Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the one-way valve is controllable in opening and closing, so that an offshore power generation device can be built on the shore, the one-way valve is closed and dragged to a destination by a towing wheel, and the offshore power generation device sinks by discharging water through the one-way valve.

As shown in the figures, a one-way valve for an offshore power generation device is provided, comprising a water inlet 20, the one-way valve being provided with an on-off controllable mechanism, the one-way valve comprising:
a lever 24 provided with an axis connecting hole;
a valve plate 23 fixedly connected with one end of the lever 24;
a fulcrum 26, which is arranged on the wall of the water inlet 20;
the fulcrum 26 is provided with a shaft hole, the shaft hole of the lever 24 is coupled with the shaft hole of the fulcrum through a shaft 25, and the other end of the lever is provided with an oblique angle 27;
the opening and closing controllable mechanism comprises:
a shaft sleeve 35, one end of which is provided with a first cover plate 36, the other end of which is provided with a second cover plate 29, a support shaft 28 is arranged in the shaft sleeve 35, the support shaft 28 is provided with internal threads, one end of the support shaft 28 penetrates through the end part of the second cover plate 29 and is provided with a support block 19, and the support block 19 is used for expanding the bevel 27 at the other end of the lever 24 and is used for controlling the swinging distance of the lever 24;

a first sealing ring 34 is arranged at the interface of the shaft sleeve 35 and the supporting body 18, a second sealing ring 30 is arranged at the interface of the second cover plate 29 and the supporting body 18,
the valve plate 23 is provided with rubber 22, the periphery of the water inlet 20 is provided with rubber 21 corresponding to the position of the valve plate 23, so that when the check valve needs to be closed, the screw 36 can be screwed, the supporting block 19 can expand the bevel 27 at the other end of the lever 24, the valve plate 23 can be tightly attached to the water inlet 20 under the action of the fulcrum 26 and the lever 24, the valve plate 23 is provided with the rubber 22, and the periphery of the water inlet 20 is provided with the rubber 21 corresponding to the position of the valve plate 23, so that the impact force is buffered when the valve plate 23 is opened and closed, and the sealing performance of the water inlet 20 is better.

the valve plate is fixedly connected with one end of the lever;
a fulcrum arranged on the wall of the water inlet;
the fulcrum is provided with a shaft hole, the shaft hole of the lever is in shaft coupling with the shaft hole of the fulcrum, and the other end of the lever is provided with an oblique angle.
