step six, pasting a sound insulation layer 5 on the inner side surface of the outer door panel 4;
seventhly, selecting a section bar of the clamp beam 31, cutting according to the design size, binding a reinforcement cage 32, welding and fixing the reinforcement cage 32 and the clamp beam 31, then installing a support formwork outside the reinforcement cage 32, and pouring a concrete block 33 to form the door body module 3;
and step eight, transporting the combination of the outer door frame 1, the door body module 3, the door body frame and the outer door plate 4 to an installation site, and splicing and installing.
