Abstract
The invention discloses an easy-to-disassemble bridle, which comprises: a flexible belt main portion; the belt clamping part is connected with the top end of the belt main part, and the belt main part is connected with the belt clamping part through a transition part; the transition part is provided with an easy-tearing part which can destructively break the main belt part and the belt clamping part. According to the invention, the easily-torn part is arranged between the belt main part and the belt clamping part, so that the belt can be conveniently and quickly broken even without tools, and the usability and convenience of the belt are obviously improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of bridles, in particular to an easy-to-disassemble bridle.

In the field of strapping bands, it is known to use strapping bands of different construction for quick, simple and reliable strapping of cables, pipes, tubes and the like. a flexible belt main portion; and

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. Further, the bottom end of the tear segment 162 is integrally connected to the top end of the main band portion 11, and the tear opening 17 is integrally formed in the top end of the tear segment 162 by a sheet to form a frangible portion 163.
Referring to fig. 2, a specific structure of the easy-tear opening 17 is shown in detail, and specifically, the easy-tear opening 17 includes:
a break relief portion 172 connected to the breakable portion 163; and

Specifically, the locking portion 13 is provided with an accommodating passage 131 penetrating through both front and rear sides of the belt engaging portion 12, the accommodating passage 131 has an insertion opening 131a and a through opening 131B provided in this order along the sliding direction (arrow B direction) of the belt main portion 11, the belt main portion 11 is inserted into the accommodating passage 131 through the insertion opening 131a from the trailing end thereof and passes out through the through opening 131B, and a plurality of engaging teeth 112 arranged along the length direction thereof are formed on the front side and/or the rear side of the belt main portion 11.
In use, the latch tooth 112 is configured to allow the belt main portion 11 to move in a direction from the insertion opening 131a toward the through-outlet 131b, but not to allow the belt main portion 11 to move in a direction from the through-outlet 131b toward the insertion opening 131 a.
In one embodiment, the longitudinal cross section of the latch tooth 112 has an oblique triangle shape, the longitudinal cross section of the latch tooth 112 has an exposed oblique side 112a and a bottom side 112b, the bottom side 112b is substantially perpendicular to the front side or the rear side of the belt main portion 11, the oblique side 112a and the bottom side 112b are at the exposed end of the bottom side 112b, and the oblique side 112a is inclined from the exposed end of the bottom side 112b in a direction from top to bottom obliquely to the front side or the rear side of the belt main portion 11, so that the oblique side 112a forms an included angle α with the axis of the belt main portion 11.

In the using process, a leading end 111 is formed at the tail end of the belt main portion 11, and the thickness of the leading end 111 is 70-85% of the belt main portion 11.
Furthermore, a LOGO area 121 for attaching or spraying LOGO and an anti-counterfeit code area 122 for spraying anti-counterfeit codes are formed on the tape clamping portion 12.

1. An easy-release band, comprising:
a flexible belt main portion (11); and
the belt clamping part (12) is connected with the top end of the belt main part (11), and the belt main part (11) is connected with the belt clamping part (12) through a transition part (14);
wherein the transition part (14) is provided with an easy-tearing part which can destructively break the main belt part (11) and the belt clamping part (12).
2. The frangible belt of claim 1 wherein the frangible portion is a frangible strip (16) of a portion of the transition (14) having a weakened section (141) embossed therein.
3. The frangible belt of claim 2 wherein the weakened section (141) is a score line.
4. The frangible belt of claim 2 wherein the weakened section (141) is a groove.
5. The easy-to-detach tie strip according to claim 2, wherein the strip fastening portion (12) is provided with a easy-to-tear opening (17) penetrating through the front side and the rear side thereof, the easy-to-tear opening (17) is connected with the weak section (141), so that the easy-to-tear strip (16) is divided into the following parts by taking the connection part of the easy-to-tear opening (17) and the weak section (141):
a connecting section (161) connected to the weak section (141); and
a tear segment (162) contiguous with the tear opening (17) such that the tear segment (162) is separated from the band clamp (12) by the tear opening (17).

The frangible belt according to claim 5, wherein the bottom end of the tear-off section (162) is integrally connected to the top end of the main belt portion (11), and the tear-off opening (17) is integrally formed at the top end of the tear-off section (162) by a thin sheet to form a frangible portion (163).
7. The frangible belt according to claim 6, wherein the tear-off opening (17) comprises:
a break relief portion (172) connected to the breakable portion (163); and
and a weakening guide (172) connected to the weakening section (141).
8. The frangible belt of claim 7 wherein the break relief (172) is semicircular in shape and allows partial or full penetration of a human thumb.
9. The frangible belt of claim 2 wherein the tear strip (16) is formed at the edges of the belt engaging portion (12) and transition portion (14).
10. The knock-down strap according to claim 1 wherein the strap engaging portion (12) is provided with a locking portion (13), the locking portion (13) being configured such that the strap main portion (11) is inserted in a one-way sliding manner.

The easy-release harness according to claim 11, wherein the snap tooth (112) is configured to allow the main belt portion (11) to move in a direction from the insertion opening (131a) toward the through-exit opening (131b), but not to allow the main belt portion (11) to move in a direction from the through-exit opening (131b) toward the insertion opening (131 a).
