Claims (10)
1. The utility model provides an improvement type pulmonary nodule puncture pilot pin external member, includes puncture outer needle (1), location seal wire (5), the end connection of puncture outer needle (1) has base (3) of a puncture pilot pin, the cylindricality structure of first round hole (304) is established for interior in base (3), inside location seal wire (5) passed base (3) and reachd outer needle (1) of puncture, its characterized in that:
the outer puncture needle (1) is connected with the base (3) through a connecting piece (2), and a puncture inner needle (8) is sleeved in the outer puncture needle (1);
a rectangular first channel (102) is arranged on the peripheral side of the outer puncture needle (1) along the axial direction of the outer puncture needle, and a fifth channel (801) which is matched and corresponds to the first channel (102) is arranged on the peripheral side of the inner puncture needle (8) along the axial direction of the inner puncture needle;
a rectangular fourth channel (303) is arranged on the peripheral side of the base part (3) along the axial direction of the base part, an arc-shaped groove (302) is arranged on the peripheral side of the base part (3) along the radial direction of the base part, and the arc-shaped groove (302) and the fourth channel (303) are respectively positioned on two half side surfaces of the base part (3);
wherein the width of the fourth channel (303) is matched with the diameter of the puncture inner needle (8);
an adjusting rod (802) is fixedly installed at the upper end of the inner puncture needle (8), the inner puncture needle (8) is rotatably connected with the arc-shaped groove (302) on the base part (3) through the adjusting rod (802), and a positioning convex column (803) which is matched with and corresponds to the arc-shaped groove (302) is arranged on the adjusting rod (802);
a sealing piece (4) is embedded in the fourth channel (303), and the sealing piece (4) is fixed with the periphery of the base (3) through a magic tape (6);
the tail part of the positioning guide wire (5) is sleeved with a positioning sleeve (7); the positioning sleeve (7) is of a circular truncated cone-shaped structure provided with a second round hole (704), threads are arranged on the periphery of the positioning sleeve, and the positioning sleeve (7) is connected with an adjusting screw ring (702) through the threads;
a plurality of side slots (703) are formed in the circumferential side of the positioning sleeve (7) along the axial direction of the positioning sleeve, one end of the positioning sleeve (7) is provided with a barrier strip (701), and the other end of the positioning sleeve is provided with a joint edge (705).
2. The improved pulmonary nodule puncturing and positioning needle set of claim 1, wherein:
a first cylindrical connecting end (101) with an inner hole is fixed at the tail end of the outer puncture needle (1); the periphery of the first connecting end (101) is provided with external threads, and a second channel (103) which is matched and corresponding to the fourth channel (303) is arranged along the axial direction of the first connecting end;
the first channel (102) penetrates through the outer walls of the outer puncture needle (1) and the first connecting end (101) and is communicated with a needle hole of the outer puncture needle (1).

The improved pulmonary nodule puncturing and positioning needle set as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connecting member (2) is tubular, the inner wall of the connecting member (2) is provided with internal threads, and the periphery of the connecting member (2) is provided with a third groove channel (201) corresponding to the fourth groove channel (303).
4. The improved pulmonary nodule puncturing and positioning needle set of claim 1, wherein:
magic tapes (6) are arranged on the periphery of the base (3); one end of the base part (3) is provided with a second connecting end (301) matched and corresponding to the first connecting end (101), and the periphery of the second connecting end (301) is provided with an external thread;
the fourth channel (303) penetrates through the second connecting end (301) and the outer wall of the base (3) and is communicated with the first round hole (304).
5. The improved pulmonary nodule puncturing and positioning needle set of claim 1, wherein:
the arc-shaped groove (302) penetrates through the outer wall of the base part (3) and is communicated with the first round hole (304), and the arc length of the arc-shaped groove (302) is 0.25-0.5 times of the circumference of the base part (3);
two groups of positioning holes (305) which are respectively matched and corresponding to the positioning convex columns (803) are arranged on the inner wall of the arc-shaped groove (302);
the two groups of positioning holes (305) are respectively positioned at two end parts of the arc-shaped groove (302).

An improved pulmonary nodule puncturing and positioning needle set as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sealing member (4) is a special-shaped plate, the thickness of the sealing member (4) is adapted to the width of the fourth channel (303), one side of the sealing member (4) is an arc structure adapted to the first circular hole (304), and the other side of the sealing member (4) is a folded structure adapted to the shape of the base (3), the second connecting end (301) and the connecting member (2).
7. The improved pulmonary nodule puncturing and positioning needle set of claim 1, wherein:
the adjusting rod (802) at the tail part of the puncture inner needle (8) is rectangular, two opposite sides of the adjusting rod (802) are respectively provided with a mounting hole, and a spring is arranged in the mounting hole;
the positioning convex column (803) is fixed on the spring, and the end part of the positioning convex column (803) is provided with a round angle.
8. The improved pulmonary nodule puncturing and positioning needle set as claimed in claim 1, wherein the positioning sleeve (7) is made of antibacterial plastic, and dot matrix protrusions are arranged on the inner wall of the second round hole (704); the attaching edge (705) is horn-shaped, and the attaching edge (705) is made of silicon rubber.
9. The improved pulmonary nodule puncturing and positioning needle set of claim 8, wherein:
the antibacterial plastic comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-20% of high-pressure polyethylene, 3-4% of silicon dioxide nano silver, 1-3% of butyl rubber, 2-3% of stearic acid, 30-35% of magnesium oxide, 1-2% of antioxidant and 5-7% of carbon-coated iron powder;
the silicone rubber comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-30% of double-end vinyl silicone oil, 1-3% of hydroxyl silicone oil, 2-4% of methyl vinyl MQ silicone resin, 1-2% of silver powder, 1-2% of a silane coupling agent, 2-3% of an inhibitor and 1-2% of a reinforcing agent.
10. The improved pulmonary nodule puncturing and positioning needle set as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a method of using the pulmonary nodule puncturing and positioning needle set:
SS 00: preparation before use: adjusting the positioning sleeve (7) to enable the positioning guide wire (5) to penetrate into the needle at a proper position and then to be fixed through the positioning sleeve (7), checking whether the first channel (102) and the fifth channel (801) of the outer puncture needle (1) and the inner puncture needle (8) are staggered, and inserting and fixing the sealing piece (4);
SS 01: holding the base (3), leading the puncture positioning needle to enter the lung under the guidance of ultrasonic waves or CT, and determining the puncture depth according to the scale marks on the puncture outer needle (1);
SS 02: when the needle head of the puncture positioning needle is contacted with the pulmonary nodule, the puncture positioning needle is pushed to puncture the pulmonary nodule, and the positioning guide wire (5) penetrates out and is inserted into the pulmonary nodule;
SS 03: after the puncture operation is finished, the sealing piece (4) is detached, the connecting piece (2) is rotated to enable the base part (3) to be separated from the puncture outer needle (1), the adjusting rod (802) is rotated to enable the adjusting rod (802) and the fourth channel (303) to be in the same direction, the positioning guide wire (5) and the puncture inner needle (8) are avoided through the third channel (201) and the fourth channel (303), and the base part (3) is detached;
SS 04: rotating the adjusting rod (802) to align the fifth channel (801) with the first channel (102), lightly folding the positioning guide wire (5) to align with a gap of the first channel (102), pressing the positioning guide wire (5) by combining with the positioning sleeve (7), avoiding the positioning guide wire (5) through the first channel (102), and drawing out the puncture positioning needle;
SS 05: loosening the adjusting screw ring (702), moving the positioning sleeve (7) along the positioning guide wire (5) to be in contact with the skin of a patient, cutting off redundant positioning guide wire (5), screwing the adjusting screw ring (702) to enable the positioning sleeve (7) to clamp the positioning guide wire (5), and fixing the positioning sleeve (7) through application and transparent film pasting.
