Abstract
A packing box for an aviation integrated bearing and a bearing packing method aim to solve the problems that the existing bearing outer package adopts corrugated paper box packing, and the inner package adopts polyethylene vacuum plastic package packing. The shape matching performance of the inner and outer packing and the integrated structure bearing is poor, air leakage is easily generated due to vibration during the transportation of the packing, the bearing is damaged by collision, and the corrosion resistance and the moisture resistance are poor. The invention relates to a packaging box for an aviation integrated bearing, which comprises an outer packaging box and two symmetrical inner containers; the two inner containers are buckled together to form an upper cavity and a lower cavity, the two inner containers are arranged in the outer packing box, the packing cover is arranged above the cavities at the upper parts of the two inner containers, the cavities at the lower parts of the two inner containers are matched with the shape of the inner ring of the bearing, and the outer ring and the retainer can be embedded into the cavities of the inner containers from top to bottom due to the shape of the upper cavity. The invention is suitable for packaging aviation bearings.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a packing box, in particular to a bearing packing box and a bearing packing method.
Background
The existing bearing outer package adopts corrugated paper box package, and the inner package adopts polyethylene vacuum plastic package. The shape matching performance of the inner and outer packing and the integrated structure bearing is poor, the packing is easy to generate air leakage due to vibration in transportation, the bearing is damaged by collision, and the corrosion resistance and the moisture resistance are poor.

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a packing box for an aviation integrated bearing and a bearing packing method.

the first scheme is as follows: a packing box for an aviation integrated bearing comprises an outer packing box and two symmetrical inner containers;
the two inner containers are buckled together to form an upper cavity and a lower cavity, the two inner containers are arranged in the outer packing box, a packing cover is arranged above the cavities at the upper parts of the two inner containers,
the shapes of the cavities at the lower parts of the two inner containers are matched with the shapes of the inner rings of the bearings, and the shapes of the cavities at the upper parts can ensure that the outer rings and the retainer are embedded into the cavities of the inner containers from top to bottom;
the side wall of the upper cavity has a shoulder.
Scheme II: a bearing packaging method comprises the following steps:
firstly, coating oil on an outer ring, an inner ring, a retainer and a rolling body of a bearing, and respectively putting the oil into a vacuum sealing bag for vacuum sealing;
Placing the inner ring into the cavity at the lower parts of the two inner containers, placing a cylindrical filler in the middle of the inner ring, and fastening and fixing the two inner containers;
placing the retainer into the cavities at the upper parts of the two inner containers, placing the rolling bodies into the retainer, and isolating the side walls of the two inner containers, the retainer and the rolling bodies by using bubble films;
and fourthly, placing an outer ring in the cavity at the upper parts of the two inner containers, placing a cylindrical filler in the middle of the outer ring, covering the packaging cover, placing the two inner containers in an outer packaging box, and buckling the cover of the outer packaging box.
Furthermore, the cylindrical filler is made of polyethylene foam molding.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. bubble films are filled among the outer ring, the retainer and the rolling bodies of the bearing, and cylindrical fillers are put into the inner ring and the outer ring to play roles of isolation and buffering.
2. The invention is convenient to carry, open, disassemble, use and store, and is beneficial to waste treatment.
3. The bearing adopts the method of disconnect-type individual package, and bearing ring is wrapped up in the parcel after the inner packing plastic envelope and is compacted, and buffer material makes the mould shape, and the cushioning effect who plays is strong, and packaging structure is novel, and the practicality is strong, whole packaging scheme elegant appearance.

the shapes of the cavities at the lower parts of the two inner containers 2 are matched with the shapes of the inner rings 4 of the bearings, and the shapes of the cavities at the upper parts enable the outer ring 5 and the retainer 6 to be embedded into the cavities of the inner containers 2 from top to bottom;
the side wall of the upper cavity has a shoulder 2-1.

thirdly, placing the retainer 6 into the cavity at the upper part of the two inner containers 2, placing the rolling bodies 7 into the retainer 6, and simultaneously isolating the side walls of the two inner containers 2, the retainer 6 and the rolling bodies 7 by using bubble films;
fourthly, an outer ring 5 is placed in the cavity at the upper parts of the two inner containers 2, a cylindrical filler 8 is placed in the middle of the outer ring 5, the packaging cover 3 is covered, the two inner containers 2 are placed in the outer packaging box, and the cover of the outer packaging box 1 is buckled.
