Abstract
The invention discloses a strip steel weld joint quality detection device and a method, wherein the strip steel weld joint quality detection device comprises a cup-convex machine, a bending assembly and a base; the cup-convex machine and the bending assembly are both arranged on the base, and the cup-convex machine is used for carrying out cup-convex detection on the welding seam of the strip steel; the bending assembly is used for bending the same strip steel welding line, namely the crescent edge of the strip steel welding line after edge digging. When the welding seam detection is needed, the welding seam of the strip steel is obtained, then the welding seam of the strip steel is placed on a cup-convex machine for cup-convex detection, and then the crescent edge of the welding seam of the strip steel is placed at the bending component for bending. When the cup bulge and the bend pass, the quality of the welding line is qualified. The invention can realize the rapid detection of the quality of the welding seam of the strip steel and the accurate judgment of the quality of the welding seam of the strip steel, and can ensure that various strip steels welded in front and at back can smoothly pass through a stretching straightener, a steering roller and the like to be bent and steered for many times until the strip steels are smoothly rolled and taken off the line.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of welding detection of cold rolling welding machines in the metallurgical industry, in particular to a device and a method for detecting the quality of a strip steel weld joint.
Background
The strip steel is welded by a welding machine, so that the continuous operation of the unit is ensured. At present, the weld joint detection uses a cup-convex machine to carry out a ball-convex method to check the weld joint quality. However, the weld quality of the weld detected by the cup bulge is not stable enough after the weld is turned by the steering roller of the unit and is subjected to scale breaking and extension treatment by straightening and withdrawal, and the weld is easy to break at the straightening and withdrawal position, so that the unit is stopped, and the production efficiency is influenced.

The cup convex machine and the bending assembly are both arranged on the base 1 and are designed integrally. The cup-convex machine is used for carrying out cup-convex detection on the welding seam of the strip steel. Specifically, the strip steel welding line is a welding line sample plate with edges dug at two sides, and the dug edges are crescent edges. And welding the two rolls of strip steel by a welding machine to form a strip steel welding seam, digging the two sides of the strip steel welding seam into crescent edges by an edge digging machine, and shearing by a double-cutting shear of the welding machine.
The bending assembly is used for bending the crescent edge of the strip steel welding seam subjected to the cup convex detection.

The method has great popularization significance for continuous production of an acid rolling unit, a continuous annealing unit and the like.
Example two
In the second embodiment provided by the present invention, the structure of the strip steel weld quality detection apparatus in the present embodiment is similar to that of the strip steel weld quality detection apparatus in the first embodiment, and the same parts are not repeated and only differences are introduced.
In the embodiment, the invention specifically discloses that the bending assembly comprises a movable cutter head 2, a fixed cutter head 3 and a first driver 4.
The fixed cutter head 3 is fixedly arranged on the base 1, the movable cutter head 2 is arranged at the driving end of the first driver 4, and the first driver 4 is arranged on the base 1.
The fixed cutter head 3 is provided with a bending groove, and the movable cutter head 2 is provided with a bending bulge matched with the bending groove.
The bending bulge can tightly push the crescent edge of the welding seam of the strip steel into the bending groove under the action of the first driver 4.
Specifically, the first actuator 4 is a power member such as a first hydraulic cylinder or an air cylinder.
