A femoral head necrosis rehabilitation trainer is characterized by comprising a base frame, a cushion arranged on the base frame, a damping pedaling device fixed on the base frame and arranged in front of the cushion, pedals connected to power ends of the damping pedaling device, and supporting plates which are arranged on two sides of the cushion, used for supporting the root of a thigh and adjustable in angle;
the damping pedaling device comprises a rotating shaft and two flywheels with damping, wherein the two flywheels are connected to two ends of the rotating shaft and are symmetrically arranged, and the included angles between the motion planes of the flywheels and the rotating shaft on the sagittal plane and the coronal plane are respectively 10-20 degrees; the pedal is connected to the flywheel.
2. The training aid for repairing femoral head necrosis according to claim 1, wherein a universal angle adjuster for adjusting a connection angle between the pedal and the flywheel is provided between the pedal and the damping pedaling device.

The femoral head necrosis repair trainer according to claim 2, wherein a length-adjustable rocking crank is connected to the flywheel, and the pedal is connected to an outer end portion of the rocking crank; the universal angle regulator is arranged at the joint of the pedal and the rocking crank.

The femoral head necrosis repair trainer according to claim 3, wherein the rocking crank comprises an outer rod connected to the flywheel and an inner rod sleeved in the outer rod, the outer rod is provided with a plurality of positioning holes along a length direction thereof, and a relative position of the outer rod and the inner rod is limited by positioning rods inserted in the positioning holes.

The femoral head necrosis repair trainer according to claim 3, wherein the universal angle adjuster comprises a groove occluder, a first ball head screw and a locking screw; the first ball head screw comprises a rotating part and a connecting part connected with the pedal, and the groove meshing device is provided with a ball head groove in rolling fit with the rotating part and a lock catch inner groove in threaded connection with the locking screw.

The training aid for repairing necrosis of femoral head according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the damping pedaling device is a magnetic control device, and further comprises a housing, a magnetic wheel disposed in the middle of the rotating shaft, and electromagnets disposed on both sides of the magnetic wheel;
the included angles between the motion planes of the flywheel and the rotating shaft on the sagittal plane and the coronal plane are 15 degrees.

The training aid for repairing femoral head necrosis according to claim 6, wherein a base is disposed on a top of the base frame, the seat cushion is disposed on the base, and a resistance adjuster for adjusting the damping of the damping pedaling device is disposed on the base frame and below the base.

The training aid for repairing femoral head necrosis according to claim 7, wherein a movement adjusting lever for adjusting a front-rear position of the seat cushion is provided between the seat cushion and the base; the base is also provided with a height adjusting rod for adjusting the height of the cushion;
a backrest with an adjustable angle is arranged behind the seat cushion and hinged to the base through a backrest adjuster; the two sides of the backrest are hinged with armrests.

The training aid for femoral head necrosis repair according to claim 1, wherein a limiting mechanism is connected between the two support plates, and the limiting mechanism comprises a positioning device with adjustable length and a universal adjusting device connected between the positioning device and the support plates.
10. A cycle vehicle, comprising a frame and a femoral head necrosis repair trainer according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the frame is provided with a mounting location on which the femoral head necrosis repair trainer is mounted.
