an oil passing channel is formed in the first mounting plate, an opening at one end of the oil passing channel is formed in the second mounting surface, and an opening at the other end of the oil passing channel is formed in the lower end surface of the first mounting plate;
the pressure drop test tool further comprises an oil return pipe, one end of the oil return pipe is communicated with the second oil hole, and the other end of the oil return pipe is communicated with an opening of the lower end face of the first mounting plate, wherein the oil passing channel is located on the first mounting plate.
2. The suction filter pressure drop testing device of claim 1, wherein the receiving chamber has a first receiving chamber section disposed on the first mounting plate and a second receiving chamber section disposed on the second mounting plate;
wherein the first oil hole is communicated with the first accommodating cavity section, and the second oil hole is communicated with the second accommodating cavity section.
3. The suction filter pressure drop testing device of claim 2, wherein the first receiving cavity section comprises a transition cavity section and a mounting cavity section sequentially distributed in a direction toward the second mounting plate;
the mounting cavity section is used for sealing and mounting the suction filter to be tested.
4. The suction filter pressure drop testing device of claim 3, wherein the aperture of the mounting cavity section is larger than that of the transition cavity section, so as to form a step surface between the mounting cavity section and the transition cavity section, and the step surface is provided with a first annular sealing ring for sealing a matching surface between the suction filter to be tested and the first mounting plate.
5. The suction strainer pressure drop testing device according to claim 2, wherein a first through hole communicating with the first oil hole is formed through an upper end surface of the first mounting plate;
a second through hole communicated with the second oil hole is formed in the upper end face of the second mounting plate in a penetrating manner;
the differential pressure test assembly further comprises two connecting pipes, wherein one of the two ends of the connecting pipe is used for being communicated with the high-pressure port of the differential pressure gauge and the first via hole, and the other end of the connecting pipe is used for being communicated with the low-pressure port of the differential pressure gauge and the second via hole.
6. The suction filter pressure drop testing device of claim 1, wherein the first mounting plate is provided with a plurality of threaded holes extending circumferentially along the accommodating cavity, and the second mounting plate is provided with a plurality of through holes corresponding to the plurality of threaded holes;
the pressure drop test tool further comprises a plurality of fastening bolts, and the fastening bolts penetrate through the through holes and are in threaded connection with the threaded holes so as to fix the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate.
7. The suction filter pressure drop testing device of claim 6, wherein a second annular sealing ring is disposed between the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate for sealing the mating surface between the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate.
8. A suction filter testing system, comprising:
the suction filter pressure drop test device of any one of claims 1 to 7;
an oil tank;
one end of the main oil supply pipeline is communicated with the inner cavity of the oil tank, and the other end of the main oil supply pipeline is communicated with the first oil hole of the suction filter pressure drop testing device;
the oil pump is arranged on the main oil supply pipeline; and the number of the first and second groups,
and one end of the main oil return pipeline is communicated with the inner cavity of the oil tank, and the other end of the main oil return pipeline is communicated with an opening of the oil passage, which is arranged on the second mounting surface.
