The apparatus for water space batch quenching according to claim 1, wherein the shutter mechanism (5) comprises: the hydraulic lifting device comprises a supporting base (51), an electric hydraulic push rod (52), a lifting short-chain (53), a gate plate supporting structure (54) and a gate plate (55);
the electric hydraulic push rod (52) is fixedly connected with the quenching tank body (3) through a supporting base (51);
the gate plate (55) is connected with the electric hydraulic push rod (52) through the hoisting short-link chain (53); the lower water passage (7) is provided with a gate plate cavity with an opening at the upper end, the supporting structure (54) is positioned in the gate plate cavity, and when the gate plate (55) descends to the middle of the gate plate time, the supporting structure (54) props against one side of the gate plate (55) to block the lower water passage (7).

5. The water space intermittent quenching equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein two sets of said peripheral water pipe systems (2) are provided on both sides of the outer water pool (1) and the quenching tank body (3), respectively.
6. A water space batch quenching method for quenching treatment of a mine wear-resistant steel ball, which is characterized in that the water space batch quenching equipment of any one of claims 1 to 5 is adopted for quenching, and the method comprises the following steps:
step one, when water-cooling heat treatment is carried out on the wear-resistant steel ball of the mine, controlling the gate mechanism (5) to close the lower water passage (7), starting the centrifugal pump in the peripheral water pipe system (2) to rapidly pump water from the outer water pool (1) into the quenching tank body (3), and closing the centrifugal pump in the peripheral water pipe system (2) and closing the water stop valve when the water level reaches the bottom of the upper water passage (6);
secondly, controlling the upper hydraulic cylinder (45) to extend, so that the quenching workpiece frame (48) is lowered below the liquid level in the quenching tank body (3);
step three, controlling the lower hydraulic cylinder (46) to extend and shorten, and driving the quenching workpiece frame (48) to swing up and down around the supporting device (47), so that steel balls in the quenching workpiece frame (48) are fully quenched;
fourthly, controlling the gate mechanism (5) to open the lower water passage (7), enabling water in the quenching tank body (3) to rapidly flow into the outer water pool (1) from the lower water passage (7), and completely exposing the steel balls in the quenching workpiece frame (48) in the air for air cooling heat treatment;
and repeating the first step to the fourth step, and carrying out water-air alternative heat treatment on the steel ball.
