Abstract
The invention discloses a household air quality detection system which comprises a central controller, a power supply module, an all-in-one air quality detection module, an early warning device, a touch display screen, an air purifier, an air conditioner and a humidifier, wherein the central controller is connected with the power supply module; the all-in-one air quality detection module consists of a temperature and humidity sensor, an oxygen sensor, a carbon dioxide sensor, a PM2.5/PM10 sensor, a formaldehyde sensor and a TVOC sensor, wherein the output ends of the temperature and humidity sensor, the oxygen sensor, the carbon dioxide sensor, the PM2.5/PM10 sensor, the formaldehyde sensor and the TVOC sensor are connected with the input end of the central controller; the output end of the power supply module is connected with the input end of the central controller, the output end of the central controller is respectively connected with the early warning device and the touch display screen, and the central controller is respectively communicated with the air purifier, the air conditioner and the humidifier through the wireless communicator. The invention can not only carry out comprehensive detection on the indoor air quality, but also carry out real-time feedback regulation.

The invention relates to the technical field of air quality detection, in particular to a household air quality detection system.
Background
With the progress of society and the rapid development of science and technology, people seek higher and higher quality of life, and the air quality of the environment where people are located is a very important aspect. However, with the increasingly delicate home decoration of people, TVOC, formaldehyde and other gases harmful to human bodies are generated by the use of various coatings, wood boards and the like, so that the introduction of gases or pollutants seriously harmful to human health is inevitable when people ventilate and exchange air, and if people are in the environment for a long time and are not self-aware, the health safety of the people can be seriously threatened.
Therefore, a household air quality detection system capable of comprehensively detecting the surrounding air quality in real time and giving appropriate feedback needs to be researched and designed according to the environmental characteristics of daily life of people.
However, the existing air quality detection system has the following problems:
1. the detection object is single. There are many environmental factors affecting human health, and a single detection of a certain factor cannot effectively guarantee the health and safety of people.
2. And no feedback link exists. The existing air quality detection system only realizes the detection and display of the air quality and cannot effectively remind a user or make other reactions to change the existing air quality in real time.

The invention aims to provide a household air quality detection system which can carry out omnibearing real-time detection on indoor environment and can carry out real-time feedback regulation.

the all-in-one air quality detection module consists of a temperature and humidity sensor for detecting temperature and humidity, an oxygen sensor for detecting oxygen concentration, a carbon dioxide sensor for detecting carbon dioxide concentration, a PM2.5/PM10 sensor for detecting dust particulate matter content, a formaldehyde sensor for detecting formaldehyde concentration and carbon monoxide concentration and a TVOC sensor for detecting total volatile organic matter content, wherein the output ends of the temperature and humidity sensor, the oxygen sensor, the carbon dioxide sensor, the PM2.5/PM10 sensor, the formaldehyde sensor and the TVOC sensor are all connected with the input end of the central controller;
the output end of the power supply module is connected with the input end of the central controller, the output end of the central controller is respectively connected with the early warning device and the touch display screen, and the central controller is respectively communicated with the air purifier, the air conditioner and the humidifier through the wireless communicator.
Preferably, the central controller is an FX3SA-14MT-CM type programmable controller.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

As shown in fig. 1, the household air quality detection system of the present invention comprises a central controller, a power module, an all-in-one air quality detection module, an early warning device, a touch display screen, an air purifier, an air conditioner, and a humidifier;
the central controller adopts FX3SA-14MT-CM type programmable controller; the programmable controller can change the set air quality standard value through programming and automatically compare with the data transmitted by the receiving all-in-one air quality detection module to give an optimal solution.
The all-in-one air quality detection module comprises a temperature and humidity sensor for detecting temperature and humidity, an oxygen sensor for detecting oxygen concentration and a carbon dioxide concentration detector for detecting carbon dioxide concentrationThe device comprises a carbon dioxide sensor, a PM2.5/PM10 sensor for detecting the content of dust particles, a formaldehyde sensor for detecting the concentration of formaldehyde and carbon monoxide and a TVOC sensor for detecting the content of total volatile organic compounds, wherein the output ends of the temperature and humidity sensor, the oxygen sensor, the carbon dioxide sensor, the PM2.5/PM10 sensor, the formaldehyde sensor and the TVOC sensor are connected with the input end of a central controller; the temperature and humidity sensor adopts an RS485 type temperature and humidity sensor, and the oxygen sensor adopts O2-A2An oxygen sensor, wherein the carbon dioxide sensor adopts MG811 type CO2The sensor adopts a PMS 3003C type dust sensor as the PM2.5/PM10 sensor, adopts a ZP07-MP901 type dust sensor as the formaldehyde sensor, and adopts an SGP30 gas sensor as the TVOC sensor.
And the output end of the power supply module is connected with the input end of the central controller.
The output end of the central controller is respectively connected with the early warning device and the touch display screen; the early warning device comprises an LED warning lamp and a buzzer, the LED warning lamp and the buzzer are respectively connected with the central controller, and the early warning device can output an early warning or remove the early warning on an analysis result of the central controller. The touch display screen adopts an ET070 touch screen and is used for displaying monitoring data and indicating and operating the working state of the system.
The central controller is respectively communicated with the air purifier, the air conditioner and the humidifier through a wireless communicator, and the wireless communicator adopts a 2.4G wireless communication module. The wireless communication type air conditioner is connected with an external air purification device, an air conditioner and a humidifier and used for automatically controlling to improve the existing air quality and realize timely feedback adjustment.
The system operates as follows:
(1) the sensors effectively detect the current air quality in real time and acquire data, and simultaneously transmit the detection data to the central controller connected with the sensors;
(2) the central controller automatically compares the received air detection data with a preset air quality standard value to obtain a comparison result that the existing air quality is superior to or inferior to the standard air quality, and then the comparison result is displayed on a touch display screen;
(3) if the comparison result shows that the current air quality is better than the standard air quality, the central controller controls the connected early warning device and the external air purifier, air conditioner and humidifier to be out of work; on the contrary, if the comparison result shows that the current air quality is poor than the air quality reaching the standard, the programmable controller controls the all-in-one air quality detection module to stop working, and simultaneously controls the early warning device to start working, the warning lamp to flash and the buzzer to sound. At this point, the pre-warning can be manually disarmed and the optimal solution can be selectively executed by touching the display screen to improve the existing air quality. If no manual early warning is removed within 5 minutes, the central controller automatically removes the early warning after 5 minutes and automatically controls an air purifier, an air conditioner and a humidifier which are externally connected with the central controller to execute an optimal solution. In addition, a night mode can be set through the central controller, namely the central controller does not control the work of the early warning device when the air quality difference is detected to be lower than the air quality reaching the standard in the night, and directly controls an external air purifier, an air conditioner and a humidifier to execute an optimal solution;
(4) if the comparison result shows that the current air quality is always superior to the standard air quality, each module and the controller execute a non-intermittent working mode; and if the comparison result shows that the current air quality is worse than the air quality reaching the standard, the modules and the controller start to work continuously after the optimal solution is completed. Thereby forming an uninterrupted detection mode.

1. A household air quality detection system is characterized by comprising a central controller, a power supply module, an all-in-one air quality detection module, an early warning device, a touch display screen, an air purifier, an air conditioner and a humidifier;
the all-in-one air quality detection module consists of a temperature and humidity sensor for detecting temperature and humidity, an oxygen sensor for detecting oxygen concentration, a carbon dioxide sensor for detecting carbon dioxide concentration, a PM2.5/PM10 sensor for detecting dust particulate matter content, a formaldehyde sensor for detecting formaldehyde concentration and carbon monoxide concentration and a TVOC sensor for detecting total volatile organic matter content, wherein the output ends of the temperature and humidity sensor, the oxygen sensor, the carbon dioxide sensor, the PM2.5/PM10 sensor, the formaldehyde sensor and the TVOC sensor are all connected with the input end of the central controller;
the output end of the power supply module is connected with the input end of the central controller, the output end of the central controller is respectively connected with the early warning device and the touch display screen, and the central controller is respectively communicated with the air purifier, the air conditioner and the humidifier through the wireless communicator.
