Abstract
The invention discloses equipment for detecting volatilization of toxic substances of an environment-friendly material, and relates to the technical field of detection of environment-friendly materials. The invention comprises a barrel body, wherein a barrel cover is hermetically matched at the top of the barrel body; the bottom of bung is equipped with a fixed column, and the bottom of fixed column is equipped with an installation base, installs the detection sensor on the installation base. The invention belongs to the technical field of detection of environment-friendly materials, and particularly relates to volatilization detection equipment for toxic substances of an environment-friendly material.
Background
With the improvement of the living standard of people in China, the indoor environment problem of buildings is receiving more and more extensive attention, but the importance of the indoor environment problem is not really recognized. Indoor environmental systems have unique characteristics compared to other environmental systems we are confronted with.
Research has shown that indoor environment is more polluted than outdoor environment globally, and indoor air environment may be the third most influential factor in human individual health worldwide today.
There are many types of volatile organic pollutants commonly found in indoor environments, including:
(1) an organic solution. The organic solution is a solvent with organic matter as medium, and the common organic solution includes household cosmetics, shampoo, detergent, adhesive, paint, water-containing paint, etc
(2) Building materials refer to materials which are easy to volatilize odor and used in building engineering, and comprise materials such as coating used in the interior and the exterior of buildings, plastic rice materials, foam heat insulation materials, artificial plates and the like.
(3) Interior decoration materials. The interior decoration material refers to interior paint of buildings or some other materials of interior decoration which easily volatilize odor, and comprises materials such as wall paint, wallpaper, wall paintings which easily generate volatile odor and the like.
(4) A fibrous material. The fiber material is made of natural fiber or synthetic fiber, and can be used as carpet, tapestry, chemical fiber curtain and other articles in general.
(5) An office supply. Office supplies have their own volatility. Such as ink, some of which are not volatile, but some of which emit heat along with a large amount of heat due to the emission of heat during their operation, such as copiers and printers, which emit a large amount of harmful gases into the air during their operation.

The bottom of the fixed pipe 4 is provided with a thread part 41, and the thread part 41 is in thread sealing connection with the fixed edge 26.
When the invention is used, a material to be detected is put into the container 12, and the barrel cover 2 is closed and kept stand;
in order to research the relationship between the volatilization speed and the temperature of toxic substances, a plurality of detection materials with the same surface sample can be respectively placed into a plurality of containers 12 at the same time, the barrel cover 2 is closed, and the barrel body 1 is moved into spaces with different temperatures for processing;
or placing the barrel body 1 into a water bath kettle for heating at constant temperature, wherein the water bath heating adopts 5 water bath kettles with the temperatures of 5 ℃, 20 ℃, 30 ℃, 50 ℃ and 70 ℃ respectively; the relationship between the volatilization speed and the temperature of the volatile substance is researched by reading the reading of the detection sensor.
In order to research the relation of whether the volatilization speed of the toxic substances is illuminated or not, the detection materials 2 with the same surface sample can be respectively put into the container 12 at the same time, the barrel cover 2 is closed, and the barrel body 1 is arranged; moving one barrel body 1 into a sunlight room which is under the illumination condition and is kept at the constant temperature of 25 ℃, and moving the other barrel body 1 into a constant temperature room which is free of illumination and is kept at the constant temperature of 25 ℃; and reading the readings of the two detection sensors so as to realize the relationship between the volatilization speed of the research substance and whether the light is irradiated or not.
When the volatilization of formaldehyde in the home paint is detected, the model of the formaldehyde sensor is MS 1100.
In the use process, the breathing air bag can be directly installed at the through hole 25 without using the piston 35 and the piston cylinder 3, so that the same purpose is achieved.
