Abstract
The invention relates to a POV polymer, a POV cross-linking composition and a sealant with water resistance, low temperature resistance and excellent conductivity. Comprises the following steps: (a) acrylic acid, (b) methacrylic acid, (c) acrylamide, (d) maleic anhydride and (e) castor oil, wherein the acrylic acid accounts for 10-20 wt%, the methacrylic acid accounts for 60-80 wt%, the acrylamide accounts for 15 wt% or less, the maleic anhydride accounts for 10-30 wt%, and the castor oil accounts for 0.5-5 wt%.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a POV polymer, a POV cross-linking composition and a sealant with water resistance, low temperature resistance and excellent conductivity.
Background
The acrylic sealant is a new product of the adhesive, and is mainly characterized in that: the raw materials are easy to obtain, the process is simple, the storage period is long, the use is convenient, the bonding is firm, the fluidity is good in a wide range, the weather resistance is good during curing, and the sealant is used for filling and sealing metal or plastic. However, the existing acrylic sealant has poor low temperature resistance, poor hydrolysis resistance and poor electrical insulation.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the background art, the invention aims to provide a POV polymer, a POV crosslinking composition and a sealant which have water resistance, low temperature resistance and excellent conductive performance.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a POV polymer comprising: (a) acrylic acid, (b) methacrylic acid, (c) acrylamide, (d) maleic anhydride and (e) castor oil,
(a) 10 to 20% by weight of acrylic acid,
(b) 60 to 80% by weight of methacrylic acid,
(c) the content of acrylamide is less than 15 wt%,
(d) 10 to 30% by weight of maleic anhydride,
(e) the content of castor oil is 0.5-5 wt%.
A POV crosslinking composition according to claim 1, further comprising a crosslinking site monomer in an amount of 0.5 to 5% by weight.
Preferably, the crosslinking point monomer is a crosslinking point monomer having at least 1 of a carboxyl group, an active chlorine group and an epoxy group.
Preferably, a cross-linking agent is also included.
Preferably, the crosslinking agent is a polyamine compound or a triazine thiol derivative.
A sealant formed from the POV crosslinking composition of claim 2 comprising: (a) acrylic acid, (b) methacrylic acid, (c) acrylamide, (d) maleic anhydride and (e) castor oil,
(a) 10 to 18% by weight of acrylic acid,
(b) 60 to 65% by weight of methacrylic acid,
(c) the amount of acrylamide is 5 wt% or less,
(d) 11 to 24 wt% of maleic anhydride,
(e) the content of castor oil is 1 to 3% by weight.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, methacrylic acid, acrylamide, maleic anhydride and castor oil are added into acrylic acid, so that the polymer has better low temperature resistance, water decomposition resistance and excellent insulating resistance.

The invention provides a POV polymer, a POV cross-linking composition and a sealant which have water resistance, low temperature resistance and excellent conductivity.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a POV polymer comprising: (a) acrylic acid, (b) methacrylic acid, (c) acrylamide, (d) maleic anhydride and (e) castor oil,
(a) 10 to 20% by weight of acrylic acid,
(b) 60 to 80% by weight of methacrylic acid,
(c) the content of acrylamide is less than 15 wt%,
(d) 10 to 30% by weight of maleic anhydride,
(e) the content of castor oil is 0.5-5 wt%.
A POV crosslinking composition according to claim 1, further comprising a crosslinking site monomer in an amount of 0.5 to 5% by weight.
The crosslinking point monomer is a crosslinking point monomer having at least 1 of a carboxyl group, an active chlorine group and an epoxy group.
Also comprises a cross-linking agent.
The cross-linking agent is a polyamine compound or a triazine thiol derivative.
A sealant formed from the POV crosslinking composition of claim 2 comprising: (a) acrylic acid, (b) methacrylic acid, (c) acrylamide, (d) maleic anhydride and (e) castor oil,
(a) 10 to 18% by weight of acrylic acid,
(b) 60 to 65% by weight of methacrylic acid,
(c) the amount of acrylamide is 5 wt% or less,
(d) 11 to 24 wt% of maleic anhydride,
(e) the content of castor oil is 1 to 3% by weight.
The invention is further illustrated by the following three sets of examples:
the first embodiment is as follows:
a sealant formed from a POV crosslinking composition comprising: (a) acrylic acid, (b) methacrylic acid, (c) acrylamide, (d) maleic anhydride and (e) castor oil,
(a) acrylic acid was 18% by weight,
(b) the methacrylic acid was 60% by weight,
(c) the amount of acrylamide was 3% by weight,
(d) the amount of maleic anhydride was 18% by weight,
(e) castor oil was 1 wt%.
Example two:
a sealant formed from a POV crosslinking composition comprising: (a) acrylic acid, (b) methacrylic acid, (c) acrylamide, (d) maleic anhydride and (e) castor oil,
(a) acrylic acid was present in an amount of 15% by weight,
(b) the methacrylic acid was 63% by weight,
(c) the amount of acrylamide was 4% by weight,
(d) the amount of maleic anhydride was 16% by weight,
(e) castor oil was 2 wt%.
Example three:
a sealant formed from a POV crosslinking composition comprising: (a) acrylic acid, (b) methacrylic acid, (c) acrylamide, (d) maleic anhydride and (e) castor oil,
(a) acrylic acid was present in an amount of 10% by weight,
(b) the methacrylic acid was 65% by weight,
(c) the amount of acrylamide was 4% by weight,
(d) the weight percentage of maleic anhydride was 17%,
(e) castor oil was 3 wt%.
The skilled person should understand that: although the invention has been described in terms of the above specific embodiments, the inventive concept is not limited thereto and any modification applying the inventive concept is intended to be included within the scope of the patent claims.
Claims (6)
1. A POV polymer comprising: (a) acrylic acid, (b) methacrylic acid, (c) acrylamide, (d) maleic anhydride and (e) castor oil,
(a) 10 to 20% by weight of acrylic acid,
(b) 60 to 80% by weight of methacrylic acid,
(c) the content of acrylamide is less than 15 wt%,
(d) 10 to 30% by weight of maleic anhydride,
(e) the content of castor oil is 0.5-5 wt%.
2. A POV crosslinked composition according to claim 1, further comprising a crosslinking site monomer, wherein the crosslinking site monomer is 0.5 to 5% by weight.
3. A POV crosslinking composition according to claim 2, wherein: the crosslinking point monomer is a crosslinking point monomer having at least 1 of a carboxyl group, an active chlorine group and an epoxy group.
4. A POV crosslinking composition according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that: also comprises a cross-linking agent.
5. The POV crosslinking composition of claim 4, wherein the crosslinking agent is a polyamine compound or a triazine thiol derivative.
6. A sealant formed from the POV crosslinking composition of claim 2 comprising: (a) acrylic acid, (b) methacrylic acid, (c) acrylamide, (d) maleic anhydride and (e) castor oil,
(a) 10 to 18% by weight of acrylic acid,
(b) 60 to 65% by weight of methacrylic acid,
(c) the amount of acrylamide is 5 wt% or less,
(d) 11 to 24 wt% of maleic anhydride,
(e) the content of castor oil is 1 to 3% by weight.
