s2: preparing slurry, namely preparing three mixing tanks in the process of preparing the water-based paint, wherein the three mixing tanks have the same structure, preparing the completely ground coloring pigment and the extender base material in the S1 according to a certain proportion, putting the water, the dispersing agent, the defoaming agent and the preservative liquid material into a first mixing tank according to a certain proportion, uniformly mixing, discharging, adding into a second mixing tank, simultaneously putting the coloring pigment and the extender base material into a second mixing tank in sequence, mixing for 20-40 minutes at an accelerated speed to prepare the slurry, mixing various solvents, adding the pigment and the base material into the completely mixed solvent, facilitating full mixing, and improving the efficiency and the quality of slurry preparation;
s3: preparing a coating, namely discharging the slurry prepared in the second mixing tank in S2, putting the slurry into a third mixing tank, adding a thickening agent, a pH regulator, an antifreezing agent, a defoaming agent and a film-forming aid, mixing for about 15 minutes until the mixture is completely uniform, discharging the mixture from the mixing tank to obtain a semi-finished product of the water-based paint, adding the aid components into the prepared slurry again to stabilize the quality of the slurry, and mixing to obtain the semi-finished product of the water-based paint;
s4: and (4) paint mixing, namely filtering the water-based paint semi-finished product in the S3, selecting screens with different specifications according to different requirements of the product to obtain the filtered water-based paint semi-finished product, and adjusting the color, solid content and viscosity of the filtered water-based paint semi-finished product through a stabilizing process to supplement materials so as to obtain the required water-based paint product.
