To facilitate the transition of the sheet 10 to be folded from the first conveyor 62 to the second conveyor 93, the conveying surface of the second conveyor 93 is at the same level as or slightly below the conveying surface of the first conveyor 62.
In addition, a positioning component is arranged above the second conveyor belt 93, and the positioning component and the second conveyor belt 93 work together to position the paperboard 10 to be folded entering the conveying mechanism so as to reduce the possibility of displacement of the paperboard 10 to be folded in the conveying process.
The positioning assembly comprises a connecting frame 95 arranged in an n shape, the connecting frame 95 is fixedly mounted on the second rack 91, and the connecting frame 95 is erected above the second conveyor belt 93. In addition, one side of the connecting frame 95 facing the second conveyor belt 93 is fixedly connected with a connecting rod, one end of the connecting rod close to the second conveyor belt 93 is provided with a positioning plate 96, the positioning plate 96 is positioned right above the second conveyor belt 93, the positioning plate 96 is rotatably connected with a plurality of pulleys 97, the plurality of pulleys 97 are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the second conveyor belt 93, and the distance between the bottom of each pulley 97 and the second conveyor belt 93 is equal to the thickness of one paperboard 10 to be folded.
The second rotating motor 94 is started, and the second conveying roller 92 drives the second conveying belt 93 to convey along the conveying direction of the materials. When the paperboard 10 to be folded enters the space between the second conveyor belt 93 and the positioning plate 96 from the first conveyor belt 62, the paperboard 10 to be folded is clamped between the second conveyor belt 93 and the positioning plate 96, so that a certain positioning effect is achieved on the paperboard 10 to be folded; in addition, under the action of friction force, the paper board 10 to be folded moves forward along the conveying direction of the second conveyor belt 93, and because the pulley 97 abuts against the paper board 10 to be folded, the pulley 97 rotates under the action of friction force, which is helpful for the paper board 10 to be folded to move towards the conveying direction of the material.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: placing the paper boards 10 to be folded on the bearing plate 2, limiting the paper boards 10 to be folded through two limiting plates, controlling the lifting cylinder 42 to intermittently drive the bearing plate 2 to ascend by the thickness of the paper boards 10 to be folded through the PLC controller, conveying the paper boards 10 to be folded closest to the feeding assembly to the first conveying belt 62 through the feeding assembly, conveying the paper boards to be folded to the paging assembly through the first conveying belt 62, allowing only one paper board 10 to be folded to pass through the paging assembly, and decelerating the paper boards 10 to be folded through the decelerating assembly, so that the paper boards 10 to be folded are smoothly transited to the second conveying belt 93; after the paperboard 10 to be folded enters the second conveyor belt 93, the paperboard 10 to be folded is clamped between the second conveyor belt 93 and the positioning plate 96 by the second conveyor belt 93 and the positioning plate 96, and a certain positioning effect is achieved on the paperboard 10 to be folded; in addition, under the action of the friction force, the paper board 10 to be folded moves forward along the conveying direction of the second conveyor belt 93, so that the automatic feeding of the folding forming machine is realized, and the production efficiency of the folding forming machine can be improved.

Claims (3)

1. A feed arrangement of a folder characterized in that: the automatic material sorting machine comprises a feeding mechanism, a paging mechanism and a conveying mechanism which are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of materials;
the feeding mechanism comprises a support frame (1), a bearing plate (2) arranged on the support frame (1) and used for bearing a paper board (10) to be folded, a limiting component arranged on the support frame (1) and used for limiting the paper board (10) to be folded, a driving component arranged at the bottom of the support frame (1) and used for driving the bearing plate (2) to intermittently rise by the thickness of the paper board (10) to be folded along the vertical direction, and a feeding component arranged on the support frame (1) and used for conveying the paper board (10) to be folded to the paging mechanism;
the limiting assembly comprises two limiting plates which are oppositely arranged and a power assembly which drives the two limiting plates to mutually approach or depart; the two limiting plates are arranged along the conveying direction of the materials, and the limiting plate close to the paging mechanism is provided with a notch for allowing a paperboard (10) to be folded to enter the paging mechanism;
the power assembly comprises a driving rod (33) rotatably connected with the support frame (1), a sliding seat (34) in threaded connection with the driving rod (33), and a handle (35) arranged at one end, far away from the paging mechanism, of the driving rod (33); the length direction of the driving rod (33) is consistent with the conveying direction of materials, the sliding seat (34) is fixed at the bottom of the limiting plate far away from the paging mechanism, and the supporting frame (1) is provided with a sliding chute (13) for the sliding seat (34) to slide;
the feeding assembly comprises mounting plates (51) arranged on two opposite sides of the support frame (1), a plurality of feeding rollers (52) rotatably arranged between the two mounting plates (51), a transmission assembly arranged at one end of each feeding roller (52), and a motor (54) arranged on one side of each mounting plate (51) and connected with the transmission assembly; wherein the bottommost part of the feeding roller (52) is abutted against the paperboard (10) to be folded close to the feeding roller (52), and the length direction of the feeding roller (52) is vertical to the conveying direction of the materials;
the paging mechanism comprises a first rack (61), a first conveying assembly arranged on the first rack (61), and a paging assembly and a speed reducing assembly which are sequentially arranged on the first rack (61) along the conveying direction of the first conveying assembly; the first conveying assembly comprises first conveying rollers which are rotatably arranged on two opposite sides of the first rack (61) along the conveying direction of materials, a first conveying belt (62) sleeved on the outer peripheral sides of the two first conveying rollers, and a first rotating motor (63) which is arranged on the first rack (61) and drives the first conveying rollers to rotate; the paging assembly comprises a mounting frame (71) which is mounted on the first rack (61) and erected on the first conveyor belt (62), and paging pieces (72) which are detachably arranged on the mounting frame (71) along the conveying direction perpendicular to the materials; wherein the smallest distance of the separating sheet (72) from the first conveyor belt (62) is equal to the thickness of one paperboard (10) to be folded; the speed reducing assembly comprises a speed reducing motor (81) arranged on the first rack (61), a fixed shaft (82) fixedly connected with an output shaft of the speed reducing motor (81), and a speed reducing roller (83) arranged at one end, far away from the speed reducing motor (81), of the fixed shaft (82); the linear speed direction of a point, closest to the first conveyor belt (62), of the speed reduction roller (83) is opposite to the conveying direction of the first conveyor belt (62), and the bottom of the speed reduction roller (83) is abutted against the paperboard (10) to be folded on the first conveyor belt (62);
the conveying mechanism comprises a second rack (91) and a second conveying assembly arranged on the second rack (91); a positioning assembly for positioning the paperboard (10) to be folded is arranged above the second conveying assembly, and comprises a connecting frame (95) which is arranged on the second rack (91) and erected on the second conveying belt (93), a connecting rod fixedly connected with the connecting frame (95), a positioning plate (96) which is fixed on the connecting rod and arranged in parallel with the second conveying belt (93), and a plurality of pulleys (97) which are rotatably connected with the positioning plate (96) and are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the second conveying belt (93); the distance between the bottom of the pulley (97) and the second conveyor belt (93) is equal to the thickness of one paperboard (10) to be folded.

The feeder of a folder as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the driving assembly comprises a supporting seat (41) arranged below the supporting frame (1) and a driving piece arranged on the supporting seat (41) and used for driving the bearing plate (2) to ascend or descend; wherein the driving member is controlled by a PLC controller.

The feeder of a folder as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the second conveying assembly comprises second conveying rollers (92) which are rotatably arranged on two opposite sides of the second rack (91) along the conveying direction of the materials, a second conveying belt (93) sleeved on the outer peripheral sides of the two second conveying rollers (92), and a second rotating motor (94) which is arranged on the second rack (91) and drives the second conveying rollers (92) to rotate; wherein the second conveyor belt (93) is provided with a plurality of strips at intervals along the length direction of the second conveyor roller (92).
