Technical Field

Background
The EMC-compatible voltage regulation control method (EMC) for a high-power water heater refers to the capability of a device or system to operate in compliance with requirements in an electromagnetic environment and not generate intolerable electromagnetic disturbance to any device in the environment.
At present, the voltage regulation technology of the high-power electric appliance of the electric water heater adopts a control method of silicon controlled rectifier integral voltage regulation, generates electromagnetic interference when regulating the voltage of a high-power load, and can not meet the requirement of compatibility with EMC.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects that the voltage regulation technology of the high-power electric appliance of the electric water heater adopts a control method of silicon controlled rectifier integral voltage regulation, electromagnetic interference is generated when the voltage regulation is carried out on a high-power load, and the requirement of compatibility with EMC cannot be met.

according to the scheme, under the condition that no additional electronic device (such as a filter and the like) is added, the voltage regulation of the load below 3000W can meet the EMC requirement by using a silicon controlled cycle zero-crossing triggering mode, the EMC requirement cannot be met when the voltage regulation is more than 3000W, electromagnetic interference or only small electromagnetic interference is not caused when the load is supplied with full-wave power, and the EMC requirement can be met when the high-power electrical appliance is regulated by adopting a combined mode of grouping full-wave and silicon controlled cycle zero-crossing triggering.
The invention only generates weak electromagnetic interference when regulating the voltage of a high-power load and can meet the requirement of compatibility with EMC.

S4: stepless voltage regulation-boosting: the ZB controlled power opens Q1 once at maximum, at which time ZB again begins to regulate voltage from 0 or near 0, ZB full power opens Q2 a second time, and so on until full load.

The voltage regulation control method of the EMC compatible high power water heater according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of switches are arranged on the zero-crossing trigger of N groups of full waves and +1 group of SCR cycles in the S2, and the switches represent: s1, s2 and s3, the switch being an electromagnetic switch.

The voltage regulation control method of the EMC-compatible high-power water heater according to claim 1, wherein the controller in S6 is connected with two indicator lamps, the indicator lamps are a yellow lamp and a green lamp, and the yellow lamp is turned on when no voltage regulation-boosting is performed; when the voltage is not regulated and reduced, the green lamp is lighted.
5. The voltage regulation control method of the EMC compatible high power water heater according to claim 1, wherein the controller is connected to a plurality of electromagnetic switches in S6, and the controller can automatically control the plurality of electromagnetic switches.
6. The pressure regulating control method of the EMC compatible high power water heater as claimed in claim 1, wherein the controller in S6 can be manually adjusted and operated to set the range of pressure regulation.
