Different from the above characteristics, the storage seat 22 includes a seat body and a mounting column 232, the storage column 21 is provided with a through hole 212, the storage cover 23 is provided with a mounting hole 221, one end of the mounting column 232 is connected with the seat body, the other end of the mounting column passes through the through hole 212 to be connected with the mounting hole 221, and the seat body and the mounting column 232 are integrally formed or detachably connected. Preferably, accomodate post 21 with the rotatory cooperation of erection column 232, only need rotate and accomodate post 21 and just can accomodate the winding of strip of making an uproar 1 that falls, convenient and laborsaving. Preferably, the other end of the mounting post 232 is provided with a thread, and is in threaded connection with the mounting hole 221, so that the structure is simple, and the mounting and dismounting are convenient. Generally, the storage cover 23 is a flat cylindrical structure, so that the noise reduction device is conveniently arranged at the bottom of other equipment such as washing equipment, and the flat structure increases the placing stability of the bottom of the equipment. The receptacle 22 has at least a portion of the same flat cylindrical configuration as the receptacle cover 23.
In a specific embodiment, the receiving portion further comprises an elastic element, and the elastic element provides a reverse rotation pulling force for the receiving column 21 when the receiving column 21 rotates. When the noise reduction strip 1 is used, the movable end 12 is pulled to move, the noise reduction strip 1 overcomes the elasticity of the elastic element and is unfolded outside the containing structure 2, the tensioning state is always kept, and the noise reduction effect is not influenced by curling; when the noise reduction strip 1 is used, the pulling of the movable end 12 is cancelled or reduced, the noise reduction strip 1 is automatically wound on the storage column 21 under the elastic action of the elastic element to be stored, manual winding is not needed, and convenience and labor saving are achieved.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the movable end 12 includes a connecting portion 13, the limiting portion 222 is disposed on the receiving seat 22, and the connecting portion 13 cooperates with the limiting portion 222 to maintain the noise reduction bar 1 in a wound state, or cooperates with the limiting portion 222 of another noise reduction device or cooperates with another limiting component to maintain the noise reduction bar 1 in a deployed state. In a winding state, the movable end 12 is fixed outside the containing structure 2 through the connecting part 13, so that the winding state is kept, and the movable end 12 is located at a position convenient to find or stretch; in the unfolding state, the movable end 12 is matched and fixed with the limiting part 222 of other noise reduction devices or matched with other limiting parts through the connecting part 13 to provide pulling force for the noise reduction strip 1, so that the noise reduction strip 1 is kept in the unfolding state under the tensile force action of the movable end 12 and the fixed end 11, and the noise reduction effect cannot be influenced by curling. In a preferred embodiment, the connecting portion 13 includes a main body 131 connected to the movable end 12, and at least one locking fin 132 is disposed on a side portion of the main body 131, and the movable end 12 is fixed by the locking fin 132. Specifically, a clamping groove 133 is formed between the clamping fin 132 and the side portion of the main body 131, the clamping fin 132 holds a fixed component through the clamping groove 133 to fix the movable end 12, and an opening of the clamping groove 133 faces the movable end 12, so that a force opposite to a force currently applied to the movable end 12 is conveniently applied to the movable end 12, and the movable end 12 is better fixed; the distance between the two side walls of the slot 133 gradually decreases toward the direction away from the opening, and the force applied to the movable end 12 increases as the depth of the fixed component accommodated in the slot 133 extending into the slot 133 increases. Preferably, the main body 131 is provided with a locking fin 132 on the inner side and/or the outer side relative to the receiving column 21, so that the noise reduction bar 1 can be conveniently fixed by the locking fin 132.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the receiving seat 22 at least partially protrudes and extends to the outside of the noise reduction bar 1 in the wound state, and the limiting portion 222 is disposed on the protruding and extending portion of the receiving seat 22. Prevent that loose end 12 from retracting and accomodate in the structure 2, whether can't confirm to accomodate the end in rotatory winding all the time, also prevent that loose end 12 from moving all the time and taking in the structure 2 outside and leading to making an uproar strip 1 winding not tight and then scatter. Preferably, the limiting portion 222 includes at least one limiting plate protruding out of the receiving seat 22, and the limiting plate extends into the slot 133 to fix the movable end 12; the limiting plate is integrally formed on the containing seat 22 or detachably arranged on the containing seat 22. Specifically, the limiting portion 222 includes two limiting plates arranged in parallel relatively, the noise reduction bar 1 is clamped between the two limiting plates, a channel for the noise reduction bar 1 to enter and exit the housing structure 2 is formed, and the channel is parallel to a tangent line of the periphery of the noise reduction bar 1 in a winding state. Both having fixed expansion end 12 with connecting portion 13 cooperation, providing the expansion passageway when again for falling the strip 1 state of making an uproar, further strengthened the fixed effect of connecting portion 13 and limiting plate, still injectd the strip 1 of making an uproar and left the direction when accomodating structure 2. Preferably, the edges of the limiting plate are in smooth transition, so that the sharp edges are prevented from damaging the noise reduction strips 1, and the friction force of the noise reduction strips 1 is reduced. Preferably, the limiting plate is parallel to a tangent of the periphery of the noise reduction bar 1 in the winding state. The direction that structure 2 was accomodate in the business turn over of strip 1 of making an uproar will fall is injectd, reaches the minimum frictional force of strip 1 of making an uproar, conveniently to the taking in and the expansion of strip 1 of making an uproar.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, a bottom view of a washing apparatus is shown to show the bottom part 3 of the washing apparatus, including the above described noise reducing device. The washing equipment can be washing machines, dishwashers and other washing equipment, particularly drum washing machines, and the noise reduction device is generally arranged at the bottom of the washing equipment. The noise reduction device can be arranged at the bottom 3 and the bottom plate of the washing equipment for noise reduction, or arranged at the side part of the washing equipment for noise reduction and the wall or other adjacent washing equipment.
The one end of falling the strip of making an uproar 1 with it connects to accomodate structure 2 and is stiff end 11, and the mobilizable setting of the other end is in it is outside for expansion end 12 to accomodate structure 2. The accommodating structure 2 comprises an accommodating column 21, the fixed end 11 is connected with the accommodating column 21, and the movable end 12 rotates around the accommodating column 21 for accommodating. The receiving structure 2 further comprises a receiving seat 22 and a receiving cover 23 which are arranged in parallel, the receiving column 21 is clamped between the receiving seat 22 and the receiving cover 23, and the axial direction of the receiving column 21 is perpendicular to the receiving seat 22. The storage cover 23 comprises a cover body 231 and a mounting column 232, a through hole 212 is formed in the storage column 21, a mounting hole 221 is formed in the storage seat 22, one end of the mounting column 232 is connected with the cover body 231, and the other end of the mounting column passes through the through hole 212 to be connected with the mounting hole 221. The movable end 12 comprises a connecting part 13 for connecting and fixing the movable end 12 to keep the noise reduction strip 1 in a winding state or an unfolding state. The connecting portion 13 includes a main body 131 connected to the movable end 12, and at least one locking fin 132 is disposed on a side portion of the main body 131. The storage seat 22 at least partially protrudes and extends to the outside of the noise reduction strip 1 in the winding state, and a limiting portion 222 which is matched with the clamping fin 132 and fixes the movable end 12 is arranged on the protruding and extending storage seat 22. Preferably, the movable end 12 is fixed on the limit plate of the adjacent noise reduction device by a clamping fin 132.
In a specific embodiment, the bottom 3 of the washing equipment is provided with at least one group of noise reduction devices and at least two supporting portions protruding from the bottom, when the noise reduction strip 1 of the noise reduction device is unfolded, the movable end 12 of the noise reduction strip 1 sequentially passes through the at least two supporting portions and then is fixed on the limiting portion 222 of the noise reduction device, so as to form a closed loop of the noise reduction strip 1; the noise reduction effect is good. The supporting part can be a cylindrical structure protruding out of the bottom 3 of the washing device, or a rectangular cylindrical structure with smooth transition edges, or a polygonal cylindrical structure with smooth transition edges. Preferably, the noise reducing means are arranged at one corner of the bottom of the washing apparatus and the support is arranged at the other corner of the bottom 3 of the washing apparatus. The noise reduction strip 1 forms a closed loop of the noise reduction strip 1 along the edge of the bottom 3 of the washing equipment, and the noise reduction effect is better. Preferably, the bottom 3 of the washing device includes a set of noise reduction devices disposed at one corner thereof, and further includes three support portions disposed at the other three corners thereof, and the movable end 12 passes through the three support portions in sequence and then is fixed on the limiting portion 222 of the noise reduction device. A quadrilateral closed loop is formed, and the noise reduction strips 1 are arranged on each edge of the bottom of the washing equipment, so that the noise reduction effect is good. Preferably, the movable end 12 is fixed to the position limiting plate by a clamping fin 132. The movable end 12 is drawn out from the space defined between the two limit plates, passes through the three support parts and is fixed on the limit part 222 of the noise reduction device, and a loop of the noise reduction strip 1 is formed.
In a specific embodiment, the bottom 3 of the washing equipment is provided with at least two groups of noise reduction devices and at least one supporting portion protruding out of the bottom, when the noise reduction strip 1 of the noise reduction device is unfolded, the movable end 12 of the noise reduction strip 1 is sequentially fixed on the limiting portion 222 of the adjacent noise reduction device to form a closed loop of the noise reduction strip 1, and at least one group of noise reduction strip 1 firstly passes through the supporting portion adjacent to the noise reduction strip and then is fixed on the adjacent noise reduction device. The supporting part can be a cylindrical structure protruding out of the bottom 3 of the washing device, or a rectangular cylindrical structure with smooth transition edges, or a polygonal cylindrical structure with smooth transition edges. In a preferred embodiment, the bottom 3 of the washing apparatus includes two sets of noise reduction devices and two supporting portions, the noise reduction devices are diagonally disposed at two corners of the bottom 3 of the washing apparatus, the supporting portions are diagonally disposed at the other two corners, and each noise reduction strip 1 passes through one supporting portion and then is fixed on the limiting portion 222 of an adjacent noise reduction device. In another preferred embodiment, the bottom 3 of the washing device includes two sets of noise reduction devices and two supporting portions, the noise reduction devices are disposed at two adjacent corners of the bottom 3 of the washing device, the supporting portions are disposed at the other two corners, and one set of noise reduction strips 1 sequentially passes through the two supporting portions and then is fixed on the limiting portion 222 of the other set of noise reduction devices. A quadrilateral closed loop is formed, and the noise reduction strips 1 are arranged on each edge of the bottom of the washing equipment, so that the noise reduction effect is good. Preferably, the movable end 12 is fixed on the limit plate of the adjacent noise reduction device by a clamping fin 132.
In one embodiment, at least three groups of noise reduction devices are arranged at the bottom 3 of the washing equipment, when the noise reduction strip 1 of the noise reduction device is unfolded, the movable end 12 of the noise reduction strip 1 is sequentially fixed on the limiting part 222 of the adjacent noise reduction device to form a closed loop of the noise reduction strip 1, and the noise reduction effect is good. Preferably, the bottom 3 of the washing device includes three sets of noise reduction devices disposed at three corners of the bottom and a support portion disposed at the other corner, and the noise reduction strips 1 of one set of noise reduction devices pass through the support portion and then are fixed on the limiting portion 222 of the adjacent noise reduction device. A quadrilateral closed loop is formed, and the noise reduction strips 1 are arranged on four edges, so that the noise reduction effect is good. Preferably, the movable end 12 is fixed on the limit plate of the adjacent noise reduction device by a clamping fin 132.
In one embodiment, at least four noise reduction devices are arranged at the bottom 3 of the washing equipment, when the noise reduction strips 1 of the noise reduction devices are unfolded, the movable ends 12 of the noise reduction strips 1 are sequentially fixed on the limiting parts 222 of the adjacent noise reduction devices to form a closed loop of the noise reduction strips 1, and the noise reduction effect is good. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the bottom 3 of the washing apparatus comprises four sets of noise reducing means arranged at the four corners of its bottom. A quadrilateral closed loop is formed, and the noise reduction strips 1 are arranged on each edge of the bottom of the washing equipment, so that the noise reduction effect is good. Preferably, the movable end 12 is fixed on the limit plate of the adjacent noise reduction device by a clamping fin 132.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, four sets of noise reduction devices are arranged at the bottom of the washing equipment, and are respectively arranged at four corners of the bottom of the washing equipment. The noise reduction strip 1 is unfolded at the edge of the bottom of the washing equipment, so that the noise reduction effect is better.
The noise reduction device comprises two states, wherein in the winding state, the containing columns 21 rotate, the noise reduction strips 1 are wound on the respective containing columns 21, the movable ends 12 of the noise reduction strips 1 are fixedly connected with the limiting portions 222 of the noise reduction device through the connecting portions 13, and the noise reduction strips 1 are kept in the winding state. In the expansion state, the strip of making an uproar 1 falls of device of making an uproar expandes outside taking in structure 2 under the drive of expansion end 12 to carry out fixed connection through connecting portion 13, form the return circuit that the strip of making an uproar 1 constitutes of making an uproar, the noise reduction effect is good.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the present invention in any way, and although the present invention has been disclosed by the preferred embodiment, it is not intended to limit the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make further combinations or substitutions of the above embodiments without departing from the scope of the present invention, and any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiments according to the technical spirit of the present invention still fall within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A noise reducing device, comprising:
noise reduction strips;
the accommodating structure is used for accommodating the noise reduction strips;
the noise reduction strip is unfolded outside the accommodating structure when in use, and the accommodating structure is connected with at least one end of the noise reduction strip.
2. The noise reducer according to claim 1, wherein the receiving structure comprises a receiving portion and a limiting portion, one end of the noise reduction bar is connected with the receiving portion, and the other end of the noise reduction bar is detachably connected with the limiting portion.
3. The noise reduction device according to claim 2, wherein the receiving portion comprises a receiving column, one end of the noise reduction bar connected to the receiving column is a fixed end, the other end of the noise reduction bar is a movable end, and the movable end is rotatably received around the receiving column;
preferably, the receiving column is of a cylindrical structure;
preferably, the periphery of the receiving column is provided with a convex part protruding to the outside of the periphery, and the fixed end is connected with the convex part;
preferably, the height of the protruding part protruding from the periphery of the receiving column is less than or equal to the thickness of the noise reduction strip;
preferably, the outer surface of the protruding part is an arc-shaped surface coaxial with the periphery of the receiving column;
preferably, the edges of the projections are rounded off.
4. The noise reduction device according to claim 3, wherein the receiving portion further comprises a receiving seat and a receiving cover arranged in parallel with each other, the receiving column is sandwiched between the receiving seat and the receiving cover, and an axial direction of the receiving column is perpendicular to the receiving seat;
preferably, the receiving column is rotatably clamped between the receiving seat and the receiving cover;
preferably, the area of the housing seat and the housing cover extending to the outer part of the periphery of the housing column is at least half of the area of the noise reduction bar extending to the outer part of the periphery of the housing column after being housed;
preferably, the accommodating cover comprises a cover body and an installation column, a through hole is formed in the accommodating column, an installation hole is formed in the accommodating seat, one end of the installation column is connected with the cover body, and the other end of the installation column penetrates through the through hole to be connected with the installation hole;
preferably, the receiving post is rotationally engaged with the mounting post.
5. The noise reducer according to claim 4, wherein the movable end includes a connecting portion, the limiting portion is disposed on the receiving seat, and the connecting portion cooperates with the limiting portion to maintain the noise reduction strip in a wound state, or cooperates with limiting portions of other noise reducers or cooperates with other limiting components to maintain the noise reduction strip in a deployed state;
preferably, the connecting part comprises a main body connected with the movable end, and the side part of the main body is provided with at least one clamping fin;
preferably, a clamping groove is formed between the clamping fin and the side part of the main body, and the opening of the clamping groove faces the movable end;
preferably, the distance between the two side walls of the clamping groove is gradually reduced towards the direction far away from the opening;
preferably, at least part of the receiving seat protrudes and extends to the outside of the noise reduction bar in a winding state, and the limiting part is arranged on the protruding and extending part of the receiving seat;
preferably, the limiting part comprises at least one limiting plate protruding out of the accommodating seat, and the limiting plate extends into the clamping groove to fix the movable end.
6. A washing apparatus, characterized in that it comprises a noise reducing device according to any of claims 1-5.
7. The washing equipment as claimed in claim 6, wherein the bottom of the washing equipment is provided with at least one group of noise reduction devices and at least two supporting parts protruding from the bottom, when the noise reduction strips of the noise reduction devices are unfolded, the movable ends of the noise reduction strips are fixed on the limiting parts of the noise reduction devices after passing through the at least two supporting parts in sequence, so as to form a closed loop of the noise reduction strips;
preferably, the noise reduction device is arranged on one corner of the bottom of the washing equipment, and the support part is arranged on the other corner of the bottom of the washing equipment;
preferably, the bottom of the washing equipment comprises a group of noise reduction devices arranged at one corner of the washing equipment and three supporting parts arranged at the other three corners of the washing equipment, and the movable end sequentially passes through the three supporting parts and then is fixed on the limiting part of the noise reduction device to form a quadrilateral closed loop;
preferably, the movable end is fixed on the limiting plate through a clamping fin.
8. The washing equipment as claimed in claim 6, wherein the bottom of the washing equipment is provided with at least two sets of noise reduction devices and at least one supporting portion protruding from the bottom, when the noise reduction strips of the noise reduction devices are unfolded, the movable ends of the noise reduction strips are sequentially fixed on the limiting portions of the adjacent noise reduction devices to form a closed loop of the noise reduction strips, and at least one set of noise reduction strips passes through the supporting portion adjacent to the noise reduction strips and then is fixed on the adjacent noise reduction devices;
preferably, the bottom of the washing equipment comprises two groups of noise reduction devices and two supporting parts, the noise reduction devices are diagonally arranged on two corners of the bottom of the washing equipment, the supporting parts are diagonally arranged on the other two corners, and each noise reduction strip passes through one supporting part and then is fixed on a limiting part of an adjacent noise reduction device;
preferably, the bottom of the washing equipment comprises two groups of noise reduction devices and two supporting parts, the noise reduction devices are arranged on two adjacent corners of the bottom of the washing equipment, the supporting parts are arranged on the other two corners, and one group of noise reduction strips sequentially pass through the two supporting parts and then are fixed on the limiting part of the other group of noise reduction devices;
preferably, the movable end is fixed on the limiting plate of the adjacent noise reduction device through a clamping fin.
9. The washing equipment as claimed in claim 6, wherein at least three groups of noise reduction devices are arranged at the bottom of the washing equipment, and when the noise reduction strips of the noise reduction devices are unfolded, the movable ends of the noise reduction strips are sequentially fixed on the limiting parts of the adjacent noise reduction devices to form a closed loop of the noise reduction strips;
preferably, the bottom of the washing equipment comprises three groups of noise reduction devices arranged on three corners of the bottom of the washing equipment and a supporting part arranged on the other corner, and noise reduction strips of one group of noise reduction devices pass through the supporting part and then are fixed on the limiting parts of the adjacent noise reduction devices;
preferably, the movable end is fixed on the limiting plate of the adjacent noise reduction device through a clamping fin.
10. The washing equipment as claimed in claim 6, wherein at least four groups of noise reduction devices are arranged at the bottom of the washing equipment, and when the noise reduction strips of the noise reduction devices are unfolded, the movable ends of the noise reduction strips are sequentially fixed on the limiting parts of the adjacent noise reduction devices to form a closed loop of the noise reduction strips;
preferably, the bottom of the washing equipment comprises four groups of noise reduction devices arranged at four corners of the bottom of the washing equipment;
preferably, the movable end is fixed on the limiting plate of the adjacent noise reduction device through a clamping fin.
