Optionally, as an embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 5, the invention further includes a positioning step 12, the positioning step 12 is circumferentially arranged at an inner diameter of the bottom surface of the annular groove 102, and axially extends towards the electroplating grinding sheet base 3 to form a circular flange structure.
In the above embodiment, the positioning step 12 can position the elastic pad 10 and the plated grinding blade base 3, preventing the deviation, improving the accuracy and safety.
Alternatively, as an embodiment of the present invention, in order to prevent the plated blade base 3 from loosening, a rotation and loosening prevention member for fixing the plated blade base 3 to the base 1 is provided;
as shown in fig. 12-13, the grinding wheel further comprises the anti-rotation and anti-loosening component, wherein the anti-rotation and anti-loosening component comprises an electroplated grinding sheet base folded edge 14, a folded edge installation groove body 15 and a loosening-preventing fastener 16; the electroplating grinding sheet base body folded edge 14 is a square plate with a screw hole in the middle, the electroplating grinding sheet base body folded edge 14 is arranged at the lower edge of the outer diameter of the electroplating grinding sheet base body 3, a folded edge installation groove body 15 corresponding to the electroplating grinding sheet base body folded edge 14 is arranged on the annular groove body 102 of the base body 1, the electroplating grinding sheet base body folded edge 14 is embedded into the folded edge installation groove body 15, and the anti-loosening fastener 16 sequentially penetrates through the electroplating grinding sheet base body folded edge 14 and the folded edge installation groove body 15 from outside to inside and is in threaded connection with the same, so that the electroplating grinding sheet base body 3 is fixed on the; the anti-rotation and anti-loosening effects of the electroplating grinding sheet base body 3 can be achieved.
Specifically, a plurality of anti-rotation and anti-loosening components may be provided, which are circumferentially arranged.
Optionally, as an embodiment of the present invention, the grinding wheel further includes a plurality of detaching holes 11 for detaching the electroplated grinding plate base body 3, and the plurality of detaching holes 11 are arranged at the outer diameter of the bottom surface of the annular groove body 102 at equal intervals around the circumference.
In the above embodiment, the electroplated abrasive disc base body 3 is pried from the dismounting hole 11, so that the electroplated abrasive disc base body 3 can be quickly separated from the base body, and the production efficiency is improved.
Optionally, as an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, a circular connection bump for connecting a main shaft of an external device is provided at a central position of the connection disc 2, the circular connection bump protrudes toward the water inlet end surface 101, and a device mounting hole 13 is provided at a central position of the circular connection bump.
In the above embodiments, it is convenient to install an external device.
The advantages of the external-rotation internal-cooling interchangeable electroplated cup-shaped grinding wheel of the invention include:
1. the base body part is used as a tool, so that the tool can be used for multiple times, the base body material is greatly saved, the machining amount of the base body is reduced, and the consumption of the base body material and the machining cost are greatly reduced.
2. The electroplating abrasive disc substrate of the diamond coating layer adopts a stamping mode, and has simple manufacture and extremely low cost.
3. Through the conventional machining modes such as stamping, rolling and the like, the intensive water passage channel is easily machined on the working surface, the channel can play the roles of chip containing and removing and greatly improves the cooling and chip removing capacities, so that the grinding machine is suitable for high-speed machining and is beneficial to greatly improving the grinding efficiency.
4. The electroplated abrasive disc substrate is easy to replace and operate when in use.
5. The elastic cushion is adopted, and the defect of equipment/grinding wheel/assembly precision can be made up in a small range through stressed micro-deformation.
6. The production process of the electroplating abrasive disc substrate is simpler, the environmental protection cost is greatly reduced, and the electroplating abrasive disc substrate is suitable for automatic production.

Claims (10)

1. An external-rotation internal-cooling interchangeable electroplated cup-shaped grinding wheel is characterized by comprising a base body (1), a connecting disc (2), an adsorption piece, an electroplated grinding disc base body (3) and a diamond coating layer (301); the base body (1) comprises a water inlet end face (101) and a hollow annular groove body (102), the water inlet end face (101) is of an annular plate-shaped structure, a water inlet (1011) is formed in the center of the annular plate-shaped structure, the outer diameter of the water inlet end face (101) is equal to that of the annular groove body (102), the annular groove body and the water inlet end face (102) are coaxially connected into a whole, the water inlet end face (101) is connected to the top face of the annular groove body (102), a hollow area is formed between the water inlet end face (101) and the inner annular wall of the annular groove body (102), the connecting disc (2) is arranged in the hollow area opposite to the water inlet (1011) and is detachably connected with the water inlet end face (101), and a gap is reserved between the connecting disc (2) and the inner annular wall of the annular groove body (102) to form a water passing channel; the adsorption piece is arranged in the annular groove body (102), the electroplating grinding sheet base body (3) is adsorbed outside the bottom surface of the annular groove body (102) through the adsorption piece, and the diamond coating layer (301) is attached to the outer surface of the electroplating grinding sheet base body (3); the connecting disc (2) comprises a plurality of blade parts (4), and the plurality of blade parts (4) are distributed on the side face, close to the water inlet end face (101), of the connecting disc (2) in a vortex mode.

An external rotation and internal cooling interchangeable electroplated cup-shaped grinding wheel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adsorption member comprises a plurality of cylindrical magnets (5) and a plurality of plugs (6), the plurality of magnets (5) are arranged on the bottom surface of the annular groove body (102) at intervals around the circumference, the number of the magnets (5) is equal to that of the plugs (6), the plurality of plugs (6) are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of magnets (5) and are located above the corresponding magnets (5), and the plugs (6) are used for installing the magnets (5) on the bottom surface of the annular groove body (102) by interference fit.

An external rotation internal cooling interchangeable electroplating cup type grinding wheel according to claim 2, wherein the water inlet end face (101) of the base body (1) is provided with plug mounting holes (7) with the number equal to that of the plurality of plugs (6), the diameters of the plugs (6) and the plug mounting holes (7) are equal, the plurality of plug mounting holes (7) and the plurality of plugs (6) are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, each plug (6) extends into the annular groove body (102) from the corresponding plug mounting hole (7), the lower end of each plug (6) is connected with the corresponding magnet (5), and the upper end of each plug is clamped in the plug mounting hole (7).

The external-rotation internal-cooling interchangeable electroplated cup-type grinding wheel as claimed in claim 1, wherein each blade part (4) comprises blades (401) and a water pressing plate (402), the blades (401) are in a circular arc block structure, each blade (401) is distributed on the connecting disc (2) in a vortex mode and close to the edge of the connecting disc (2), the blades (401) and the connecting disc (2) are integrally formed, each water pressing plate (402) is located at the water passage and is integrally formed at the tail end of the corresponding blade (401), and the thickness of the water pressing plate (402) is gradually increased from front to back in the vortex rotation direction to form an oblique angle structure.

The external rotation internal cooling interchangeable electroplated cup grinding wheel according to claim 4, characterized in that the cup grinding wheel further comprises a plurality of fixing screws (8) connecting the base body (1) and the connecting disc (2), the number of the fixing screws (8) is equal to the number of the blades (401), the plurality of fixing screws (8) are corresponding to the blades (401), and penetrate through the water inlet end face (101) of the base body (1) and the corresponding blades (401) from top to bottom.

An external internal cooling and external cooling interchangeable electroplated cup grinding wheel according to claim 1, characterized in that the electroplated grinding plate base body (3) is a circular ring-shaped sheet structure with the same shape as the bottom surface of the ring-shaped groove body (102); the diamond coating layer (301) is densely provided with water tanks (9), and the water tanks (9) are of strip-shaped tank body structures.

An external rotor internal cooling interchangeable electroplated cup grinding wheel according to any of claims 1 to 9, characterized by further comprising a plurality of disassembly holes (11) for disassembling the electroplated abrasive disc substrate (3), wherein the plurality of disassembly holes (11) are arranged at the outer diameter of the bottom surface of the annular groove body (102) at equal intervals around the circumference.
