Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a drug adding system provided by the present invention; the system comprises a medicine storage box 1, a circulating pipeline 2, a medicine adding pipeline 3 and the like, wherein a cavity is formed in the medicine storage box 1 and used for storing medicines to be added, and a medicine adding pump is arranged at the position of the medicine storage box 1 and used for pumping out the stored medicines; the circulating pipeline 2 is connected with the medicine storage boxes 1 end to end respectively, the medicines in the medicine storage boxes 1 are pumped into the circulating pipeline 2 to flow through the medicine feeding pump, and the medicine feeding pump provides flowing power for the medicines in the circulating pipeline 2; as shown in fig. 1, the medicine adding pump is provided on the left side of the medicine box, and the medicines in the medicine box 1 flow out in the direction indicated by the arrow, circulate one cycle, and then flow back into the medicine box 1 again.
The dosing pipeline 3 is connected to the circulating pipeline 2, a plurality of dosing pipelines 3 can be arranged on the circulating pipeline 2 side by side, a dosing valve 31 for controlling on-off is arranged on the dosing pipeline 3, the on-off of the dosing pipeline 3 is controlled through the dosing valve 31, when the dosing valve 31 is opened, the chemicals in the circulating pipeline 2 can be discharged outwards, and the chemicals are discharged through the dosing pipeline 3; the medicine feeding pipeline 3 is butted with a medicine bottle or a medicine bag which needs to be injected with medicine. The system enables the medicine to circularly flow by arranging the circulating pipeline 2, the pressure at each position in the circulating pipeline 2 is always kept uniform, the overlarge pressure difference in the medicine adding pipelines 3 is avoided, and the medicine adding process is more stable; each dosing point is accurately added, manual inspection is not needed, only inspection is needed, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced. The whole adding system is simple and reliable, easy to maintain and high in controllability.
On the basis of the scheme, the medicament adding system is provided with a filter in front of a dosing pump, a filter is arranged in front of a dosing valve 31, and a filter is arranged at the return end of a circulating pipeline 2; the filter before the dosing pump can perform primary filtration before the medicament enters the circulating pipeline 2 from the medicament storage box 1, so that the possible residue in the circulating pipeline 2 is reduced; the filter in front of the dosing valve 31 can be a T-shaped filter, and the filtering is performed before the medicament enters the medicament bottle, so that the filled medicament is prevented from containing impurities; the filter at the return end of the circulating pipeline 2 filters impurities before the medicament returns to the medicament storage box 1; impurities in the medicament are fully filtered through triple filtration, and filter elements or filter screens of all the filters are replaced regularly.
Preferably, a flow meter 32 is arranged on the dosing pipeline 3, the control system controls the dosing valve 31 to be closed according to a detection signal of the flow meter 32, the dosing valve 31 can adopt an electromagnetic valve, the flow meter starts to detect when the dosing valve 31 is opened, and the dosing valve 31 is closed by the control system when the flow meter detects that the amount of the flowing medicament reaches the filling amount, so that one-time filling is completed.
On the basis of any one of the above technical solutions and the combination thereof, the medicament adding system of the present invention further includes a medicament preparation tank 4 for preparing the medicament, as shown in fig. 2, which is a schematic structural diagram of the medicament adding system including the medicament preparation tank; the drug preparation pool 4 is connected with the drug storage box 1 through a pharmaceutical pipeline 5, the processed drugs in the drug preparation pool 4 flow into the drug storage box 1 through the pharmaceutical pipeline 5, and the drug preparation pool 4 conveys the drugs to the drug storage box 1 through opening and closing of a valve on the pharmaceutical pipeline 5, so that the drug storage box 1 is ensured to contain enough drugs all the time; the valves on the pharmaceutical lines 5 are preferably solenoid valves, which are controlled to open and close by a control system.
Preferably, a liquid level detector is arranged in the medicine storage box 1, and the control system controls the opening and closing of a valve on the pharmaceutical pipeline 5 according to the liquid level detector; when the liquid level in the medicine storage box 1 is reduced to reach the adding liquid level, the control system opens a valve on the medicine preparing pipeline 5, and the medicine is added into the medicine storage box 1 from the medicine preparing pool 4; when the liquid level in the medicine storage box 1 rises to reach the stop liquid level, the control system closes the valve on the medicine pipeline 5 to stop sending the medicine into the medicine storage box 1.
Preferably, a filter is arranged at the inlet end of the medicine preparation pipeline 5, and the medicine is filtered once before flowing into the medicine preparation pipeline 5 from the medicine preparation tank 4, so that large medicine residues are filtered; the whole system effectively reduces the probability of blockage through quadruple filtration.
Furthermore, a pressure detector is arranged on the circulating pipeline 2, and the control system controls the frequency of the dosing pump according to the detection value of the pressure detector; the higher the frequency of the dosing pump is, the larger the dose of the medicament pumped to the circulating pipeline 2 is, and the higher the pressure in the circulating pipeline 2 is; therefore, when the pressure in the circulating pipeline 2 is too high, the working frequency of the dosing pump is reduced, and when the pressure in the circulating pipeline 2 is too low, the working frequency of the dosing pump is increased, so that the pressure in the circulating pipeline 2 is always kept within a set reasonable threshold range.

1. A medicament addition system, comprising:
a medicine storage box (1) for storing a medicine to be added;
the circulating pipelines (2) are connected with the medicine storage boxes (1) end to end respectively, and medicines in the medicine storage boxes (1) are pumped into the circulating pipelines (2) through a medicine feeding pump to flow;
the medicine adding pipeline (3) is connected to the circulating pipeline (2), a medicine adding valve (31) used for controlling on-off is arranged on the medicine adding pipeline (3), and the medicine in the circulating pipeline (2) can be discharged outwards.
2. The drug addition system according to claim 1, wherein a filter is provided before the drug pump, before the drug valve (31) and at the return end of the circulation pipe (2).
