By analogy, other data objects may also be defined in the same format. Thus, the back-end needs the client at the front-end to upload what data, and the needed data object can be displayed to the client 102. Even if the data objects are required to be added, deleted or changed subsequently, the data objects can be directly modified by the back end, the front end does not need to be developed again, and the development workload is greatly reduced.
According to the unified data structure configured above, when the client initiates the audit request in step 410, the client 102 may present the audit request form. In order to avoid excessive waiting time and excessive resource consumption, asynchronous communication can be used for interaction, such as kafka message queue. Fig. 8 is a method 800 for the room resource auditing system 104 to return an auditing result to the client 102 through the room resource system server 101, that is, step 411 may specifically include:
step 801: the house source audit system 104 pushes the message carrying the audit result to the message queue of the application processing system 1012. The message queue described herein refers to a message queue that can implement asynchronous communication. In order to better distinguish the source and the purpose of the message, in practical application, the source identifier may be set and recorded for the client when receiving the audit request, and when receiving the audit result, the source identifier is packaged together as the audit result feedback message, so as to determine which corresponding room source service system 1011 and client 102 are sent to.
Step 412: and the client 102 processes the house source entrusting business according to the auditing result.
In particular, the results of the house-source audit system 104 may generally include pass, doubt, and reject. Wherein, by means of indicates that the physical address of the origin provided by the client 102 is actually existed; "doubt" indicates that the physical address of the house source provided by the client 102 has a certain question, cannot be confirmed, and needs to be further checked; "reject" indicates that the room-source physical address provided by the client 102 is spurious information. The client 102 may process according to the audit result as follows:
step 413: if the result of the verification is passed, the client 102 continues to execute the room source entrusting service, and the process is ended.
At this time, the client 102 may continue to execute the incomplete part of step 408 without any processing.
Step 414: if the result of the audit is in doubt, the client 102 returns to step 410 to reinitiate the audit request.
At this point, the house source auditing system 104 may require the client 104 to further provide house source evidence information, and steps 410 and 411 are repeated until the house source auditing system 104 determines the authenticity of the house source physical address. Of course, the room source audit system 104 may present another more detailed form to the client 104, and the specific format may refer to fig. 6, which is not described herein again.
Step 415: if the result of the verification is a rejection, the client 102 terminates the execution of the room source entrustment service, and ends the process.
At this point, since the house source auditing system 104 has determined that the house source physical address provided by the client 104 is false, the service may be terminated or revoked immediately at this point in order to ensure the reliability of the service.
By applying the scheme of the embodiment of the application, the auditing process and the house resource entrusting business are processed in parallel, so that the delay of the auditing time to the house resource entrusting business can be avoided, the business process is accelerated, and the user experience is improved. In addition, the data objects of the forms uploaded by the client adopt a unified data structure, the expansion performance is good, and the development workload can be greatly saved. And thirdly, the house source auditing system and the house source service system are interactively communicated in an asynchronous communication mode, so that the limitation of the system processing performance can be avoided.
The present application also provides a system 100 for implementing the room source entrusting service. As shown in fig. 1, the system includes a server side 101 and a client side 102. Wherein:
the house source system server 101 is configured to receive a house source entrusting service request from a client 102, where the house source entrusting service request carries a house source physical address and house source owner information, detect validity of the house source physical address, and allocate a house source entrusting ID number according to the house source entrusting service request.
A client 102, configured to send a room source entrusting service request to the room source system server 101; executing the house source entrusting business by using the house source entrusting ID number and the house source owner information; and when the house source system server 101 determines that the house source physical address is illegal, initiating an audit request, and processing the house source entrusting service according to an audit result.
That is to say, the client 102 sends a house source entrusting service request to the house source system server 101, where the house source entrusting service request carries a house source physical address and house source owner information; the house source system server 101 detects the validity of the house source physical address and allocates a house source entrusting ID number according to the house source entrusting service request; the client 102 executes the house source entrusting business by using the house source entrusting ID number and the house source owner information; when the house source system server 101 determines that the house source physical address is illegal, the client 102 initiates an audit request, and processes the house source entrusting service according to an audit result.
Fig. 3 is another system 300 for implementing the premises entrustment service. As shown in fig. 3, the system includes: the system comprises a house source system server 101, a client 102, a building dictionary database 103 and a house source auditing system 104. The room source system server 101 includes more than one room source service system 1011 and a unified application processing system 1012. Wherein:
a house source business system 1011, configured to receive the house source entrusting business request from the client 102, where the house source entrusting business request carries a house source physical address and house source owner information; querying whether a building dictionary database 103 stores the house source physical address in the house source entrustment service request through the application processing system 1012, and if the building dictionary database 103 stores the house source physical address, determining that the house source physical address is legal; if the house source physical address is not stored in the building dictionary database 103, determining that the house source physical address is illegal; distributing a house source entrusting ID number according to the house source entrusting service request; and receiving an audit request of the client 102, and returning an audit result to the client 102.
The application processing system 1012 is configured to detect the validity of the physical address of the house source according to the request of the house source service system 1011, and feed back the validity to the house source service system 1011; and is further configured to receive an audit request of the client 102 forwarded by the room source service system 1011, and return an audit result through the room source service system 1011.
The client 102 is configured to send a room source entrusted service request to the room source service system 1011; executing the house source entrusting business by using the house source entrusting ID number and the house source owner information; and when the house source service system 1011 determines that the house source physical address is illegal, initiating an audit request, and processing the house source entrusting service according to an audit result.
And the building dictionary database 103 is used for storing the physical address of the house source.
The house source auditing system 104 is used for receiving an auditing request of the client 102, wherein the auditing request carries the house source physical address; and auditing the physical address of the house source, and returning an auditing result to the client 102 through the application processing system 1012 and the house source service system 1011.
That is, the client 102 sends a room source entrusted service request to the room source service system 1011; the house source service system 1011 queries, through the application processing system 1012, whether the building dictionary database 103 stores the house source physical address in the house source entrusting service request, and if the building dictionary database 103 stores the house source physical address, it determines that the house source physical address is legal; and if the house source physical address is not stored in the building dictionary database 103, determining that the house source physical address is illegal. Meanwhile, the house source service system 1011 allocates a house source entrusting ID number according to the house source entrusting service request; the client 102 executes the house source entrusting service by using the house source entrusting ID number and the house source owner information. When the house source service system 1011 determines that the house source physical address is illegal, the client 102 initiates an audit request; the house resource auditing system 104 audits the house resource physical address, and returns the auditing result to the client 102 through the application processing system 1012 and the house resource business system 1011. And the client 102 processes the house source entrusting business according to the auditing result.
The application processing system 1012 may be further configured to receive a message with an audit result, sent by the room source audit system 104, and store the message in a message queue; the consumption message queue carries the message of the audit result; and packaging the audit result and the source identifier obtained in advance to generate an audit result feedback message, and sending the audit result feedback message to the house source service system 1011 corresponding to the source identifier.
Of course, the process of initiating the audit by the client 102 may specifically refer to the above method part and the process shown in fig. 7, and the room resource auditing system 104 returns the audit result to the client 102 through the room resource system server 101, or may refer to the above method part and the process shown in fig. 8.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, which stores instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to execute the steps of the method for implementing a room source entrusting service as described above. In practical applications, the computer readable medium may be included in the apparatus/device/system described in the above embodiments, or may exist alone without being assembled into the apparatus/device/system. The computer readable storage medium carries one or more programs which, when executed, implement the system for premises entrustment services described with reference to fig. 1. According to embodiments disclosed herein, the computer-readable storage medium may be a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, which may include, for example and without limitation: a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing, without limiting the scope of the present disclosure. In the embodiments disclosed herein, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures of the present application illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments disclosed herein. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems that perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.

Claims (10)

1. A method for implementing a room source entrusting service is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a house source system server receives a house source entrusting service request from a client, wherein the house source entrusting service request carries a house source physical address and house source owner information;
the house source system server side detects the validity of the house source physical address;
the room source system server side allocates a room source entrusting ID number according to the room source entrusting service request, wherein the room source entrusting ID number is an ID number for developing room source entrusting service;
the client executes the house source entrusting business by using the house source entrusting ID number and the house source owner information without waiting for the legality result of the house source physical address;
and when the house source system server determines that the house source physical address is illegal, triggering the client to initiate an audit request, and processing the house source entrusting service according to the audit result.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of the room source system server side detecting the validity of the room source physical address comprises:
the house source system server side inquires whether a building dictionary database stores the house source physical address in the house source entrustment service request, and if the building dictionary database stores the house source physical address, the house source physical address is determined to be legal; and if the house source physical address is not stored in the building dictionary database, determining that the house source physical address is illegal.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the step of triggering the client to initiate an audit request when the room source system server determines that the room source physical address is illegal, and processing the room source entrusting service according to the audit result comprises:
the house source system server side informs the client side of a message that the house source physical address is illegal;
the client initiates an audit request to a house resource audit system through the house resource system server, wherein the audit request carries the house resource physical address;
the house resource auditing system audits the house resource physical address and returns an auditing result to the client through the house resource system server;
and the client processes the house source entrusting business according to the auditing result.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the step of the client processing the premises-source entrustment service according to the audit result comprises:
if the verification result is passed, the client side continues to execute the house source entrusting business;
if the auditing result is in doubt, the client returns to the step of initiating the auditing request to the house source auditing system through the house source system server, and the client initiates the auditing request again;
and if the auditing result is rejection, the client terminates the execution of the house resource entrustment business.
5. The method according to claim 3, wherein the room source system server includes more than one room source business system and a unified application processing system, and the step of returning the audit result to the client through the room source system server includes:
the house source auditing system pushes the message carrying the auditing result to a message queue of the application processing system;
the application processing system consumes the message with the audit result in the message queue;
and the application processing system encapsulates the audit result and the source identification obtained in advance to generate audit result feedback information, and sends the audit result feedback information to the house source service system corresponding to the source identification, and then the house source service system sends the audit result feedback information to the client corresponding to the house source service system.
6. The method according to claim 3, wherein the client initiates an audit request to a room source audit system through the room source system server, and the step of sending the audit request with the room source physical address includes:
the client side obtains an audit request form, wherein the audit request form comprises a room source physical address item and a room source evidence information item, the room source physical address item represents a room source physical address required to be provided by the client side, and the room source evidence information item represents a room source evidence required to be provided by the client side; the value of the house source physical address item and the value of the evidence information item are both null; the house source physical address item and the house source evidence information item are unified data structures configured in advance by the house source auditing system;
the client inputs the value of the house source physical address item and the value of the evidence information item in the auditing request form and submits the values to the house source system server;
and the house source system server end receives the auditing request form submitted by the client end and initiates an auditing request to the house source auditing system according to the auditing request form.
7. A system for implementing a premises-source entrustment service, the system comprising:
the system comprises a house source system server end, a client end and a server end, wherein the house source system server end is used for receiving a house source entrusting business request from the client end, the house source entrusting business request carries a house source physical address and house source owner information, the legality of the house source physical address is detected, a house source entrusting ID number is distributed according to the house source entrusting business request, and the house source entrusting ID number is an ID number for carrying out house source entrusting business;
the client is used for sending a house source entrusting service request to the house source system server; and executing the house source entrusting business by using the allocated house source entrusting ID number and the house source owner information without waiting for the legality result of the house source physical address, initiating an auditing request when the house source system server determines that the house source physical address is illegal, and processing the house source entrusting business according to the auditing result.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the room source system server comprises more than one room source service system and a unified application processing system;
the house source business system is used for receiving the house source entrusting business request from the client, and the house source entrusting business request carries a house source physical address and house source owner information; detecting the validity of the house source physical address through the application processing system, and distributing a house source entrusting ID number according to the house source entrusting service request; the client is also used for receiving an audit request of the client and returning an audit result to the client;
the application processing system is used for detecting the legality of the house source physical address according to the request of the house source service system and feeding back the legality to the house source service system; and the system is also used for receiving the auditing request of the client forwarded by the house source service system and returning the auditing result through the house source service system.
9. The system of claim 8, further comprising a house source audit system and a building dictionary database;
the house source auditing system is used for receiving an auditing request of a client, wherein the auditing request carries the house source physical address; auditing the house source physical address, and returning an auditing result to the client through the application processing system and the house source service system;
the building dictionary database is used for storing the house source physical address;
when detecting the validity of the house source physical address, the house source service system is used for inquiring whether a building dictionary database stores the house source physical address in the house source entrustment service request or not through the application processing system, and if the building dictionary database stores the house source physical address, the house source physical address is determined to be valid; and if the house source physical address is not stored in the building dictionary database, determining that the house source physical address is illegal.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon computer instructions, wherein the instructions, when executed by a processor, can implement the steps in the method for implementing a room source entrusting service according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
