The invention provides a special melt pump for a high-filling wood-plastic composite material, which comprises an extruder, a screw, a flange, a melt pump, a straight-tooth blade, a curved-tooth blade, a feeding port and a discharging port, wherein the extruder is provided with a screw rod; the melt pump is connected with the tail end of the extruder through a flange, and a screw is arranged in the extruder; the feeding port is arranged on the left side of the melt pump, a straight tooth blade and a curved tooth blade are arranged in the melt pump, and the discharging port is arranged at the rightmost end of the melt pump. The invention utilizes the multi-blade structure to convey the highly filled wood-plastic composite, ensures that the poor-fluidity wood-plastic composite melt can stably flow forwards under the multi-blade power conveying condition, and the straight-tooth blade at the front end can increase the conveying efficiency of the composite melt, particularly has better effect on the poor-fluidity wood-plastic composite, and the curved-tooth blade at the back has smaller disturbance on the melt, is softer in shearing, has basketball to stabilize the melt pressure, homogenizes the local speed of each part of the melt, and promotes the stable conveying of the wood-plastic composite melt.

Background
The wood-plastic composite material is a novel composite material which has the double performances of plastic processing performance and wood texture and is prepared by fully utilizing agricultural and forestry wastes and plastic reclaimed materials. The content of the plant fiber serving as a main raw material of the wood-plastic composite material is usually over 50 percent, and the addition of the high-content plant fiber changes the rheological behavior of a resin matrix, increases the viscosity, deteriorates the fluidity and is difficult to process. On the other hand, the water content of the plant fiber is usually as high as 10%, the drying cost of the plant fiber is too high through heating equipment, and the plant fiber is usually directly used, so that the phenomenon of extrusion instability of the wood-plastic composite material due to overweight water in the extrusion granulation process is caused, the extrusion of the composite material is unstable, obvious melt fracture is often caused, and even the phenomenon of serious material spraying is caused. In the processes of extrusion granulation and section bar production, the stability of melt conveying directly determines the stability of production, which is the premise of quality assurance. The conventional method adopts a double-stage extruder, the composite material is subjected to mixing and dehumidification in a first-stage extruder, the moisture in the material is removed, and the composite material is stably extruded in a second-stage extruder to ensure that the moisture content of the composite material is minimum. Meanwhile, for the composite material with the water content of the plant fibers being too high, the water inside the composite material cannot be completely removed even through two steps, and the purpose of stable extrusion cannot be achieved.

The invention provides a special melt pump for a high-filling wood-plastic composite material, aiming at the problems of poor fluidity of the high-filling wood-plastic composite material, unstable material extrusion and material spraying in the processes of extrusion granulation and molding in the prior art.
