The normal temperature adsorbent is directly poured into the tank body from the filling port, so that the contact time with air is reduced, and the effective time of the adsorbent is prolonged; only need remove the shrouding when the normal atmospheric temperature adsorbent is changed in the later stage, pour the normal atmospheric temperature adsorbent in the cell body, mend new normal atmospheric temperature adsorbent can, change in-process convenience, swift, labour saving and time saving.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of low-temperature storage tanks, in particular to a normal-temperature adsorbent tank on a low-temperature storage tank.
Background
The low-temperature storage tank is a double-layer vacuum heat-insulation storage tank. The inner container is made of austenitic stainless steel; the low-temperature storage tank is generally composed of an inner tank, an intermediate heat insulation layer and an outer tank.
At present, a normal temperature adsorbent is required to be put into an interlayer of an existing low-temperature storage tank such as a high-vacuum low-temperature liquid storage tank, and hydrogen in a steel plate is adsorbed, so that the effect of keeping vacuum is achieved. The mode that adopts at present all is fixed on the inside wall of outer head after packing the adsorbent. Therefore, in the process of manufacturing the storage tank, the adsorbent needs to be assembled before the outer tank body is folded, so that the adsorbent is exposed for a period of time and contacts with air to cause partial adsorbent failure. When the vacuum service life of the existing low-temperature storage tank is over, the normal-temperature adsorbent cannot be directly replaced under the condition of not opening the outer tank body, so that a large amount of workload is required to complete replacement, and time and labor are wasted.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects, the invention aims to provide a normal temperature adsorbent tank on a low-temperature storage tank, which is arranged at a normal temperature adsorbent feeding port of an outer tank and comprises a tank body covering the normal temperature adsorbent feeding port, wherein the tank body is hermetically welded with the outer tank; the groove body is provided with a filling port communicated with the inside and the outside, a normal temperature adsorbent can enter the groove body from the filling port, and a sealing plate for plugging the filling port is arranged at the filling port; and a filter screen is welded at the feeding port of the normal-temperature adsorbent and used for preventing the normal-temperature adsorbent from entering the outer tank. The normal temperature adsorbent tank is made of stainless steel, carbon steel, nickel steel or aluminum alloy with enough strength.
Further, the tank body comprises a connecting pipe and a cover plate, wherein one end of the connecting pipe is welded on the outer tank in a sealing mode, and the other end of the connecting pipe is welded on the cover plate in a sealing mode.
Further, the groove body on which the periphery of the filling port is located is provided with an annular or punctiform limiting groove, the sealing plate is provided with a sealing edge matched with the position of the limiting groove, and the sealing edge is embedded into the limiting groove to limit the position between the sealing plate and the groove body. The position of the limiting groove and the sealing edge is limited, and welding, installation and positioning of the sealing plate are facilitated.
Furthermore, a gasket made of a TPE material is fixedly arranged in the groove bottom of the limiting groove. The TPE material belongs to thermoplastic elastic plastic, and the lower limit of low temperature resistance is-50 ℃. Compared with the prior art, the invention has simple structure, convenient manufacture and installation, stable operation and difficult damage, and the normal temperature adsorbent is directly poured into the tank body from the filling port, thereby reducing the contact time with air and prolonging the effective time of the adsorbent; only need remove the shrouding when the normal atmospheric temperature adsorbent is changed in the later stage, pour the normal atmospheric temperature adsorbent in the cell body, mend new normal atmospheric temperature adsorbent can, change in-process convenience, swift, labour saving and time saving.

The outside of the filter screen 5 is provided with a mesh plate 4, and the edge of the mesh plate 4 is welded on the outer tank in a sealing manner. Preferably, a plurality of filter screens 5 are welded at the normal temperature adsorbent feeding port 6, and the filtering holes of the plurality of filter screens are gradually reduced from outside to inside, so that the blocking performance of the filter screens on the normal temperature adsorbent is enhanced.
Referring to fig. 2, a circular or punctiform limiting groove 8 is formed in the groove body where the periphery of the filling port 7 is located, a sealing edge 11 matched with the limiting groove 8 is formed in the sealing plate 1, and the sealing edge 11 is embedded into the limiting groove 8 to limit the position between the sealing plate 1 and the groove body. The position of the limiting groove 8 and the sealing edge 11 is limited, so that the sealing plates can be conveniently welded, installed and positioned.
In this embodiment, in order to avoid the shrouding to appear bonding phenomenon after long-term and the cell body contact, the tank bottom internal fixation of spacing groove 8 is equipped with the gasket 9 of making by the TPE material. The TPE material belongs to thermoplastic elastic plastic, and the lower limit of low temperature resistance is-50 ℃.
