Abstract
The invention discloses a liquid crystal display backlight module, wherein the liquid crystal display backlight module comprises: an optical film assembly and a format, the optical film assembly centrally disposed in the format; the periphery of the optical film assembly and the structural parts are provided with a plurality of buffer parts at intervals, and the buffer parts are fixedly connected with the structural parts. The liquid crystal display backlight module overcomes the problems that when an optical film assembly in the prior art is used in an environment with a large temperature difference, high-temperature film wrinkles and low-temperature film wrinkles easily occur, and displacement easily occurs in a vibration process to cause the film edge to shine, so that the display effect of a liquid crystal display is directly influenced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of liquid crystal screens, in particular to a liquid crystal screen backlight module.
Background
With the continuous development of liquid crystal display technology, people have higher and higher visual demands and reliability for liquid crystal display products. Liquid crystal displays are generally composed of three major components: the liquid crystal display device comprises a liquid crystal panel, a backlight module and a driving circuit. The design of the backlight module directly determines the display effect of the liquid crystal display. The backlight module is mainly assembled by a light source, a light guide plate, an optical film assembly, an outer frame and the like, wherein the design of the optical film assembly is particularly important for the backlight module. The optical film assembly is actually composed of a plurality of layers of optical film materials, which are placed right below the liquid crystal panel, and the brightening and uniform distribution of light can be realized through the optical film materials, and among the optical film assemblies of the general liquid crystal display, optical films which are often seen are as follows: DBEF (polarizing brightness enhancement film), BEF (prism film), diffusion film, and the like.
However, when the optical film assembly is used in an environment with a large temperature difference, the phenomena of high-temperature film wrinkle and low-temperature film wrinkle are easy to occur, and displacement is easy to occur in the vibration process, so that the film edge is shiny, and the display effect of the liquid crystal display is directly influenced.
Therefore, it is an urgent need to solve the above problems by providing a backlight module for a liquid crystal display that can effectively solve the above technical problems during the use of the backlight module.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical problems, the invention aims to overcome the problems that the optical film assembly in the prior art is easy to generate high-temperature film wrinkle and low-temperature film wrinkle when used in an environment with larger temperature difference, and displacement is easy to generate in a vibration process to cause the film edge to shine, so that the display effect of a liquid crystal display is directly influenced, thereby providing the liquid crystal screen backlight module which can effectively solve the technical problems in the use process.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a liquid crystal display backlight module, which includes: an optical film assembly and a format, the optical film assembly centrally disposed in the format; wherein,
and a plurality of buffer parts are arranged around the optical film assembly and between the structural parts at intervals, and the buffer parts are fixedly connected with the structural parts.
Preferably, the buffer piece is foam, and the foam is connected with the structural part through a sealant.
Preferably, the optical film assembly comprises: arranged in sequence: a polarizing brightness enhancement film, a prism film, and a diffuser plate.
Preferably, the peripheral side wall of the optical film assembly is coated with a shading adhesive tape, and the shading adhesive tape is lapped at the inner edge of the structural member to block the light rays emitted from four sides.
Preferably, the periphery of the optical film assembly is further formed into a whole through glue encapsulation.
Preferably, the length of the foam is 40-50mm, the width of the foam is consistent with the width of the optical film assembly, and the thickness of the foam is 0.4-0.6 mm.
Preferably, the sealant is D05 reinforced glue.
Preferably, the thickness of the light-shielding tape is 0.9-1.1 mm.
According to the technical scheme, the liquid crystal display backlight module provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that: the problems that high-temperature membrane wrinkles and low-temperature membrane wrinkles are easy to occur when an optical membrane component in the prior art is used in an environment with large temperature difference, membrane edges are easy to shine due to displacement in a vibration process, and the display effect of a liquid crystal display is directly influenced are solved.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, the directional words "upper, lower, inner, outer" and the like included in the terms merely represent the orientation of the terms in a conventional use state or are colloquially understood by those skilled in the art, and should not be construed as limiting the terms.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a liquid crystal display backlight module, which includes: the optical film assembly comprises an optical film assembly 1 and a structural part 2, wherein the optical film assembly 1 is arranged in the structural part 2 in a centered mode; wherein,
a plurality of buffer parts 3 are arranged around the optical film assembly 1 and between the structural parts 2 at intervals, and the buffer parts are fixedly connected with the structural parts 2.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the optical film assembly 1 includes: arranged in sequence: a polarizing brightness enhancement film, a prism film, and a diffuser plate.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the peripheral side wall of the optical film assembly 1 is coated with a light-shielding tape, and the light-shielding tape is overlapped to the inner edge of the structural member 2 to shield the light from four sides.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the periphery of the optical film assembly 1 is further encapsulated by glue to form a whole.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the foam has a length ranging from 40 to 50mm, a width corresponding to the width of the optical film assembly, and a thickness ranging from 0.4 to 0.6 mm.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sealant 4 is D05 reinforced glue.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the thickness of the light-shielding tape is 0.9 to 1.1 mm.
The following illustrates the principle of the liquid crystal display backlight module:
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of an optical film assembly comprising: the optical film assembly 1, the structural member 2, the foam 3 and the D05 are reinforced by glue 4. The arrangement mode of the optical film components is as follows: the method comprises the steps of polarizing a brightness enhancement film (with an angle of 0 degree), pasting a prism film (with an angle of parallel), the prism film (with an angle of vertical), a diffuser plate (with an angle of vertical) and 1.0mm, pasting a shading adhesive tape with a thickness of 1.0mm on the side wall of the prism film, using white glue to encapsulate the periphery of the prism film to form a whole body to prevent dirty spots from entering the optical film, positioning the manufactured optical film assembly 1 in a centered manner by using foam, placing the manufactured optical film assembly 1 in a structural member 2, wherein the length of the foam 3 at the long edge of the optical film assembly 1 is about 40-50mm, the width is consistent with the width of the optical film, the thickness is about 0.5mm, the foam at the short edge of the optical film assembly 1 is consistent with the data at the long edge, the number of sections on the long edge of the optical film assembly 1 is equal to the result of equal parts of the long edge of the optical film assembly, the, the foam treatment can play a role in positioning the centered optical film assembly on one hand and play a role in buffering the expansion of the optical film assembly in a high-temperature environment on the other hand; d05 reinforcement is used to prevent the optical film from shifting during vibration; the scheme of sectional dispensing and reinforcing can effectively avoid the phenomenon of film wrinkles of the optical film in high and low temperature environments.
In summary, the liquid crystal display backlight module provided by the invention overcomes the problems that the optical film assembly in the prior art is very easy to generate high-temperature film wrinkles and low-temperature film wrinkles when used in an environment with a large temperature difference, and displacement is very easy to generate in a vibration process, so that the film edge is shiny, and the display effect of a liquid crystal display is directly influenced.
