires the electronic tag information of the target vehicle and sends the electronic tag information to the violation processing platform. And establishing and storing a corresponding relation between the electronic tag information and the second moment by the violation processing platform, for example, the target vehicle A: electronic tag a-second time T2; the target vehicle B: electronic label b-second moment T2'. And then, according to the corresponding relation, determining a second moment when the target vehicle corresponding to the electronic tag information enters a second radio frequency coverage area. Therefore, before the target vehicle enters the first entrance, the violation processing platform stores the corresponding relation between the electronic tag information of the target vehicle and the second time when the target vehicle enters the second entrance in advance. In this way, when the target vehicle enters the first entrance, the violation processing platform determines the second moment when the target vehicle enters the second entrance from the pre-stored corresponding relation according to the electronic tag information collected and sent by the first identification device. Therefore, the accurate judgment of the moment when the target vehicle enters the corresponding entrance is ensured, and the accuracy of violation judgment is improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the method further includes:
s301: storing first video information collected by the first identification device for the target vehicle from the second moment to the first moment along the direction of the first entrance pointing to the second entrance;
s302: and if the target vehicle traffic violation occurs, outputting the first video information to prompt the user.
In a specific implementation process, the first identification device is integrated with an image collector besides a reader-writer. The image collector is used for carrying out real-time video collection on vehicles coming and going at corresponding entrances of the intersection to be detected. When the first identification device acquires videos of vehicles coming and going at the corresponding entrance of the intersection to be detected along the direction in which the first entrance points to the second entrance, the first identification device can be specifically stored for the first video information acquired by the target vehicle from the second moment to the first moment along the direction in which the first entrance points to the second entrance. For example, the first video information collected by the first recognition device disposed at the entrance Y is the video information collected in the direction facing the driver when the target vehicle C enters from the entrance X and exits from the entrance Y. If the red light running identification method provided by the embodiment of the invention determines that the target vehicle breaks the traffic regulations, the first video information is output to prompt the user, namely, the violation evidence of the target vehicle is provided for the user, and the user experience is improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, in step S105: after determining the target vehicle traffic violation, the method further comprises:
s401: determining a fourth time after the second time, the fourth time representing a time before the target vehicle passes a stop line at the second entrance;
s402: determining a fifth time prior to the first time, the fifth time being indicative of a time at which the target vehicle is located at any position between the first and second entrances;
s403: determining a sixth time between the fourth time and the fifth time, the sixth time being indicative of a time at which the target vehicle crossed the stop-line;
s404: extracting image information corresponding to the target vehicle at the fourth moment, the fifth moment and the sixth moment from the first video information;
s405: and if the target vehicle breaks the traffic regulations, outputting the image information to prompt the user.
In a specific implementation process, for steps S401 and S402, step S401 may be executed first, and then step S402 may be executed; step S402 may be executed first, and then step S401 may be executed; and is not limited thereto. Fig. 4 shows only one case where step S401 is performed first and then step S402 is performed. Specifically, a fourth time T4 is determined after the second time T2, the fourth time T4 representing a time before the subject vehicle passes the stop line at the second entrance. That is, after the second time T2 is determined, the time before the subject vehicle passes the stop line at the second entrance is estimated. Specifically, T4 may be T2+ b, where the specific value of b may be determined according to the time between when a large number of non-motor vehicles enter the second radio frequency coverage area of the intersection to be tested and when the non-motor vehicles exit the second entrance, for example, b may be 1 s. For example, the second recognition device is disposed at a position 10m from the stop line at the second entrance, and the specific value of b may be determined according to the time required for the non-motor vehicle to reach the stop line from the position where the second recognition device is located. Of course, those skilled in the art may also adopt different means to determine the fourth time T4 after the second time T2 according to actual needs, and the determination is not limited herein.
After determining a first time T1 when the subject vehicle enters the first radio frequency coverage area, a fifth time T5 before the first time T1 is estimated, the fifth time T5 being indicative of a time at which the subject vehicle is located at any position between the first entrance and the second entrance. That is, the time when the target vehicle is located at the first entrance and the second entrance, i.e., travels between the first entrance and the second entrance of the intersection to be measured, is estimated. Specifically, the estimation can be performed by the formula T5 ═ T2-c. The specific value of c may be determined according to the time between a large number of non-motor vehicles entering the second entrance from the second entrance to the intersection to be tested, for example, c is 1 s. For example, when the distance between the first entrance and the second entrance is 40m, the time required for the target vehicle to travel from the second entrance to 20m may be taken as the value c. Of course, those skilled in the art may also adopt different means to determine the fifth time T5 before the first time T1 according to actual needs, and the method is not limited herein.
After estimating the fourth time T4 and the fifth time T5, a sixth time T6 is estimated which is located between the fourth time T4 and the fifth time T5, the sixth time T6 representing the time at which the target vehicle crosses the stop line. The closer the sixth time T6 is to the time when the target vehicle travels between the first entrance and the second entrance, the higher the violation determination for the target vehicle is determined to be. Specifically, the sixth time T6 may be estimated by using the formula T6 ═ (T4+ T5) × d, 0< d < 1. For example, when d is 1/2, the sixth time T6 is (T4+ T5)/2. Of course, those skilled in the art may also use different means to determine the sixth time T6 between the fourth time T4 and the fifth time T5 according to actual needs, and the determination is not limited herein.
After the fourth time T4, the fifth time T5, and the sixth time T6 are determined, the image information corresponding to the target vehicle at the fourth time T4, the fifth time T5, and the sixth time T6, respectively, may be extracted from the first video information for the target vehicle collected by the first recognition device. For example, the fourth time T4 corresponds to the image P1, the fifth time T5 corresponds to the image P2, and the sixth time T6 corresponds to the image P3. If the target vehicle breaks the traffic violation, the images P1, P2 and P3 of the target vehicle are output, so that relevant evidence is provided for the traffic violation of the target vehicle. The method and the device improve the use experience of the user while ensuring the accurate judgment of the traffic violation of the target vehicle.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, when the target vehicle enters the second rf coverage area of the second identification device of the second entrance, the method further includes:
s501: storing the image information of the target vehicle acquired by the second identification device at the second moment;
s502: and if the target vehicle breaks the traffic regulations, outputting the image information to prompt the user.
In particular implementation, when the target vehicle enters the second radio frequency coverage area of the second identification device of the second entrance once, the second identification device acquires image information of the target vehicle at a second moment, such as P0. At the moment, the target vehicle is closer to the second identification device, so that the collected image information P0 has clear characteristics, and clear evidence can be provided for the target vehicle during traffic violation. If the target vehicle breaks the traffic rules, the image information can be output, and the user can clearly determine that the target vehicle breaks the traffic rules, so that misjudgment of the traffic rules of the target vehicle is effectively avoided, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the method further includes:
s601: storing second video information which is acquired by the second identification equipment for the target vehicle from the second moment to the first moment along the direction of the second entrance pointing to the first entrance;
s602: and if the target vehicle traffic violation occurs, outputting the second video information to prompt the user.
In a specific implementation process, the second identification device can acquire video information of the target vehicle in real time along the direction in which the second entrance points to the first entrance. Second video information collected by the second identification device for the target vehicle in the direction of the second entrance toward the first entrance from the second time T2 to the first time T1 is included. Specifically, the second recognition device captures a video of the target vehicle in real time as the target vehicle travels from the first entrance to the second entrance, and stores second video information captured for the target vehicle from the second time T2 to the first time T1 in a direction in which the second recognition device points toward the first entrance along the second entrance. For example, the target vehicle drives from an X entrance to a Y entrance of the intersection to be detected, and the identification device B arranged at the Y entrance performs video acquisition on the target vehicle, where the obtained video information includes a front video of the driver and a front video of the target vehicle. And if the traffic of the target vehicle breaks rules and regulations, outputting the corresponding front video information of the target vehicle to the user, thereby providing more effective evidences for judging the violation rules and improving the use experience of the user.
