According to the invention, the spraying and humidifying mechanism is additionally arranged on the unwinding mechanism of the base paper, so that the base paper is sprayed and humidified, and static electricity generated in the whole process of slitting and rewinding the base paper is eliminated through the spraying and humidifying, thereby improving the stability of the production process. After the base paper surface is subjected to spray humidification, the base paper surface is softer, so that the interlayer combination among multiple layers of paper sheets is improved, and the combination among multiple layers of base paper is more stable.
The humidifying and spraying mechanism is provided with a plurality of nozzles which are uniformly arranged along the width direction of the base paper surface.
The arrangement distance of the nozzles is 10-20% of the width of the base paper.
The distance between the nozzle and the paper surface of the base paper is 50-150 mm.
The water spraying amount of the humidifying spraying mechanism to the base paper surface is 0.5-5% of the mass of the base paper surface.
The water content of the toilet paper product ranges from 5% to 9%.

The number of the paper rolls and the humidifying spraying mechanisms is the same as the number of layers of toilet paper products.
The paper guiding mechanism comprises a paper guiding roller, and the multiple layers of base paper are adhered into a whole after being extruded by the paper guiding roller.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
