After the engine stops operating, the lubricating oil flows to the bottom of the oil pan, and the viscosity is high and the fluidity is poor at low temperature, so that the parts cannot be lubricated well. Typically, the vehicle owner will perform an idle hot vehicle in place prior to driving; or low-temperature high-fluidity lubricating oil is adopted to reduce the friction of the engine during cold start.
The scheme has the defects that the preheating time of the vehicle engine is long, the heating speed is slow, and the waste of oil is caused; the low-temperature high-fluidity lubricating oil is higher in price, and the use cost is increased.

When the vehicle is powered on and the engine is started, the temperature sensor 6 transmits the detected engine oil temperature to the ECU5, if the engine oil temperature is too low, the ECU5 decides to turn on the second execution switch 42, at the moment, the vehicle generator 2 supplies power to the system, and the heating wire 8 starts to work; if the engine oil temperature reaches the calibration value, the ECU5 decides to open the third execution switch 43, the third execution switch 43 is connected with the breaker 3, the system is broken, and the heating wire 8 stops working.
When the vehicle is shut down and the engine stops working, the ECU5 decides to turn on the third execution switch 43, the system is disconnected, and the heating wire 8 stops working. The ECU5 and the temperature sensor 6 are independently powered by the vehicle body circuit and are not influenced by the power failure of the system.
As shown in figure 2, the heating wire 8 adopts a spiral winding mode, and the winding mode can generate a magnetic field after being electrified, so that the shell of the oil pan 7 is slightly magnetized, and tiny scrap iron is adsorbed into the impurity collecting groove 9.
As shown in FIG. 3, the impurity collecting device 9 is a central groove at the bottom in the housing of the oil pan 7, so that impurities such as scrap iron can be conveniently collected, and the pollution of the impurities such as scrap iron to the lubricating oil is reduced. And when the oil drain period is up, discharging the old lubricating oil together with impurities from the oil drain hole 10 to finish the regular cleaning of the impurities.
