the instant messaging server is used for forwarding target query information to the operation and maintenance platform when the target query information sent by an instant messaging client is received, wherein the target query information carries an information identifier of the operation and maintenance information to be queried;
the operation and maintenance platform is used for receiving the target query information sent by the instant messaging server; inquiring the target operation and maintenance information represented by the information identifier carried in the target inquiry information; sending the target operation and maintenance information to the instant communication server;
the instant communication server is further configured to receive the target operation and maintenance information sent by the operation and maintenance platform, and forward the target operation and maintenance information to the instant communication client.
2. The system of claim 1, further comprising: the instant messaging client is used for acquiring target query information input by a user aiming at a preset communication object and sending the target query information to the instant messaging server; and receiving the target operation and maintenance information sent by the instant messaging server, and displaying the target operation and maintenance information.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the instant messaging client is specifically configured to:
acquiring target query information input by a user in a private chat interface with a preset communication object; or
And acquiring target query information input by a user in a group chat interface aiming at a preset communication object.

The system of claim 1, wherein the instant messaging server is specifically configured to: and receiving a communication message sent by the instant communication client, and forwarding the target query information to the operation and maintenance platform when the communication message is the target query information aiming at a preset communication object.

6. The system according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the operation and maintenance platform is a cloud storage-based operation and maintenance platform.
7. An operation and maintenance information query method is applied to an instant messaging server, and comprises the following steps;
when target query information sent by an instant messaging client is received, forwarding the target query information to the operation and maintenance platform so that the operation and maintenance platform queries and returns the target operation and maintenance information represented by the target query information, wherein the target query information carries an information identifier of the operation and maintenance information to be queried;
and receiving the target operation and maintenance information sent by the operation and maintenance platform, and forwarding the target operation and maintenance information to the instant messaging client.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the forwarding the target query information to the operation and maintenance platform when receiving the target query information sent by the instant messaging client comprises:
receiving a communication message sent by an instant communication client;
and when the communication message is target query information aiming at a preset communication object, forwarding the target query information to the operation and maintenance platform.
9. An operation and maintenance information query method is applied to an operation and maintenance platform, and comprises the following steps of;
receiving target query information sent by an instant messaging server, wherein the target query information carries an information identifier of operation and maintenance information to be queried;
inquiring target operation and maintenance information represented by the information identifier carried in the target inquiry information;
and sending the target operation and maintenance information to the instant messaging server.

The method according to claim 9, wherein the information identifier of the operation and maintenance information to be queried is a keyword of the operation and maintenance information to be queried; the querying of the target operation and maintenance information corresponding to the information identifier includes:
extracting keywords from the target query information by using a preset keyword extraction rule to obtain each target keyword and the type of each target keyword;
calling a preset command line tool according to the corresponding relation between the type of a predetermined keyword and the command type of the preset command line tool, and generating a query command item of the command type corresponding to each target keyword;
and inquiring the operation and maintenance information based on each inquiry command item to obtain target operation and maintenance information.
11. An operation and maintenance information query method is applied to an instant messaging client, and comprises the following steps;
acquiring target query information input by a user aiming at a preset communication object, and sending the target query information to an instant communication server;
and receiving the target operation and maintenance information sent by the instant messaging server, and displaying the target operation and maintenance information.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the obtaining of the target query information input by the user for the preset communication object comprises:
acquiring target query information input by a user in a private chat interface with a preset communication object; or
And acquiring target query information input by a user in a group chat interface aiming at a preset communication object.
