2. A cloth pattern printing and dyeing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said left and rear pins have quadrilateral end faces, and said left and right pins (28) are slidably engaged with said left and right retainer rings (27), respectively.
3. A cloth pattern printing and dyeing apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein a third bearing (35) is provided at each of said connecting holes, and two sets of connecting shafts (29) are connected to the middle of each of said three bearings (35).

A cloth pattern printing apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein the front fixing groove and the rear fixing groove are provided with fourth bearings (36), and the front rotating shaft and the rear rotating shaft are respectively connected to the middle portions of two sets of said fourth bearings (36).
5. A cloth pattern printing and dyeing apparatus as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that two sets of nuts (37) are screwed to said threaded rod (10), both sets of nuts (37) being in contact with the moving block (12).
6. A cloth pattern printing and dyeing apparatus as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that a second track (38) is provided on the top of said platform (14), and the bottom end of said rack (21) is provided with a slide groove communicating in the left-right direction and slidably engaged with said second track (38).
7. The cloth design printing and dyeing device according to claim 6, characterized in that the output end of the fan (32) is connected with a filter cloth bag (39) through a hoop.
8. A cloth pattern printing and dyeing apparatus as claimed in claim 7, further comprising a plurality of sets of balls (40), the inside walls of the support holes being provided with annular grooves, a substantial portion of each set of said balls (40) being located within an annular groove, each set of said balls (40) being in contact with the transition shaft (22).
