Background
During interior decoration, paint putty for wall and ceiling is that a relatively complicated thing needs a large amount of manual works to paint, and at the during operation, the workman all needs stair to assist, uses the instrument afterwards to paint putty on the ceiling, and the process is very loaded down with trivial details consuming time, and is higher to workman's requirement moreover.
At present, when putty is applied to a ceiling, workers need to use stairs, tools are used for applying the putty to the ceiling while the heads of the workers face upward on the stairs, the working efficiency of the workers is low for a long time, and the putty is unevenly applied.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides a ceiling putty applying device, a motor is used for driving a threaded rod to rotate, so that sliders at two ends of the threaded rod move oppositely, an expansion bracket extends, the applying device filled with putty is lifted to be in contact with the top of a ceiling, then a knob is opened, the putty in a material box is extruded out under the restoring force of a spring, and a worker only needs to push a pushing bracket below to enable a travelling wheel at the bottom of a bottom plate to roll on the ground, so that the putty can be uniformly applied, and the problems in the background art are solved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a ceiling putty coating device comprises a coating device and a lifting device, wherein the coating device comprises a material box, one side of the material box is fixedly provided with a fixed frame through bolts, the fixed frame is movably provided with a plurality of rollers, the middle part of the top of the material box is provided with a discharge hole, a discharging device is arranged in the material box and comprises springs, the springs are fixedly arranged at four corners of the bottom of an inner cavity of the material box, the top of each spring is fixedly connected with a movable plate, the outer peripheral surface of each movable plate is movably attached to the inner side wall of the material box, the top of the material box is provided with a feed inlet, the bottom of the material box and one end of the fixed frame, which is far away from the material box, are fixedly provided with a support, the top of the inner cavity of the material box, which corresponds to the discharge hole, is provided with a sealing plate, two ends of each sealing plate are respectively provided with a rotating rod, the rotating rods are rotatably connected with the inner wall of the material box, one end of each rotating rod penetrates through the material box, the coating device is fixedly arranged at the top of the lifting device; the lifting device comprises a top plate and a bottom plate.

The invention has the technical effects and advantages that:
the invention realizes the opposite movement of the sliding blocks at the two ends of the threaded rod by utilizing the motor to drive the threaded rod to rotate, so that the expansion bracket extends, further the smearing device filled with putty is lifted to be contacted with the top of a ceiling, then the knob is opened, the putty in the material box is jacked upwards by the movable plate under the action of the restoring force of the spring and is discharged from the discharge port, and when discharging, a worker only needs to push the pushing bracket below to roll the walking wheels at the bottom of the bottom plate on the ground, thereby the smearing device can move along the top of the ceiling by utilizing the rolling of a plurality of rollers, and the extruded putty can be evenly smeared under the continuous rolling of the plurality of rollers in the moving process. The work efficiency of workers is low after a long time, and the painting is not uniform;
when the smearing device moves along with the top of the ceiling, the roller close to the material box drives the elliptical plate to do circular motion along with the rotation of the roller, the turnover plate can be continuously pressed downwards in the process of making circular motion of the elliptical plate, so that the sealing plate is staggered with the material outlet, putty in the material box leaks to the top of the ceiling from the material outlet and is evenly smeared by the roller, when the elliptical plate rotates to be separated from the turnover plate, the turnover plate rebounds and resets under the action of the torsion spring, the sealing plate blocks the material outlet again to avoid continuous discharging, and when the resilience of the spring is insufficient in the discharging process, the sleeve on the cross rod can be rotated to wind the pull rope on the sleeve, and in the process of winding the pull rope, the pull rope can pull the turnover plate downwards, and under the limiting action of the guide rod and the limiting groove, move along oblique below to make the vertical upward movement of other end swing joint's ejector pin, and then promote the fly leaf and continue upward movement, realize ejection of compact once more, compare with prior art, have the solution to open/close the progress that the shrouding is inconvenient and the spring resilience power is not enough to continue the feed.

As shown in fig. 1-2 and 5, the invention provides a ceiling putty applying device, which comprises an applying device, a bottom plate 13, traveling wheels 20 and a lifting device, wherein the traveling wheels 20 are arranged at four corners of the bottom plate 13, the lifting device is arranged at the top of the bottom plate 13, and the applying device is arranged on the lifting device.
The smearing device comprises a material box 1, a fixed frame 2, a roller 3, a sealing plate 5, a knob 6, a support 7, a movable plate 9, a sealing ring 10 and a spring 11, the left side of the top of the lifting device is provided with the material box 1, the left side of the top of the material box 1 is provided with a feeding port 8, the movable plate 9 which can push putty to move is arranged in the material box 1 in a sliding manner, the sealing ring 10 is arranged on the side wall of the movable plate 9, the gap between the movable plate 9 in the material box 1 and the inner wall of the material box 1 can be effectively prevented from leaking to the bottom of the material box 1, the springs 11 are connected between the left side and the right side of the bottom of the movable plate 9 and the left side and the right side of the bottom in the material box 1, the middle of the top of the material box 1 is provided with a discharge port 4, the sealing plate 5 is matched with the discharge port 4, the knob 6 is arranged at the front end of the sealing plate 5 and positioned outside the material box 1, and the fixed frame 2 is arranged between the upper parts of the front side and the back side of the material box 1, a roller 3 which can evenly paint putty is rotatably arranged between the front side surface and the rear side surface of the fixed frame 2 at an even interval, and a bracket 7 is arranged between the right side of the outer bottom of the fixed frame 2 and the lifting device.

The implementation mode is specifically as follows: when the device is used, the knob 6 is firstly rotated to drive the sealing plate 5 to rotate and block the discharge hole, then the putty is added into the material box 1 from the feed opening 8, the injected putty is utilized to downwards press the movable plate 9, and then the spring 11 is compressed, when the amount of the putty is added sufficiently, the feed opening 8 can be blocked by utilizing a rubber plug to prevent the leakage of the putty, during the use process, the smearing device is firstly fixedly arranged at the top of the top plate 12 of the lifting device, then the motor 23 is started to work through an external controller to drive the threaded rod 16 to rotate, and because the threads on the outer peripheral surfaces of two ends of the threaded rod 16 are mutually reversely arranged, the sliding block 18 positioned inside the groove 15 on the bottom plate 13 is in threaded connection with the threaded rod 16, and the sliding block 18 inside the groove 15 on the top plate 12 is in sliding connection with the sliding rod 17, so that the sliding blocks 18 at two ends of the threaded rod 16 are driven to move oppositely during the rotating process, and further the extension of the telescopic frame 14 is realized, when the telescopic frame is extended to the state that the top end surface of the smearing device is contacted with the top of the ceiling, the knob 6 is opened, so that the putty in the bin 1 is pushed upwards by the movable plate 9 under the action of the restoring force of the spring 11 and is discharged from the discharge hole 4, while discharging, the worker only needs to push the pushing frame 22 below to make the walking wheels 20 at the bottom of the bottom plate 13 roll on the ground, so that the movement of the application device against the ceiling top can be realized by means of the rolling of a plurality of rollers 3, in the moving process, the extruded putty can be evenly smeared under the continuous rolling of the plurality of rollers 3, which is convenient and fast, the embodiment particularly solves the problems that in the prior art, when putty is applied to the ceiling, workers all need to use stairs, and the putty is applied to the ceiling by using a tool while leaning up on the stairs, so that the working efficiency of workers is low and the problem of uneven application is caused for a long time.

The implementation mode is specifically as follows: in the actual use process, an operator firstly lifts the smearing device filled with putty to be in contact with the top of a ceiling under the action of the lifting device, then directly pushes the device to move downwards, in the process, the roller 3 close to the material box 1 drives the elliptical plate 26 to do circular motion along with the rotation of the roller 3 along with the movement of the smearing device attached to the top of the ceiling, in the process of the circular motion of the elliptical plate 26, the overturning plate 25 can be continuously pressed downwards, so that the sealing plate 5 is staggered with the material outlet 4, the putty in the material box 1 leaks to the top of the ceiling from the material outlet 4 and is evenly smeared by the roller 3, when the elliptical plate 26 rotates to be separated from the overturning plate 25, the overturning plate 25 rebounds and resets under the action of the torsion spring 30, the sealing plate 5 blocks the material outlet 4 again, continuous material discharging is avoided, and waste is reduced, if the discharge port 4 is in a normally open state, only when the smearing device is in contact with the top of a ceiling, a worker takes a ladder to pull down the turning plate 25, inserts the pin 27 into the pin hole 271 in the corresponding position to fix the turning plate 25, so that normally open discharge is realized, in the process of smearing uniformly by using the roller 3, the scraper 24 in the middle of the inner cavity of the fixed frame 2 can be used for scraping, then the subsequent roller 3 is used for secondary smearing, when the resilience of the spring 11 is not enough to realize discharge in the discharging process, the sleeve 37 on the cross rod 222 can be rotated to wind the pull rope 38 on the sleeve 37, in the process of winding the pull rope 38, the pull rope 38 can pull the warping plate 34 downwards, and moves along the oblique lower side under the limiting action of the guide rod 33 and the limiting groove 35, so that the ejector rod 36 movably connected with the other end moves vertically upwards, and further pushes the movable plate 9 to move upwards continuously to realize discharging again, and the embodiment specifically solves the problems that the closing/opening of the closing plate 5 is inconvenient and the resilience force of the spring 11 is insufficient to continue feeding in the technical scheme of the embodiment 1.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
referring to the attached drawings 1-2 and 5 of the specification, the invention drives the threaded rod 16 to rotate by using the motor 23, so that the sliders 18 at the two ends of the threaded rod 16 move oppositely, the painting device filled with putty is lifted to be in contact with the top of a ceiling, then the knob 6 is opened, the putty in the bin 1 is pushed upwards by the movable plate 9 under the action of the restoring force of the spring 11 and is discharged from the discharge hole 4, and when discharging, a worker only needs to push the push frame 22 below to enable the travelling wheels 20 at the bottom of the bottom plate 13 to roll on the ground, so that the painting device can move along the top of the ceiling by rolling of the rollers 3, and the extruded putty can be uniformly painted under the continuous rolling of the rollers 3 in the moving process;
further, referring to the attached drawings 1-5 of the specification, the linkage mechanism is arranged on one side of the fixing frame 2, so that the roller 3 close to the material box 1 drives the elliptical plate 26 to do circular motion along with the movement of the smearing device attached to the top of the ceiling, the turning plate 25 can be continuously pressed downwards in the process of circular motion of the elliptical plate 26, then the turning plate 25 can rebound and reset under the action of the torsion spring 30, the sealing plate 5 blocks the material outlet 4 again to avoid continuous material discharging, in addition, the pull rope 38 can be wound up by rotating the sleeve 37, the ejector rod 36 vertically moves upwards, and the movable plate 9 is further pushed to continue to move upwards to realize material discharging again.
