Abstract

本发明涉及一种无源水流加热装置,包括水流发电装置、稳压器、水流加热装置、恒温控制阀。通过水流发电装置将水流动能转化为水流加热装置的电能,可实现对水流的加温,在无需外接电源的情况下,避免了现有水流加热装置对电源的依赖性与消耗,降低了水流加热装置使用过程中的使用成本,低电压水流发电装置同时提升了使用过程中的安全性,避免了电击伤人事件的发生。本装置适用于家庭、教育、医疗、商场等所有无热水供应的水龙头,及有耗电水加热装置水龙头的节能改造。

无电源水流加热装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水流加热装置,特指一种无外接电源自发电水流加热装置。
背景技术
现有水流加热设备需要外接220V标准电压电源消耗电能,需要事先预留电源或接临时电源,而本发明装置利用水流动能发电并转化加热水流,节约能源的同时也避免了传统水流电加热设备对电源要求的束缚。
以三口之家为例:
卫生间手盆采用6千瓦即热式电热水器,早晨洗漱40分钟,晚上洗漱30分钟,即热式电热水器工作时间30分钟;厨房洗菜盆采用2千瓦即热式电热水龙头,早餐洗刷30分钟,晚餐洗刷30分钟,即热式电热水龙头工作30分钟。
以全国平均电价0.513元/千瓦计算:
年消耗电量:(6+2)×0.5×365=1460千瓦
年用电花费:1460×0.513=748.98元
以节约1度电减排0.997㎏“二氧化碳”计算:1460×0.997=1455.62㎏≈植树13棵;
根据网络查询贵州省全年发生热水器电击致人伤亡事件5-10起,全国34个省级行政区粗略计算全年大概发生200-300起热水器电击伤人事件;
本发明装置采用的电压为12V、24V、36V特低安全电压,水流发电装置产生的电能不与水流接触实现水电分离,稳压器将电压完全控制在安全电压值以下,确保本发明装置不会对使用者产生电击伤害。
传统储热式电热水器使用寿命为8-10年,即热式电热水器的使用寿命会更少;
本发明装置中发电装置寿命≥3000小时,以三口之家每天使用0.5小时为例,可使用16年;
本发明装置中加热元件平均寿命≥40000小时,以三口之家每天使用0.5小时为例,可使用220年;
以元件最短使用寿命计算最少可使用16年,可为家庭减少一大笔热水器更换的资金投入。
发明内容
本发明装置目的是利用管道内水流产生的动能发电,电能传输给特低电压加热装置将通过的水流加热到设定温度。

具体实施方式
本发明装置实施所述方式为本发明原理所阐述的示例方式,并非唯一方式,不对所有部件位置及形式做唯一要求;
水流由‘9入水口’通过‘11进水管道’进入本装置‘1进水增压室’,水流通过‘1进水增压室’由宽至窄实现水流物理加速后水流通过‘2发电装置’将水流动能转化为电能,电能通过‘7接线柱’传导至‘5稳压器’,经过‘5稳压器’减压到适用电压通过‘7接线柱’传导至‘3加热装置’,‘3加热装置’将电能转化为热能对通过‘2发电装置’的水流进行加热,加热后水流进入‘4恒温控制阀’,根据设定水温从‘6冷水分支管’中自动补充冷水,达到设定温度水流由‘12出水管线’通过‘10出水口’流出。

Claims (7)

1.一种无源水流发电自动加热装置,其特征在于利用管道内水流产生的动能发电,电能传输给特低电压加热装置把通过的水流加热到设定温度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无源水流发电自动加热装置,其特征在于所述无电源要求,通过前端水流发电装置供给自身电量消耗。
3.根据权利要求1所述的加热装置可以为陶瓷加热棒(片)、碳纤维加热管(片)、金属加热棒(片)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的水流发电装置可为交流发电装置或直流发电装置。
5.根据权利要求2所述的水流发电装置为12V、24V、36V特低安全电压发电装置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的加热装置的驱动电压为12V、24V、36V特低安全电压。
7.根据权利要求3所述的加热装置内部构造可为多种形式,本原理图中所示形式并非指定唯一形式。
